They aren’t necessarily a bad store (they have a really good location close to campus) but good luck getting ahold of anyone. If you to try to call them about a certain strain or for availability, they refuse to answer the phone. They’ll let it ring until it goes to voicemail the first time, and when you try to call them back they immediately end the call. It’s very frustrating, especially when their website NEVER has updated availability. You can order a certain product online (example. Blue Magoo Wax) and once you arrive they’ll tell you it’s sold out and try to offer something completely different. Last but not least if you want marijuana go to Peace Of Mind, I’ve never had a single problem and they’re sales associates are actually helpful and nice…

Never though such a great cannabiz store would be in smallish WSU town but Kush21 in Pullman surprised me.Good selectiom, great deals and a generous points rewards system. Definitely ask for Marina to be your budtender. Knows her products, what you need and points you in right direction. If you are on your way to Spokane or Lewiston, take 270E to Grand Av (27). Its a very short and worthwhile detour. Parking lot is kinda small but there is grocery store across the street if you have bigger vehicle or boat (like us) that is convenient for quick visit!😊✅OH, and they have a cute mural on side of building in case you miss your turn in, you will see it (photo⤵️)

Thought $20 for a one gram cartridge was a hell of a buy but ended up too good to be true. Ordered the item online in the screen shots attached. Picking up item was an easy experience although when opening bag outside I realized it was not a cartridge at all but a syringe. I was stoped by employee with beard while re-entering store telling me I could not exchange the item and did not want to look further into the incident. He and the blue hair employee pretty much shamed me in front of another customer that I did not know how to use the wrong item just put it on your weed and smoke it. I came back an hour later after looking online again to show them there is a picture of a cartridge with the item online that I ordered. Dude realized thier mistake and had to call his manager to get me a refund.They gave me a discount on another cartridge but I was not near the price that got me into the store in the first place.Please next time someone orders online you show them the product before putting it in the white paper bag and take a course in customer service!

One gal will give me 30% off but her recommendations aren’t gas. Some of the fellas won’t give ya discounts. Y’all inconsistent. They discount to higher tips and I caught them telling me the wrong total and not giving me the receipt and juug me enough times to write about it. I’m from out of state and I started coming here for work, my buddy said they have the best deals in town, the only deals are the ones they give out “personally”, a piece of mind is more consistent with their discounts and staff. I even had one gal smoke my cart in the shop as I was trying to get it fixed. Inconsiderate, immature, unprofessional, if you’re looking for college kids running a shop for college kids I guess this is where y’all go, no cap.

Yall gotta keep your online menu updated. I look at Concentrates and find that Pre-Rolls are often mixed together which causes lots of confusion. Some items listed on the website end up not being in stock at the actual store (I order online preferably due to COVID-19). Ended up buying some things I didnt want for online order because they were labeled differently on the site. Other than that, this place is okay, decent prices for concentrates every now and then. Just wish the online menu would be up-to-date.

Let me be clear. 2 stars is an average over about 10 visits. Some days were better than others. But they rarely answer their phone. They never have the online menu updated correctly with any of the THC numbers or information. I ordered twice online and got there to be told ohh sorry that wasnt the right price and to be charged more because the THEIR online menu is wrong. And I am not talking about a small $ change. I am talking bill went from 30 to 50 bucks and from 40 to 55. All and all prices seem ok most of the time and the girls are friendly. But I will be taking the extra 10 min drive to Floyds who actually answers the phone and whose online menu isnt a fiasco (edited rating to 1 star). Still no consistency with price or the lab numbers. Still refuse to answer phone. Gave you another chance and its even worse... Just go to anywhere but here. Thats my review

Update: Spoke with a cartridge representative and GM of Kush21 and am very happy to report that both were very accomodating and explained the misunderstanding. I am very thankful that the staff members there were honest with what happened and eager to make the situation right. I will be coming back!If I could rate 0 stars I would. Policy on the bottom of the receipt that came with my cartridge states that if there are any manufacturer defects, the cartridge can be exhanged within 7 days. There are NO extra fine printed points that restrict the exchange to the type of defect or the when within the 7 days the defect is discovered. I bought a cartridge from this place and noticed about a day or two later it was slowly leaking from the bottom (had barely used it at that time so I know it wasnt my fault) and thought it wasnt too bad but today (I think due to the weather) the cartridge is so jammed up and has decreased in oil level to the point that its almost HALFWAY gone! So obviously I took it back and the employees told me in very condescending terms that I was not allowed to return the cartridge because it wasnt full. Like are you kidding me? Its definitely defective because its leaking ALL OVER and now you wont uphold your own policy because of the way its defective? So so so disappointing. I will be contacting the manufacturer personally because this is ridiculous. Change what it says on the receipt or uphold your policies.

This place is amazing! All of the bud tenders are amazing and seem to know their stuff. They usually have pretty good deals and discounts. This is my go-to place for getting the dankest stuff!

Absolutely Criminalproducts are unsealed, being tampered with and coming up underweight. They replace your online order with a different lower priced item. But charged you full price. They are absolutely scamming and ripping off clients. There reward program offers you discount after so many purchases. When you redeme it they lower it from 30% to 10%. Text messages even says it, ty for the proof. The customer service has gone down hill completely. Will never return.

I love Kush 21 in Pullman!!!!! Everytime I come in they are always friendly and are wearing masks. They are all knowledgeable and my fave bud tender is Alexandria !! She has always made me feel comfortable with myself. I was in a car accident 8 months ago and she has seen my progress through it all and has helped me pick the best product for what I need. :)

STAY AWAY FROM KUSH 21,they will misuse your personal records. I am currently being harassed by a KUSH 21 bud tender. When I quit going. She then stole my info. Then filed false restraining order, I ASSUME TO KEEP ME FROM TRYING TO CALL HER BOSS.(THAT WAS THROWN OUT)BECAUSE U CANT GET EVEDENCE FOR LIES. Their products were average, and their recent firing of a manager for wanting customers to wear masks is not okay. I wont be back. They had a second staff member who quit over it. I can shop somewhere that treats employees well while ensuring safety for staff and customers.

There are some very rude employees that work here. I just witnessed one guy answer the phone and when he hung up, after telling the customer what the daily deal was, he threw the phone down. Most the time the act like you need to be schooled about whatever you are buying, and are very rude about it. If you ask for a special and top shelf they will point you to some low priced, low quality bs and tell you its on sale. Bad vibe. Id rather go across town. On the bright side they had a good 420 sale.

Ive never had a bad experience here, the budtenders are always very kind, professional and informative, prices are decent, my only thing is asking for recommendations, they always recommend weak products, Ive purchased chocolates, pre rolls, and a drink that did not get me high, or gave me a mild high. The only thing I thought was worth it was their top shelf pre rolled joints and blunts. Lower prices items just gave me a headache. All in all, it is not the worst place, I will definitely be returning, but my last bit of advice do research into the products.

Prices are way too high for low quality products. Some of the male tenders act like you dont know what youre looking for if youre a female and treat you like you dont know what youre saying (rude). They also have suggested awful products they claim are good deals but are just trash.

Since this place opened its been my go to for buds. Usually has the lowest prices on ounces and there’s a lot to choose from. I’d definitley recommend coming here when buying in bulk. Bud tenders have all been informative and helpful as well.

Jen, the manager, is unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Ive had multiple bad experiences with her as my budtender and leave the store dissatisfied every time she is there. Yesterday I went in to purchase a joint, after the budtender offered me multiple bad choices I decided on something, paid, and walked out the door. As soon as I walked out the door and had a chance to look at it, I saw the joint was all stem... I immediately turned around and went right back into the store. As soon as I walked back in Jen told me that nothing that leaves the store can come back and in and told me to get out of the store with that open product. The product was not open, I hadnt even left store property yet, and the joint was still sealed. Ive also gone in and returned product many times from different weed shops so I know Jen was just lying to try and get me out of the store. Do not go here unless you want to get scammed. Go to Satori, they have quality product and quality employees.

Outside of the business looks like a conex box, inside is very different. Great deals, amazing staff, and quality product. I will definitely be returning. Ask for Rae, she’s the plug.

Recently went into kush 21 with my friend. He noticed they had a case with products marked down from 30% the original price. Most of the products in the case were worth $40. When you enter a dispensary often times you miss the tiny details til you get home. Once my friend and I arrived to his place, we noticed the oil he bought for $25 (originally $40) was a year and a half old. We immediately went back to try and work some solution out. My friend explained the situation to the manager at the time, Jen. Her response was the most unprofessional behavior Ive experienced in any retail store. I would be embarrassed to have her working at a dispensary if I owned one. She rediculed my friend for not noticing the date and offered nothing. She admitted that most of the products in the discount were over a year old. She didnt even offer a discount. He was upset and she offered to call the owner for him. While on the phone, my friend and I were discussing never coming to the store. While the phone was ringing, Jen looked at me and with a raised voice criticized me for speaking my opinion in front of her. Everything was worked out in a way but if you want to go to a dispensary and not feel like youre being manipulated into buying expired product, DONT EVER GO TO KUSH 21. The oil that was sold to us tasted disgusting and was so bad a $6 gram I bought tastes better. KUSH 21 is an example of a company that wants you to believe theyre apart of cannabis culture but in reality they are a company that only cares about profit.
