I wish I was able to give this company a negative 5 but I guess a one will have to do. Trying to get through the buying process was nerve racking after you sign for the home is when everything starts to change, you think you are paying for what you want but then you find out that changes are being made and you cant do anything about it. What should be a short delivery time of the home turns out to be more than a half a year. After delivery and set up they have a small unprofessional company in to do your inside work in which have to come back to repair their screw up. They were so incompetent that the work they did has fallen apart again. That company went out of business and Prestige will not get another company in to do the repairs on the house in which is getting worse as time goes on. I have tried to get prestige to honor the maintenance contract but they gave refused to do so. My home needs so much repair work done I do not know how I am going to get it fixed. I will recommend you not to buy from Prestige they are the worst.

The pricing would be a five star the quality from what we saw appear to be 2 to 3 star however the reviews were horrendous so because of that we have marked them off of our potential possibilities. I went from loving a five bedroom three bath two master bedroom suites and a dent for a little over 140,000 to nothing I guess I should show that if you guys are not going to stand behind your warranty so much so that just in the last year you have over 18 open complaints unanswered you lost my business Im moving on. MY HUSBAND AND I WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE TO MEET WITH THE OWNER.

Would not buy a home from them they promise they will do this but they dont they said they clear the propty but they didnt they were supposed to put dirt back on the propty im buying dirt to put back im handy ca having to pay someone to do it they didnt hang the bedroom doors the screen door wont closeAnd they used a used on the ac had to pay 800 $ to have it replaced in less then a year they wouldnt honor the warranty

Had a great saleswoman Sherry. Other then that would never refer anyone to prestige. Has been a complete nightmare. Finally after months of waiting got our c of o. But, just can not understand when you finally get to move into your home after having to clean it yourself, dig holes to find water that prestige buried under 3 ft of dirt and shells and no electric how this company stays in business?

If you dont love their aggressively curious large dog, they have no time for you.

Some mobile homes were nice, however, the wooden steps were falling apart got slivers in our hand.. had to walk through grassy areas where ant hills were yikes! One salesman was nice said hi but was busy with another.. so we left..I gave 2 stars bc some homes were cute btw no ac in any way units .. 😤

Salesman, Joe was very helpful taking time to show us all models on the property. Were just looking at our options and havent visited other manufacturers models to compare quality and pricing.

A very Professional business with a pleasant atmosphere. The salesman was as he said new and learning, but was kind and attentive. I highly recommend checking out Prestige Homes in Punta Gorda.

Extremely cheap mobile homes. Overpriced for the quality, try Jacobsons or Palm Harbor much better quality for the money

Great employees​. They take you through the houses and answer your questions. Not pushy or anything.

I really cant believe how horrible a repetitive job can be so sloppily done. They did not clean up all the manufacturing dirt. Holes are placed where nothing exists (fan fixture?) Electric boxes are crooked. No seal around bathtub. Doors are warped or maybe house isnt level? Im glad I didnt buy from them. But i do live in one of their trailers.
