I want to be fair, and I have written so few negative reviews I can count them on one finger. I have to say that the facility is great. Purchasing a vehicle is totally stress free. The sales attendants are very pleasant, and management is extremely professional. When it comes to the service department, its a different ball game. They are professional, courteous, and they are even friendly. They offer snacks and beverages, which is very nice. The issue is that if you have to pay anything out of pocket away from your warranty, they hang you upside down until every penny falls out of your pocket. I had a battery terminal replaced, and it was over 200$. By the time labor was through (a battery terminal takes a few minutes to install), it was almost 400$. Great sales people, stress free purchasing, but sharks when it comes to service. They squeezed the cash out of me, and I own a brand new car. The Volkswagon dealer was very gracious in many ways. I totally regret buying a car from here. Only because of the money hungry service department.

The staff were VERY FRIENDLY!!! Daniel was awesome and showed me all I needed to know about our new Subaru Outback. Definitely would recommend others to buy there vehicles here! Plus there facility had everything you could ask for. Quite room for kids, a nice waiting/coffee area. Clean area all around. My second lease from this Subaru location. Went just as pleasant and smooth as my first time. This tells me no matter who you work with, everyone at this location is professional, efficient, and kind. I never feel like I have to bring someone with me just so I wont get ripped off etc at this place. Even though there werent very many cars to choose from at this time due to the current car shortage, they were able to find me exactly what I needed/wanted for the price range I asked for. Will definitely return for my next lease/purchase again.

I started with Pablo on the phone (I live an hour away, wanted to go through their inventory) and he found the vehicle I was interested in. What a wonderful experience! From the moment I pulled into the lot I was met with several pleasant faces wanting to help point me in the right direction! I never once felt pressured to do anything I didnt want to or that today had to be THE DAY. I had the pleasure of working with Baylor. He was very knowledgeable and was able to give personal stories as he owns a few Subarus himself. Being a new mom I brought my stroller and a few other items to see space and such, Baylor was patient and answered any and all questions I had(which were a lot) He made me feel like I was talking to a friend and made me very comfortable. I drove into the lot in a 2004 Toyota Tacoma and left with a 2021 Subaru Forester Touring. I will never buy from another dealership again! I have been in the AUTO industry for 20+ years and have purchased several cars over the years. TJ answered the phone when I called on the off chance that they had the car we were after. They did not have it in inventory. He promised he would look and get back to me. He found one !!!!! Four other dealers told me they could not get it at all and a fifth told me it would be at least another week and had a $5000 second sticker. Not only did TJ find our car but it was in his possession within 48 hours and no second sticker... STRESS FREE was a gimmick I thought was corny. Honestly I cannot think of a better way to explain our experience. TJ was great from start to finish. He sat with me and we got to know each other while the finance staff did their thing. I didnt buy a Subaru, but I did buy a used car they had on the lot. I called last Sunday to schedule a test drive and Daniel was very helpful. For starters Dima is the man to see when getting a new Subaru. Subaru of puyallup is a great lot and had many to choose from. I had called around trying to find a specific model and color and the other dealers said they had them! Then told me they were in transit or I had to order them. I specifically asked for on lot inventory.Dima had me hold on the line, and within a couple minutes had a car reserved and waiting for me to come check out. Good thing too. As we were doing paperwork and negotiating price there were multiple people walking by and checking out surely interested in it.Basically Dima made it happen.Great price-Great salesmanship-Great dealership-Happy customer.

Didn’t love trying to work with the internet remote team as there was a lot of run-around and when I actually came to the dealership, they still hadn’t tried for financing on my behalf—despite having provided the full application and letting the guy know though I was pre-approved I wanted other options to consider. With that being said, once I came in and met Dawn in sales I had a totally different experience. She was very personable and persistent about following up after I purchased, even though I was hard to reach. That said a lot to me about her customer service. Would highly recommend female buyers ask for Dawn if you want a comfortable, pressure-free experience! Loving my new Ascent!

Bought a new car yesterday from Puyallup Subaru and overall, had a positive experience. Got a decent trade-in offer. Worked with Ryan and he was awesome about answering questions and moving the process along once I’d made a decision. Not pushy at all. Financing came through with what I wanted. Start to finish, with test drive = 4 hours at the dealership. Only about 5 minutes of that time was negotiations - the bulk of it was waiting on the financial dept to get the paperwork together. Wish it was quicker, but overall, pretty painless.

I bought my 2010 Subaru from this dealership, I have had almost all of my car care done here and usually it is ‘ stress free’, anything longer than an oil change they have always offered, without any hesitation, a loaner car for the day, and this is why I have remained loyal to this dealership, because in the past they have always been stress free and accommodating. Today I called because my car is making an abnormal noise since having the timing belt fixed at this dealership. I was told by the girl on the phone at the service department on 8-27/21 that I could bring my car in to be diagnosed but I Had to stay the entire time it was being diagnosed which she told me would be ‘several hours’. I asked to get a loaner car for this time as I have 2 young children which staying at the dealership with would not be ‘stress free’, and several sports practices I needed to get them to that day, I relayed this to her but she reiterated that I couldn’t leave for several hours while it was being diagnosed. This was just an unfortunate experience today, staying for several hours with young children…..well I think anyone can understand how stressful that would be in a dealership lounge, no matter how nice it is.

I recently had a problem with my vehicle that I couldn’t afford to fix, and unfortunately my warranty didn’t cover. It worried me because I have a two year old son and want to make sure he is safe and sound. Jared, the manager at the service department was extremely understanding, and even helped to fix my car free of charge so that I had a safe vehicle for myself and my family. They offered me a rental vehicle in the meantime, and I truly felt like they cared about my family and our needs. I don’t know any other dealership that would go this above and beyond for their customers, and I’m very thankful that I purchased my Subaru here. Thank you for all you do.

Thank you to our car salesman Chow! We had the most WONDERFUL time shopping for our new car. He was absolutely amazing and always checking in on us and updating us on our process and how it was going. He than brought us snacks and drinks, making sure we were doing okay and letting us know an update very frequently. Which as you know when buying a vehicle they are very busy and we also were there during their rush hours. So we were very pleased to have found Chow.! If you are in the market for a new car, only dealership I recommend is Subaru of Puyallup. Justin Peoples is a great salesman and truly cares about his customers. My experience with Justin was stress free and very welcoming. The dealership is very clean and while I was there I saw everyone disinfect their areas multiple times. Skip all other dealerships and go straight here, you won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I showed up late one night to look at a car we saw online. Unfortunately it wasn’t available and Dawn was right there to help. She found us a car that was perfect for us and still within our budget. We kept her long past closing trying to tie up the loose ends and had our daughter who otherwise would have been fussy. Dawn was amazing at keeping her entertained and never made us feel guilty for being so late. We were her priority that evening. Overall, amazing car buying experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to any family member or friend and would 100% go back to her again the next time we buy a car. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. As a first time car buyer I was a little nervous to start the process. I had gone to four other dealerships before I ended up here and I was already feeling tired and defeated. Pablo was amazing - he helped me find the car that was right for me, wasn’t pushy, and was so kind throughout! I felt like he was genuinely trying to help me and was excited for me when I found a car I loved. My partner and I both commented that we felt relaxed and happy when we left. That’s super unusual for a car dealership! The positivity and kindness was present in the finance department, too. Ryan was funny, friendly, and incredibly considerate in the way that he presented information and options to us. The finance manager I talked to the first night also seemed very nice, I just don’t remember his name!I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Absolutely Amazing!!! That is the only was to describe our experience. They even have a kids play room that is obviously cleaned and disinfected regularly. Chris W. actually made the experience fun and super exciting, the way buying a car should be. And Willie N. made all of the numbers work and made sure we understood our options and the pros and cons of each one. The both fully addressed all of our questions and concerns while making sure we understood. There was no pushing, no talking in circles, and no pressure. Like their sign says, they are truly stress free.Update: The more we drive our new Subaru Forester the more we love it. They really helped us find the perfect vehicle for us!!!

Starting with Kari and the Internet Sales team through Andrew D. and Matt H. the entire car buying process was effortless. I used their website to identify the stock numbers for the vehicles I was interested in, and scheduled a time to stop by and test drive with Kari. Upon arrival the keys were waiting, set aside with my information. Andrew gave me a quick briefing about the vehicle before I set off, which was nice since this was my first time in a Subaru and there are some subtle differences. Once I decided I was going to purchase, I let the team know that I had arranged financing through my Credit Union and at that point it was an easy conversation about getting to a number we could both live with.All-in-all a truly fantastic car buying experience.

I have seen the worst of car lots and car salespeople. Now I have seen the best. Dawn Abundice you are the savior of the industry and there is indeed hope. I told her my experiences and expectations. She proceeded to meet and then exceed my expectations. She was honest and came through with what she told me she would. I didn’t have to fight a single thing. She followed up on communication and found answers when i asked questions. She was attentive to not only myself but also my wife and my 8 year old daughter. I bought my 2018 Subaru Impreza from Ryan Gifford last week, and when they say stress free, they mean STRESS FREE! I have never had such an easy time buying a vehicle, and Ryan was such a great salesperson. I never once felt pressured or overwhelmed during the financing process. Additionally, after I brought my car home I noticed a few issues, that werent easily identified on the lot. I called Ryan and shared with him what was going on, brought my car back the next day, and they took what could have been an extremely stressful situation, and created yet another stress free situation. I had a very bad experience with the refund, it took me literally 10 phone calls to get “ approved “ I think, to get my money back. And they call them self stress-free dealer ;)

I recently moved back to my home state of Washington and my 2017 Impreza broke down and I was able to get it towed to Puyallup Subaru and they did a great job fixing the problems it had and there service hours are unheard of. 5am-9pm 7 days a week which is awesome.

It was the day before snowgeddon 2021....We called Subaru of puyallup explaining we had just gifted our daughter our 2006 Subaru forester LL Bean edition and wanted to trade in the Nissan Altima for another Subaru preferrably a crosstrek 2021 loaded. i was not going to be trying to drive in forcasted 8 plus inches of snow without a Subaru! Mark Angeloni was our sales rep and he made it happen without a glitch! We arrived at 3 and we were out the door by 5 with a brand new pearl white with black trim crosstrek fully loaded with the sharpest set of wheels that say Bring it to the fiercest ice and snow!. My husband and I had been discussing purchasing a new vehicle; as we travel often due to his military career. We decided we wanted a Subaru Ascent. Pablo was AWESOME!! He was so excited for us and very helpful with all of our questions regarding the vehicle, financing and making sure we found exactly what we wanted. We appreciated that we weren’t pressured or rushed into anything we weren’t sure about. His main concern was that we were making the right choice for OUR needs. Which is exactly what happened. He made the whole process quite enjoyable and stress free. We were equally impressed with his knowledge of all of the vehicle’s safety features, he took the time to explain them to us and answer all of our questions. It was pretty awesome when we signed the paperwork and we were welcomed to the Subaru family! Hands down the best car buying experience. I reached out to Subaru of Puyallup because my work offers a VIP promotion to buy from Subaru and another Subaru dealership had told me no to using it. When I called Subaru of Puyallup they got back to me within an hour to tell me they would be happy to honor that promotion and when I showed up there on Friday Pablo and Daniel made the experience of buying a car effortless. The whole dealership was amazing with my kids and I. They explained all our options multiple times so we completely understood everything. I was so impressed they took such good care of us.
