Pay attention people, the bad reviews are by people who wanted more for there items than they were worth. Of course you arent getting five hundred dollars for a hundred dollar television set, and if you sell jewelry, they go by the weight of your jewelry not how pretty it is. Ive been going to this location for 10+ years now and never had a terrible experience.

Everyone at this store is awesome! Emma is the best there! She has taken care of me and my accounts and is amazingly knowledgeable and has the best customer service ever! I totally recommend doing business at this particular location. You will be treated with respect and fairness. Thank you Emma for handling everything so well! Honestly, everyone there is super great! I would never shop here again! They are a complete rip off and their customer service is AWFUL!!! The people behind the counter are not willing to work with customers or do their job fully. They steal money from people and I will NEVER shop from here again. Simply terrible customer service. They are theives.

Emma was super cool and Helped me right away. The staff was very nice and the store has a lot of options if you’re just looking to shop. They are very welcoming with items that you bring in and never rude to the customers. If you are in the area make sure you stop here, they have a Lotta cool stuff and awesome deals especially jewelry. Keep up the great work. Cash America is very hit and miss. Some of the employees are atrocious. And others are VERY pleasant. They always have a large selection. But it is sometimes really overpriced. So i alwats recommend people chekx vack often if theres a specific item theyre looking for. That way you can get the best quality one for the best price.

The store manager Amber is amazing, She brightens my day as soon as I walk in. They always have the best prices and service. I have been coming for over 10 years and it has only gotten better.. What can I say I love the store and the staff as well. Keep doing what you are doing it is working!!

VERY rude staff. Pawnbroker was incredibly rude when showing jewelry, and then the manager came out and insulted me in front of everyone in the store. Even had the nerve to ask me for personal information. NEVER doing business here again, and no-one should do business here. Go to an actually reputable pawn shop.

Ive gotten good service here every time. They were willing to negotiate a good price as well. Ive only bought here, never had a need to pawn.Definitely not like most pawn shops.

Janaya is an amazing employee at this shop who went above and beyond to ensure I got a good price on the item I originally purchased, then when I returned asking for assistance in working it (Im not the most tech savvy), she was happy to take the time to help! Thank you Janaya!😁

The manager (I believe her name is Amber) went above and beyond to help me out with a confusing situation. She was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to work out a tough problem. Has anyone else ever been asked to take their hat off for their camera system? Very awkward if I must add. I’ve done a lot of business with them never had to do such thing plus they asked for photo ID. You would think this would save them from having to ask a customer this especially when this expectation isn’t being consistent with all customers.

I buy things here they always seem to have what I need at reasonable prices. I have never pawned anything here. Return policy has recently changed you are now charged extra on the price to return items that dont function properly after the purchase. I went ahead and paid the extra to have that feature. I often have trouble with tools that I buy that were pawned but not properly inspected. This happens at other pawnstores as well.

A man named Isaih waited on me and was AWESOME!!! When I first arrived I had a question and a female helped me. But when I was ready to check out Isaih waited on me. He was well spoken and polite. Not rushed and rude as per the norm at this time of year. He actually put me in a better mood. I cant wait to go back! I hope everyone that works there is as great as he is!!!

If you ever walk into this place you will want to walk out right away. This place looks like a trash dump in a foreign country, as soon as you walk in the door. I walked into this store one time for a few minutes. I was glad I left because of how dirty this place is. The employees are jerks its not organized here and there is always Hobos outside the pawn shop begging for money. My first impression of this place will be my last because I dont recommend going to this place.

They dont know how to hook up a computer monitor. They will tell you it doesnt work. they require power chords for items that dont come with them, like guitar pedals. They give people the third degree. You can buy things for a descent price though. When it stays on the shelf for a while

If I could give a zero I would. Bought a weed eater that wont stay running and because we didnt take the extra warranty nothing I can do. Havent even had it out of tje car for more tham 15 min. Wow i wont be back.

I got fair prices and didnt have to bend over backwards to get them. They WANTED to deal from the word go. And what i bought as well as something used can. sure there are a few things that they sell that dont work well or for long but come on ppl its a hock shop for christ sake. Complain and its your dumb ass that was there expecting things to work as brand new. Thats not the real world. Hell ive bought brand new dvd players from walmart that quit working in a month or two.

Need more employees to handle crowds, decent prices and much better than ace pawn and lown in downtown puyallup
