Pleasant and knowledgeable associates, they were helpful when we rented a flute for my daughter. We didnt have one reserved or anything, and they got us set up with everything we needed easily. Definitely a good place.

This is one of the few music stores where you can buy musical equipment after hours and I really appreciate that about this place. The fact that the employees are respectful kind and knowledgeable of their craft is a bonus.Their new location is fantastic, and the staff is still exceptional! Had to make a late night purchase after close and they were willing to work with me, Im very loyal to this store.

Very cool store with nice employees. A great store to get your routine maintenence supplies like strings, cables, etc and plenty of other cool instruments and accessories to look at too.

I appreciate their help so much! I went there as a brand new beginner and bought an acoustic guitar. I was tuning my guitar and broke one of the strings. I brought it in the next morning and they repaired it free of charge since I had just gotten it. I am blown away at how amazing the customer service is here. Excellent employees! If I weren’t moving in two weeks, I’d definitely do my lessons with them.

My husband and son signed up for guitar lessons, they had to stop due to load of other commitments. We called to cancel the lessons for both in advance, 2 weeks before last lesson paid. My bank account was charged 3 months after that, my bad I didnt notice earlier, then I call to ask them to fix the error and reimbursement, they say the would need to find out with their admin, it took almost 2 months to someone call me and say they will reimburse me. While I was waiting for an answer I received an statement requesting me again for payment and a collection letter, how in the world that happened? I called them again and the person tried to blame the teacher for not let them know about the cancellation, of course I didnt let that happen, they were told by me 2 weeks in advance, teacher knew one week in advance and the people working there knew when I call to claim the three months charged to my account. How they sent me to collection by their mistake?. Today after 2 weeks if confirmation of reimbursement, Im receiving another invoice with the amount reimbursed, the collection fee and 2 more months of their tuition. This place might have good teachers and great offers, but please be careful when you sign up for lessons, it might turn into a nightmare when you have to cancel.

My instrument was supposed to be delivered to my school over 2 weeks ago I have NOTHING my music class is already learning notes and I don’t have an instrument WORST PLACE EVER
