Serena is the most helpful manager ever. She is smart, professional, courteous and knows her customer service! The store itself is so fun to go into and has loads of medicines, food, & loads of products not found elsewhere. I hope they treat Serena and the rest of the staff good, because it is one of the better run stores ever!

The employees here so absolutely incredible. I’m a young woman just getting into raising quail for the first time, and feed stores are kind of intimidating. This place is so nice, I will definitely be driving out of my way to chose this location. The employees were excited to help anyone who had any questions, and just had positive energy overall. I brought my little dog along and every employee said hi to her and wanted to know her name! Such a positive experience

Mel is quite possibly the most amazing person I have ever met. Two hours before the store closed I found out one of my chicks had coccidiosis. I ran over in a panic thinking I wouldnt make it in time before the store closed to pick up corid and I would have to gamble to see if my flock made it through the night. I made it in time and the greatest thing happened! I met Mel. Other than being an absolutely awesome and incredible person, she gave me all the knowledge on how to take care of my chickens, what products to get and how to keep my chicks happy. She’s really passionate about her job and animals.

Been shopping here for a while and Im a happy customer.. I have a medical condition and cant wear a mask, nobody in the store bothers me about it huge respect for that. Thank you the mangers and employees

As an owner of a small business, I notice when someone is slacking off and or busting their a$$. I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the hard work of Jack and company on my visit into the store. I was out of town and like always in a hurry. Jack took initiative and got me exactly what I needed.

The guys who work closing on fri were amazing! Shared their ideas and experiences with the same training collar I have for my pooch and saved me money!

When a cashier is taking personal calls on her cell phone while “assisting” customers and asking them to “hold on”...I mean, really?Visited this store twice this week for two pick ups. One online, one in store. Both times I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff for being a customer. 2nd visit waited about 10 minutes near a load out door and had to go back into the store and ask for assistance again as it was never sent.Truly odd visits to this store. Will not be making any trips back.

This was the first time for me to order anything online at the Tractor Supply store. I decided to do curb side pick up. I called the number on the sign & in less than 5 minutes my order was hand carried to my car. The store manager brought it out. I just want to say if I had to give it a rating between 1-10, This was a 10 for sure. Thank you for the fast service. Keep up the great work.

Very fantastic customer service here, after three fake yes,we have that in stock to a oops, I m sorry we son t have that, to TSC,yes, we have 24 gallons of that in stock,kellsy wonddul put 2 gallons on hold for me and there they were when I showed up, they had a great sale on work pants I couldnt turn down,first pair of new pants in four years, very nice lady at the checkout was very courteous,I LL be back! Thank you for your old school customer service,made me feel like a million bucks!

They have good pricing on propane, but the service is completely erratic. Drive all the way here and half the time its closed. #failOh really? Came back today and they closed early again. I wont be back. Unreliable.

Went here for some supplies. Upon checking out, the cashier removed her mask, sneezed, then put on her mask and continued to handle the items I was purchasing. Apparently management needs to educate their staff on the whole purpose of wearing a mask as well as hand hygiene. I wont be returning.

I’m not thrilled how this place has run all our local small feed stores out of business. They don’t carry the variety of livestock feed I’d like either. However the staff is pretty darn great, prices aren’t better than the independent stores but they aren’t worse. Store is clean and organized. I love how they contribute to 4H and FFA.

Ordered items online for curbside pick-up. Received email confirmation. Drove to store, called from parking lot. On hold for 20 minutes to find out the items are not in stock. 3 days later I still have not received a refund as the store staff marked ordered as picked up. Now Im on the phone with customer service telling me that they are issuing a refund of $18 when they charged me $47. Still no proof of any refund. Never again will I give them the opportunity to rob me.

I came in to order a large amount of horse feed (40 bags) in order to take advantage of a sale. They were a little busy and so I assured them I was in no rush, but they still made sure to get to my order details quickly and efficiently. One of the bags of alfalfa pellets on the pallet was damaged, so they gave me a break on it even though it hadnt lost much of its contents. When I got home I discovered one of the bags was the wrong one (it was a wrapped pallet, so likely the manufacturers error) and they quickly allowed me to swap it out.

Always VERY helpful the staff goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly our dogs like going there because of the treats they get (our Lab Courtney always runs in and sits there) she expects treats from the people, the pet wash area is always clean and very reasonable. Sale prices are great. I highly recommend checking out the Silverdale store.

Found Vet Srvcs here w/ Google search. Can bring pet here w/o prev visits/extra fees like other walk-in clinics. Vet MD @ all clinics & not only Techs doing vaccines under Drs prior orders.You should REALLY advertise this GREAT offer more readily.

Finally found the best dog food for my older beagles. 4health canned food for sensitive skin did wonders for my older itchy pets! Two weeks with so much improvement and now every single is out and NO idea when it will be available again! Very disappointed. Please restock ASAP. It’s been a month!!!

The best man store around. The employees are dedicated to customer service. They even let me take merchandise out of the store so I could get my keys and wallet out of my truck after I locked them inside. I shop here all the time.

It was great they had just what I was looking for and a whole bunch more! Its turning into a really nice store and I just live down the road a mile from it, making it so convenient ! Unfortunately I got broken into a month-and-a-half ago and lost tools that I needed, I hopped in my buggy and down the road to Tractor Supply where they fixed me up in a hurry! Thank you Tractor Supply for being there when I needed you!!! Im Rick and Im happy to have Tractor Supply right down the road.

My goodness they need more staff on Sunday. Ordered my stuff online for in-store pickup. Went in store, grabbed a few more items and sent the spouse through the checkout for those while I waited at Customer Service for pickup. And waited. And waited. When to family members say, Wow that took a long time. You know it took too long.

Our first time at this type of store. We were greeted so soon as we walked in and asked if we needed any assistance. We did and asked where the rabbit feed was located. The cashier gave us directions to the product and on our way another associate asked if we needed assistance, which we stated we were good. We located the rabbit food and crashed out with ease. We will continue to buy from here.

Okay... So Ive never been here before. My muddy chicken run had me desperate for a solution. Thanks to helpful, knowledgeable staff, I got a big ol bale of straw for 8 bucks. Im happy, and so are my chickens!!

This place has a great vibe!!Picked up a load of fencing today. Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful. A fellow named Buckley helped me pick out the best looking pieces for my project and helped me load them into my truck.

Really nice staff. We had to get a huge cattle panel in a small truck. But the staff showed us how to put it in there and helped us tie it down.

Very unorganized! Ordered online and they didnt even make sire the item was in store and told us to come pick up our gate. It took them 25 minutes to figure out they only gate they had eas damaged and had already been returned. No-one knew what to do or how to rectify the situation! I will NEVER shop here again or recommend this COMPANY! I made a complaint to corporate and they really did care!

Best prices over nearby competitors. But even more important is that their customer service is great! They welcome you, they give advice and know their products and industry. Their selection is ample. I make a conscious effort to choose them because I know I will get the best deal and be treated with respect.

I went there today after walking out of coastal as a pretty ticked off customer trying to get chicks.I was just meaning to ask if they carried them and find out if and how they sell them during this time. ( coastal is come in at 8 when they open get a ticket stand around until 10 30 and hope here are some left) After a month of calls and attempts I was beyond frustrated. Then i walked into TSC, saw a guy at the checkout with chicks, got pointed in the right direction, asked how many, anything else.. what you need is here and here... DONE. Granted they didnt have near the number of employees on the floor i see at Coastal but the service was night and day. Its been that way every time ive been in this store. friendly smiles and a WILLINGNESS to help. Not scramble off in another direction if they see you looking perplexed. Great Job TSC

First time there today! What an incredible place! All of the staff are extremely nice and very knowledgeable about there products! They have a little of everything there including farm and pet supplies. What a super cool place!😁

Nice cow panel fences. They become harder to find the further into the city one goes. It was great to have such a helpful staff help load up the panels after purchase. I also got some wax melts to make candles with. They were in the clearance section for $2.99. When I got to the register they rang up even cheaper! The person who checked me out was beyond friendly and she was super helpful.

They are a farm supply store. Some clothing, repair parts, etc. They do carry suet cakes that go in smaller suet basket especially for woodpeckers which was my main purpose of going there. Usually go to feed store a mile away because TSC is about 10 miles away and the small savings that I might get doesnt justify the extra gas.Otherwise a nice enough store

Tractor supply is a bit pricey- I suppose you are paying for convenience. They are friendly and helpful. I visit rarely- good spot to get all your livestock needs.

Customer service at this location is amazing. I had some issues with a product on Black Friday, Al the manager is an amazing guy. He and his staff took care of myself and my brother-in-law with the utmost respect and sincerity. I went in and picked up my product today. Al the manager was in and he helped me through the process as well as gave my son a complimentary Tractor Supply Company hat free of charge. They have got a customer for life with me just on the friendliness cleanliness of the store and how they genuinely care about their customers and their customer concerns. Thank you guys for all your help.

The employees here are so knowledgeable and helpful about the products they sell. they helped me pick out chicks that were cold Hardy since I live in the PNW need those weather proof chickens and every step along the way they have helped me pick the right feed for them for there age range now I just cant wait for them to be old enough to start producing eggs for me

It was i thought way over prised the selection was small and didnt find the one thing i went for they were out of snail bait

If you like shopping on your own this is a great place, if you need immediate help youre likely to wander about the store trying to find it... Lots of cool stuff you wouldnt otherwise find at Lowes or Home Depot

My first visit was yesterday. I was looking for a certain type of fencing that was proving difficult to find. They had the type of fencing I was interested in as well as a number of other types of fencing that were of interest to me. They were very helpful and went out of their way to show me around the store. I will shop here in the future.

Went in with my family to buy dog food and had a metal sign post hit me in the leg. Not only did the lady had rushed over and made sure I was okay, she then got her manager and he greeted me with nothing but politeness and concern. I shop there from time to time and always enjoy the customer service today they went above and beyond.

Usually stocked on any supplies I need. Sometimes the customer service could use some get off yet butt and work at times. A few workers should find jobs where they dont have to deal with people. But overall 3 stars. Mostly for the lack of customer service.

Havent been there yet. Plan on going today or tomorrow for rubber work boots. Im sure I will be more then satisfied.

Fun place to visit to see the baby chicks and a good place for pretty food/litter. Most everything is fairly priced, though dont expect much in the way of customer service. They are short staffed and overworked.

I love their 4health dog food. Its inexpensive but great food. My dogs not allergic to it either which is amazing because ive been looking for a food that didnt make her break out in a rash for a year now.

For the past year this store has gone down hill! I typically spend $100 a month on animal supplies here but NO MORE! I walked out of there today because 1 there were no carts to shop with ( how in the hell can you expect customers to carry around giant bags of food) 2 I made 3 trips around store and there was only one employee, the front cashier, he told me that 2 other people were working ( maybe they were invisible because I was helping people in the chicken area) 3 over the past year the decline in customer service is overwhelming and can no longer be ignored!Good bye tractor store, good bye!

I went in to buy a trailer yesterday at 550 pm to be told they don’t have a price or don’t no when they are going to be out on display. Like come on I literally was going to spend 1500.00 but seamed like they did everything in the power not to sell.

Weird that they sell generators but not the plugs or cords that are required to operate them. Besides that they have really good customer service.
