The ladies in the Optical Dept. were knowledgeable and friendly. They saved me $472 dollars over a competitors quote. They took my insurance and made the necessary measurements. I received my glasses in 5 days and still very happy with the process.

Dont even think of going to this business. You will be wasting your time and money by the thousands of dollars. The customer support is terrible and the technical support is below sub par and cannot be trusted. My mother spent $1000 for a hearing aide that did not work and was lost in the system for seven weeks. In that time she was given a fill in hearing aide that didnt work properly and probably damaged her only working ear. She was told by Specialist Vince Jackson to not call him about her hearing aide. Cosco should rethink their business plan with respect to hearing aide services. I wish I was not not 2000 miles away from you Vince.

Costco employee Vincent was very rude over the phone. His tone of voice sounded angry and impatient. By the time of his voice I had a gut feeling not to go to this hearing aid center for my 84 year old mom. Very bad customer service.
