Optic led took $3200 CAD from me for two months while sending the product to others. Promised so many different dates I would get mine shipped. Got caught shipping to someone who ordered two days ago.Was hung up on when I called. They cancelled my order by thier choice after making me wait two months while constantly making promises.Buyer beware. Joke company. They dont respond to emails. Phone calls. Block my account and delete any negative comments about them.You were warned.

Customer service was on point even during these crazy times. Got my order on time as agreed. After placing my order online I had called and emailed to verify the shipment date, no one answered (offices probably closed due to the Rona) . Upon checking my messages shortly after I had a text and email confirming my order.
Stay away from this company, terrible experience. Had issues and could hardly get any response and if I did get one it was with attitude. Said company bungled the shipping, I never recieved it and now Im on my 9th day with no response from the company. Carrier cant tell me anything and optic will not respond to my emails. SAD failing company....Ive seen several lights at equivalent price with better rating but I thought Id support an American made product....I will be ordering the migro light or Californialights... I encourage anyone that thinks a company should respect a customer to stay away! And a message to optic you lost my respect and business. Hire new staff or get comfortable with the plummeting sales.
