Looking for a mattress for our RV, boyfriend called the store & spoke with someone and confirmed they had something that would work and in stock. We ended up working with the same gentleman that he spoke with on the phone, he was able to get us the mattress & the cover for a deal! Highly recommend this store

Got my King bed from here a few years ago, and its still in wonderful condition. Totally affordable! Had a deal going on & got bamboo sheets, waterproof mattress protector and a free cooling memory foam pillow and the metal frame for under 1,300! Best place ever!

We had a great experience. The salesperson we worked with was Van. He was knowledgeable, friendly and listened. We were getting 2 mattresses in 2 different sizes for 2 different people with different wants and needs. The whole experience was seamless. We were in and out, We didnt come in for these items however we picked up a couple super great pillows and nice quality waterproof mattress covers they were so resaonably priced we grab some for the beds in the house.

Bill took time to know my needs and habits to make a great suggestion and find me all the deals to bundle. I highly recommend a visit to this store! Looking forward to my new bed

WOWZA! Robert and Nav were amazing.My husband and were polar opposite when it came to the type of bed we wanted and they helped us find the perfect one. Price wise was also affordable, so we were still able to get pillows that we really needed. From the best customer service to the awesome bamboo sheets they showed us, I hands down give them 5 stars. We will finally get good sleep. Thank you guys!

Alive and happy employees. It was a fun purchase and honestly, made my day and my girlfriends day. I got exactly what it is was I was looking for, and Bill help me find it. I always felt like mattress buying was worse than buying tires. Not with Bill, and not with anyone who knows their mattresses he showed me exactly what I was looking for at the price I could afford. I had a good experience with Bill Nideng here. I called to see of they had a bunkie board for my kids bed. He didnt have it at the store but he looked around his other stores for me and located one in two different stores and reserved it for me right away for pick up.He went out of his way to insure I got what I needed.

In and out of the shop in a jiffy. William made buying a mattress PAINLESS. He was friendly, HELPFUL, and a complete professional. The man hustled and was patient explaining the deals, listened to what i wanted, and got me out of there fast without making me feel rushed. 10/10, would buy there again.

Cari is extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain the options based on our needs. She is not selling a mattress she is assisting you in your decision. She tells you to take your time, never rushing. Gave us all the info we needed to ensure we knew what we were considering. Took the time answer all our questions. Took us in the back to show how us how the mattress arrives for ease of putting in our trailer. Over all Cari made the whole shopping experience great.

Although their choice of building design is garish, the prices were very reasonable. Be aware that they never run sales and the prices cannot be haggled. That being said, I found a mattress that felt great for a price that didnt make me have to sell a kidney to be affordable. The staff was very nice and patient while I ran to, and flopped on, a few floor models to be sure I could feel the difference. All in all, very nice.

Molly was Very helpful! Didnt try to pressure me into buying anything, very informative and most of all very courteous! She listen to my needs and based on that, she gave me options on what I could choose from. Great customer services :)

I had a great experience in this store. I was greeted by Rachel who was very knowledgeable about the product and helping me pick the right mattress for me as Im in the process of moving. I bought a hybrid mattress after trying out several they have in store. Best purchase ever. Worth every penny. Im satisfied with the bed. However the service was odd. After we told the lady which bed we wanted an frame, she kept trying to talk us out of it. Kept trying to show us a cheaper one insisting the cheaper one with no boxspring would be better. Find it odd that she didnt want us to spend much money in there.

Bought our toddlers new bed here. We were in and out within an hour. The purchase process was simple and fast.

This place is super unprofessional. They dont care about their employees. They treat people like trash. They are rude and clearly not ran by someone who knows what they are doing. Not to mention they are very homophobic. Very against the LGBT community. You fired her because your delivery man seen me in an EMERGENCY situation and was disgusted with my presence. You have not handled this like adults. You have written her up with out reason. You need a new HR before you have no company. Im truly displeased with this misguided company.

The best experience replacing mattresses for a family of five after a bad Costco experience.Our family was in need of mattresses and I was coming off of my second surgery. I could not shop in a store, so I bought mattresses online through Costco. The only good thing about that experience was that I could return them.Going into making this purchase after having a bad experience was challenging. I wanted to do my work diligently checking out mattresses at any and all retailers in the area that I could find.The first location we went to was Mattress Ranch Puyallup. There was no pressure sales. No haggling. No one trying to get me to buy before I left. I had no intention of buying that day. The staff, Rachel, was extremely helpful and informative answering all of our questions while giving us time alone to discuss.I found a wonderful mattress in their gold line for the spouse and I but still wanted to look around. Our experience at other retailers that day involved high pressure sales, no time alone for my spouse and I to discuss, try and decide. Very used car salesman type of high pressure, shuck and jive talk to try to get us to buy that day even after telling them we were only looking.We decided to go with the Mattress Ranch mattress. While waiting to get our return done with Costco, we decided to buy all three of our children new mattresses. We must have gone into the store 4-5 times before finally making the purchase of 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 full mattresses. Rachel and her coworker (I cant remember her name but she is awesome too) were great each and every time we went in. Completely understanding of all the questions and trials we did to finally make our final decisions and purchase.We have now had our mattresses for over a month and couldnt be happier with the comfort. I should add that I have a spine condition, so back pain and discomfort is a part of life. I havent slept this good in a decade.

The truth of the matter is that she was really fired because your company is homophobic! Im so tired of the bs about this, everyone has the right to be with the one they love regardless of the sex of that person. Your company fired Kali, who by the way was an awesome sales woman who made your company money! To be let go because of her choice in who shes with was the real reason behind your bs reasons. Im going to make sure everyone knows what happened. I am the Proud mother of Kali, and she was not the problem, your management is. Its a wonder you have any employees to run your stores, you fire them routinely. Dont work there, Dont shop there, go someplace else where they respect people. TRUTH!!!
