I really couldnt be any happier with the service that was handed to me soon as I walked through those doors of this Mattess Firm Facility, was greeted instantly and tooken care of I saved over 900$!!! On a king matress and a foundation Im telling you you wont regret going to the location on 5415C Washington Ave in Racine Wisconsin.

The sales representative was very helpful and professional. She was great at explaining all of our options, return policies, etc. The delivery came exactly when scheduled. They sent emails of the delivery details. The base did arrive with a very small tear on the bottom where it was not even noticeable. We called the store and the situation was immediately taken care of. Very pleased with the customer service. Cant rate the mattress as of yet as Ive only had it a couple of days.

I bought an adjustable bed and mattress and the mattress was a Beauty Rest and it started to sag very badly to where it became uncomfortable to sleep on and the mattress is so heavy that I couldnt turn it around. I was getting nowhere with Beauty Rest and Mattress Firm so I ended up contacting Channel 6 investigation. I went to Mattress Firm to talk to Gabe the manager. Saturday 7/24/2021 I am getting a boxspring and mattress and the old bed removed for free and at managers discount. So will see. Beauty Rest was not one of the companys own brand. Mattress Firm just sells it. Im getting one of Mattress Firms beds...Sleepy. So if there is any problems they can take care of it right away.Cindy Hoch

Overall it was a good experience. Gabe, the sales person was working, with did a great job showing me around the store to the beds that fit my sleep profile and I ended up buy a bed that day. Another great thing is that the provide free shipping (at least locally). I purchased the mattress Sunday and it should be delivered Tuesday.

Store associate was very helpful, ordered and paid for mattress was told it would be 3 weeks for delivery, 3 weeks went by I took off from work so I was home and delivery never came, called the store they called the warehouse and our mattress never came. It would be nice if they communicated with their customers, it has now been almost a month and I still have no mattress and missed a day of work

I admit, we chose this location based on all the great customer service reviews, and they werent wrong! Gabe is wonderful. We came in about an hour before close on a Sunday and despite the time he was so patient and helpful in helping us find our new bed.He took time to understand our needs, guided us as we tried 7 or so mattresses, and made the buying process so quick and easy once we did find our perfect bed!He even noticed a billing error that we had missed and called us afterwards to let us know it was corrected. We will definitely buy all our mattresses there now and will recommend to all our friends.

The entire team at MattressFirm in Racine is PHENOMENAL. I was in a bind because I needed a bed ASAP so I bought one online and it came the next day. The problem was - folks that had the specific mattress for years, discovered it was made with fiberglass. I called Amazon and they not only gave me a refund, but took the mattress OFF of their marketplace (it had high reviews). I decided to do things the old school way and just go to a mattress store to try them out. The guys here were accommodating and very understanding of my situation. I purchased a bed from them that I fell IN LOVE with. Its truly the most comfortable bed Ive ever had. Now, Im getting a bigger bed and a frame for only a bit more than I paid online. Highly recommend these guys!

My wife and I had not bought a mattress in years.We went in and talked to a consultant whose name was Don Bean and he took great care of us!He did not rush us or try to up sell us something we didn’t need or want!My wife was having sciatic nerve problems and Don was very helpful in getting us the right mattress for her needs.The base took the pressure of her back when we set the base to “zero gravity”!The whole process was easy. I have an amazing experience everytime I come in here. Don helped me get a Purple2 queen mattress, not only did he help me get the one I wanted but he helped me find an adjustable base that was out of stock that showed up same day as my mattress. Came back in and got a bed set and purple pillows (amazing deal again). And helped me retrieve my financing account. This is for sure going to continue to be my go to for anything involving sleep and comfort.

These delivery technicians showed up late and did not have any tools to disassemble the old bed and prepare the new bed. It was 9:30 p.m. before I knew that I was going to have to take apart the old bed. All questions I made sure to ask in front of the purchase, just to be prepared. Shanti did an excellent job tried correcting the mistake he boss tried to sell me. Mattress was excellent. Service at this store in Racine sucked! Never again would i buy at this store. Don Bean tried to sell me a mattress I did not want. Had to go through customer service to have everything straightened out. Customer Service (Candy) did an excellent job to correct all mistakes don by Don. Costumer Service FIVE STARSMattress Firm is an excellent store, just not in Racine! So if you get Don as a salesmen walk away!

Just purchased the Cadillac of all mattresses. Looking forward to enjoying it, without even receiving the mattress yet I was completely satisfied with Sam the Assistant Manager. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. She went above and beyond to satisfy our needs and what we wanted. We shopped around for mattresses and because of her great customer service even though we found slightly better deals we definitely wanted to buy from her.

Went and bought a couple mattresses about a month or 2 ago...employees were great and very willing to help...our experience there was so great that we decided to go back in and get another one. We were checking some out and the salesman that helped us the last time remembered our names from a month or two ago....we will definitely be back for the next one when we need another...(and to use the massage chair)
