Stopped in to find a suit for a formal event I was invited to with extremely short notice. Though they didnt have anything in my particular size (and obviously there was not enough time to get something tailored) the owner was extremely helpful and friendly, and I look forward to shopping here in the future. Products are quality and fair priced and service is personable

Very disappointed in 2 Swift Suits. I ordered a hat on their website two weeks ago. The website processed the order and took the money from my credit card. After one week, I still hadnt received notice that the hat had shipped. I called to find out the status of my order, and the owner said, Oh, that hat is on back order, so we cant get it. Ill have to give you a refund. What? You have products on your website that you sell, but you dont have them in stock? Not a kosher business model, but okay... at least Ill get a refund. But now, one week later... the refund STILL hasnt appeared on my credit card. This store is either sloppy or dishonest (or both.)
