Great shoe prices. Got some sweet looking shoes for a good price.

The staff wasnt friendly. I asked about 4 different shoes and everytime the girl just said we are out of those in that size. She never even went in the back and looked.

Staff is horrible and very unprofessional. Store full of kids working using profanity in front of small children. I understand its Christmas time and alot of extra staff is brought in to cover the extra traffic but these people should have been screened before you brought them in to assist with customers that they are ignoring.

The people who work here are cool as hell and supper helpful. They didnt have what I wanted in store but where able to order it for me

We will NEVER BE BACK! My shopping experience was terrible and what happened after that was ridiculous.The whole entire time while looking for shoes for myself with my husband and two kids, the workers which were two young kids( a girl and a boy ) and an older male sat behind the counter like they were hanging out at a bar or something. The younger girl and boy were touching all over each other and extremely inappropriate and the older gentlemen just looked like he hated everyone and wanted to leave. We purchased shoes and left. The next day I put the shoes on while cleaning around the house to “break them in” so they wouldn’t be so painful to wear at work. I noticed my toes were too cramped and it was painful so I decided I needed to return them.My husband took them back to the store while I was working and attempted to return them. The gentlemen at the counter looked at them and said I can’t return these, they’ve been worn!”Which they were NOT worn for more than about an hour or so walking around my house.My husband argued because we had literally just bought them the day before and the man had his manager come out. His manager claimed they were “street worn and he couldn’t return them.” My husband knew that this was not true and the shoes were not in that kind of condition because I truly barely wore them. After a bunch of rudeness and unprofessional BS, the manager agreed to return “for just this one time.”Both men were terrible to my husband and for this I will NEVER return to a journeys again. This is NOT the first time this has happened while attempting to return/exchange something from journeys.It’s always some kind of hassle when it comes to customers bringing items back.We are totally disgusted.
