Very poor customer service.

I came to Oxygen One about 4 months ago from another provider. It has been a great experience being paid attention to as a customer expects. The Mgr. at the Racine Location (Petra) and her staff all know how to treat clients properly. Questions are not left unanswered, explanations are given for full understanding and it is clear they listen to what I have to say, ask or comment on. The 5 stars i chose was an easy choice. Numerous emails, calls and a few visits as well have left me with a comfort level that Oxygen One wants to help me with my CPAP use and issues.Thanks Oxygen One.

I have never before used CPAP or BIPAP equipment, so Im new to it all, so I was pleasantly surprised to have an excellent clinician in Erin(Racine location, by All Saints on Spring Street). She was knowledgeable about the different units and masks, she gave me no pressure in the amount of times I tried on masks and fiddled with the equipment. She was not at all distant or aloof in her approach. I felt very comfortable with her and wouldnt hesitate to call if I have any issues. Thank you Erin and Oxygen One. I also want to thank Kayla(I think she was from Waukesha) who helped set up my appointment. All professionals who werent sticks in the mud and showed they really cared and know their business.
