Dealt with the gentleman that I assume owns this store. He was polite, thorough, and even came along when the washer was delivered to make sure it was all working right and that I understood how to use the model I chose. They offer a 30 day guarantee and deliver locally for $25. Ive had the washer about 2 weeks and so far so good. Hopefully it will last awhile.

I called to see if they had any used washers for sale and was told by the man who answered the phone, who works for John said they had all kinds and would be best just to come in and look. I borrowed a truck to haul the washer if I purchased one. Drove all the way up there only to be met at the door by John and asked what I needed. I told him I had called to see about a used washer. John said he only had one, which was a front load which was not what I was looking for. What happened to we got all kinds, come in and look. I would not recommend them as apparently all kinds of them turns out to be only one. Wasted trip, time and money.

Outstanding customer service. We bought a washer and dryer and had it delivered and installed for a reasonable rate. One of the knobs came off of our dryer and they ordered us a new one free of charge since we had purchased it so recently. I would highly recommend them!

Took 3 weeks just to get it, i get it back and it leaked and only ran once. Then broke. Took it back and they said another 4 to 6 weeks to repair it again😂😂

Great busines to buy affordable used appliances. I have bought a washer and refrigerator from them over the years and they both still working. Business has had been around for many years with great customer service and products.

Called to have repair done on dishwasher that leaked water all over kitchen and destroyed floors. Service tech came out, after 15 mins or so of looking around said dishwasher was fine, call a plumber, charged me $85 for nothing. Plumber came out next day said plumbing was fine, suggested i buy a new dishwasher. I called radcliff tv and appliance the next day to speak with the owner i was advised he was not in but i left a detailed message with contact info to be called back and a month later still no call. They were happy to collect my $85 for nothing though. I would not recommend!

I need an old gas stove removed and a new one hooked up they were very professional and did an excellent job. Im very satisfied with there work and i would definitely recommed them .

I bought a upright freezer from them back in 1992 or 1993 it just stopped working in 2017 so I had to get a new one. I sure do miss it though, it lasted through 3 moves to Germany, a move to California and 3 moves back here to Kentucky.
