Went for an oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday. I got home and parked my car not going anywhere till Monday. The low light came on for my front drivers side tire, same tire I have to always air up so I always know which location it is. I even bought a air compressor to keep in my car as it goes low all the time. Not a single tire had air added. When I aired the tires up the dirt wasnt disturbed around the valve stems or lug nuts. I left a message on the website and Facebook. No response
I had a 3pm appointment. There was a line when I arrived, so figured it was going to be quite a while. That was not the case at all. Got my truck in and out in a very timely manner. Thanks guys! Much appreciated!
Mark went above and beyond assisting us with our truck search. We didn’t live in the area, we live in Alabama and were concerned about the possibility of rust. Mark subsequently sent me a video of him climbing underneath the truck giving me a full view of the underside, doors the whole truck! He did not try to hide anything, pointing out multiple rust spots and it was such an efficient, great experience I felt the need to have to reach out and let people know!
Staff did a wonderful job of going and getting my car I wanted. After that…they were useless. Anytime I tried to contact to ask a question, I was re-routed to someone else. Tried to set up an appointment for my first maintenance and it’s a week and a half later and I’ve still heard nothing. Contacted service department to see if my appointment had been confirmed and kept getting pushback and they acted like they had no idea where to check on the appointment. When the shoe is on the other foot and they want something from you - i.e. referral program - they’ll send a million texts or emails. This will be the last time I use them for any trade in. It’s a shame because I previously purchased an Equinox from them several years ago and had excellent service.
The dealership was great, besides parking my truck in the rain after the service. The customer service appointment line was horrible. The lady had no clue what she was doing and never setup the appointment in the computer. When I got to dealership they said I didnt have an appointment. That definitely needs to get fixed and addressed. The service lady at Big M was wonderful and very helpful, I will be back.
I’ve been trading with big M Chevrolet in Radcliff, Ky since 2008. They are always so knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help make things work for their customers. Kate Snider in the service department is very knowledgeable and took the time, explained things about my vehicle and recommendations, for future services. Kate, explained what would be needed and what to be expected and etc. A+Rating. I would definitely recommend BIG M.
My boyfriend and I ended up purchasing a 2017 Toyota Corolla through them that we fell in love with. We had an appointment set up for service which we had took it in for, and everything that was wrong supposedly got fixed. It still did a tad bit of shaking to where you could barley feel it but when I took it back and one of the sales reps asked to drive to see himself while I rode in the passenger seat. When I felt it he said he said he didnt. I just told him I just wanted to see if it could be relooked at he assured me the mechanics work was really good and he really didnt feel anything wrong and it drove smooth to him. Then at the end of the ride I asked him about the tire pressure light and was told they forgot to write it off that it was going out. So they put a new one on for free and guess what...the light came back on the same day and the shaking has gotten worse. I knew I wasnt crazy and I feel when the customers communicate and have concerns...they should be understood more. Had he would of said ok lets check it out one more time they would have found the issue and it would be fixed right now. I felt like I was being called a liar when I am trying to explain im feeling something but they are not so they feel its not needed to proceed any further. Now stuck with a 15,000 dollar car that had this same problem in the beginning when we bought it..they serviced it and the same day it drove off the lot so smooth and then later that day back to riding rough and light is back on. Wished somebody could of heard me out. I feel like we were screwed
Hands down the best experience Ive ever had at a dealership! Came to Big M because my 2015 Silverado was having mechanical issues. Come to find out, my whole transmission needed to be replaced. Instead, they offered me a great trade-in price for my truck and I bought a new 2021 Silverado 1500 Trail Boss! All in a few hours! Our salesman was Mark Langley. The folks in the Service department were very friendly and professional! I financed through the dealership and got an awesome rate! My wife and I could not be happier or more satisfied! I received excellent service at Big M Chevrolet. They took care of my Chevy Silverado and have some of the best transmission people around. The truck I had only owned it a week and dig and went to fight against the warranty people to let them know that this part was actually inside the transmission and was covered under the warranty. However allies warranty would not cover the part anyway so where I bought the truck at Fenton Missouri which was Jim Butler Chevrolet they extended the courtesy of good faith and pay for half the repairs. I was so pleased with Big M Chevrolet that Im having them put their sticker on my truck so people know where I go to get my truck serviced. When in the service department just ask to see John he will take care of you and give it that Personal Touch.

My son and I went in to check out a pre-owned Toyota minivan that I saw on the website. Upon entering the lot it was easy to locate a sales associate. The keys were missing for the specific van that I wanted to drive, which honestly I took it as the associate was trying to get me to test drive a more expensive vehicle. We left and went to Wal-mart where we were having work done on our personal vehicle, about 20 minutes later the sales associate walked into Walmart with the keys to that minivan. I was super impressed that he did that. I test drove that van and unfortunately did not buy it due some major engine issues. Another thing that surprised me was when I told the sales associate that I would not be buying the vehicle because of the engine knock he did not try to dumb me down or insist that I look at more expensive ones. I have been to a lot of car lots and BIGM was a good different in all areas that the other GUYS were not. I will continue to look at BIGM for a new to me vehicle.

Sold my 2015 Silverado to big m. They gave me a competitive offer and guarantee to fastest turn around to get my money. Took them several days to actually send the check to my bank to have the lien released. Theyve already sold the truck before they even sent the check. Then sent an 18k check standard mail with no tracking number so who knows if its even lost. Over all it has been a nightmare of a situation. And Im gonna have to make a payment on a truck Ive sold cause they are terribly slow. Do not recommend them at all. All employees have no answers for my problem. Just say idk and I can not do anything for you. Screw BIG M CHEVROLET
Im disappointed in the repair yall did because. It cost me 1400.00 to have my rear main seal replaced. Then a few days later I brought it back because I noticed a leak they told me it was just residual oil. But its been about a month now its still leaking Im pretty sure its leaking from the rearmain seal. But I have tryed contacting them but they havent got back to me.
We paid cash for a SUV on that same day we saw they had a used truck we asked for a cash price, well they said they could not do that since it was already set for auction.Well whats that got to do with customers with cash?Bad experience if we knew that before hand we would have went in down the road to buy!

Will Lorenz is awesome and I would highly recommend working with him. I originally came in to look at a truck but found a different used vehicle instead. I went through everything and noticed there was an issue with the passenger side vents not blowing out heat. We worked it out to get it taken care of and after driving I realized the horn wasnt working. They worked that into getting fixed. After dropping it off at their service department they realized it was going to be a few months before it could get fixed due to a parts issue with the other brand. Will worked with the GM and took back the original vehicle I purchased and got me into a newer model Chevy with way less miles.I seriously cant thank them enough for being so patient with me and working with me. everyone I dealt with was amazing and friendly. I will gladly do business with them again.
I came for a simple part to be replaced. I arrived 15 minutes prior and was told it should take maybe an hour. After an hour I inquired about how much longer it would be and I was told it would be another hour! The part was replaced, test was run but apparently needed to be reprogrammed again. No updates throughout the visit and took way longer than quoted. I will not be returning.
If you want to talk about customer service, John at Big M Chevrolet in the service department absolutely excelled. We are from out of town and John made sure to work as quick and proficiently to ensure my wife and I were back on the road as fast as he could. Had an awful experience with them. Bought a 2017 Chevy Malibu from them 2 weeks ago. The check engine light was on the next week and they refused to fix my onstar. Everything goes through Capital One, and when i called them verify everything, they said they never got any info from them, in the whole 2 weeks i had the car. So i was driving a car illegally the entite time. Will never recommend nor purchase from them again.

Ive used Big M on several occasions since Ive been stationed at Fort Knox, and they never disappoint. Theyre always welcoming and timely with their service. I do not feel like a joe-shmoo, but a valued customer. Im typically skeptical with dealership service departments, but given my great experiences at Big M, I highly recommend Big M to all my friends, family members and workmates.
The people are great just not happy with the issues being fixed on my truck. Ive taken it to be serviced many times and have said i thought there was transmission issues and now that I have no warranty, the transmission cooling lines are leaking and need to be replaced. Sounds like i was pushed out of warranty and now its a $600 repair. My cabin filter was replaced and now the air blower makes a loud sound which was not happening before. Ive always taken my truck here from the time I bought it brand new but Im very reluctant to buy another vehicle here again.

Service - 2020 Cadillac XT4. March 2021. Place was dirty and unkempt. Bathroom was unclean. Customer service was fine, except most of the employees, salesmen, office manager, or otherwise were not wearing masks. Vehicle was not able to have tires rotated in accordance with manufacturers guidance, because they “could not find my lug key.” They were adamant that they looked throughout the vehicle- I trusted them, but did not want the lugs removed until I checked my home for the lug key. Thinking I had a bigger problem, when I got home I looked in the glovebox and found the lug key; exactly where I was supposed to be. I will not return.

It’s always a trying experience when your out of town and you get the call from your wife that something is wrong and she’s stranded. As hesitant as I was to send her alone, I sent her to Big M to see what it would take to fix the problem and try to get her back on the road. From the very beginning the staff and especially Katelyn who was our service writer went above and beyond to take care of us. She had explained that they were overly busy with the holidays but made it a point to pull this Christmas miracle off for us. Within a few days my wife was back on the road! I can not thank them enough for taking care of the situation for us and being as thorough and as thoughtful as they were!! We’ll never go anywhere else!!!!

During the overnight hours of Wednesday, Feb. 10th, a huge ice storm dumped .6-inch of ice here in Flaherty, KY & surrounding cities/towns. The morning after the ice storm (10AM/Feb 11th), we took our 2017 Chevy 1500 into Big M Chevrolet in Radcliff for a 30K-mile check-up. Despite the impact of the ice storm, the wait time was minimal, the cost was very competitive, & the customer service was top notch. John W. & his team took great care of our truck. The truck required deicing & Johns crew took care of it without an extra charge, complaint, delay, or last minute request to reschedule. Lastly, thanks to John W. & his Service Team we had our tires upgraded about 18-months ago with all-season all-terrain tires; thus, we easily made the icy round trip to & from Radcliff (about 20-miles) without any drama. I had an appointment at 2pm, which was made 2 days before. I showed up at 2pm and was told there were no sales reps available. I waited about 20 minutes and still there was no one to help me. My time on my one day off each week is valuable to me, which is why I had made an appointment. I left without being helped. Apparently, they didnt really want my business anyway.

Let me tell you about this man, Louis Nelson. He took care of us today at Big M CHEVROLET. Louis was quick to get me in a test drive of a couple cars we were interested in. Louis made sure the cars were gassed up and warm on the inside considering it’s winter. He was down to earth and really easy to have a conversation with. Great job. Got us in the car we wanted.

I am appalled and enraged that big m has not to follow any safe guidelines or basic recommendations to prevent to spread of COVID-19. While waiting for approximately two hours for my car to be serviced, only one female staff member was wearing her mask appropriately and following other safeguards. I chose to stand outside for the entire time-with the exception of having to go in and make my payment. I observed two different service technicians returning my car to the car lot without a mask that did not spray down my car when they exited my car. Ironically every customer that went into that building was following Covid precautions. Every customer had a mask on and they were maintaining their distance. The lack of awareness and follow through to protect not only customers but also it’s staff that I observed at Big M is outrageous and it also speaks to how you feel about your customers. Your failure to ensure that big m follows any safe guards, precautions or adherence for local, state and federal mandates/recommendations is an embarrassment and completely irresponsible!! Big m’s disregard for public health is blatant, irresponsible and selfish to say the least.Big M‘s lack of awareness or concern for the public has been a consistent. Since the beginning of March, my car has required servicing at the Elizabethtown service department at least for five times. Each time Big M employees showed no regard, failed to practice any safeguards or concern for customers or employees. And each time I either left Big M or waited outside while my car was being serviced out of concern for mine and my family’s personal health.
Big M Chev Service department has great expertise, reasonable prices, and trustworthy and friendly people. How great is that?!

I would put a 0 if I could. I had my father take my truck into the service shop to have a TPMS sensor looked at. They then proceeded to tell my father I needed over $4000 worth of stuff replaced. When I took it to my mechanic, he told me everything was in running order. So be very careful about taking your vehicles to their service department and ask for a second opinion.
The dealership has an awesome service department. The were able to diagnose, fix, and return my vehicle in jus 1 day. They were friendly, and exceeded my expectations through all steps of the process.

He is well versed in the vehicles and explains each step superbly. Every question we had, he either gave us the answer or went and found it for us.
