My bike has been at this place since May. It is now November and i cant get a response from the shop. I personally have had the worst experience with this place and i am concerned that if i even get my bike back, can i trust the work theyve done? I am researching how to report them to the BBB on poor ethics and such. Will update if bike is not completed by December.

Ol Blue Cycles LLC, do not provide an accurate description in writing of projected work to be performed. This business charges for unsatisfactory work performed. In actuality the only work performance conducted acuratly was cash transfers. They will keep your bike for months on end. Give exsaturated completion dates, not order parts needed, in addition to losing them. Four months in Ol Blue Cycles shop. On the way home my bike broke down. I would not recommend anyone bring their lawn mower to Ol Blue Cycles.

Buyer beware i recently bought a 95 bad boy from this shop. The owner claimed he would get on it and ride it to california. Well the bike wouldnt stay running for the ride home. I was told the bike had just been serviced and when i pulled the the stick there was no oil on it now a week later i find the massive oil leak. Pretty bummed i have had work done here before always with good results. Guess the ethics of thus shop have changed in the last 2 years.

**Fraud by Deception**I made a deposit for handle bars on 9 November 2019. The handle bars was never ordered a month later. I requested and was told my deposit would be return by 17 December 2019. As of 7 January 2020, I’m still waiting on the return of my deposit.I filed a fraud by deception case with Hardin County Clerk/Attorney office since KB Stephen/Ol Blue Cycle is not an honorable business.

The 2003 Harley Davidson u held 33 days never fixed You told ignition sensor was bad I gave u $80 for diagnostic and took the bike held and kept saying u was going to fix Harley Davidson fixed it. Fuel line was clapping when it got hot. One by the way Keep $27 on gas cap u never ordered I paid u on Jun 29 .I would never refer any one to u or more less trust u on working on my grand son tricycle

My bike is been there for 12 weeks and 2 days as of today. Bike had some damage mostly paint, needed new front fender and a few thinks. It should have been done by the wall ride, that didn’t happen and now it’s one thing after another. Among all sorts of reasons that my bike is not done, the other day I call as he told me 2 and no answer so I call with another phone and he answers. So obviously He is avoiding me. Whatever, bike is not done. A little more than a week ago, I was told he will pick up parts that weekend, so I check on it the Tuesday after that weekend, and I was told he never said that because it’s his daughters birthday or something, but my son was there with me and he heard him say the same thing.Before that, someone passed away that’s why it’s not done. Then yesterday we wear told it pretty much be done Friday (today) supposedly He was working on putting my bike together yesterday. Today we get a call and somehow the shop that does his paintwork lost a part of my bike. Another freaking blow. Really? So I drive over there and talked with him and I told him stuff like that looks bad on him and he said NO IT DONT, he didn’t loose the part, but the place who does some work for him did. True maybe, but it’s his name and reputation so yes it looks bad on him.Now from what I been told, he is a excellent mechanic bit as fares getting bikes done. So now he will probably read this and get really mad or upset but holly s..., it needs to be put out there.Now I was told today that my bike will be ready Wednesday or Thursday. If I actually get it back on one of those days I will delete this post, if not there will be another part .As of right now I would say.DONT TAKE YOUR BIKE TO HIM.Update:It is now been 15 weeks and still my bike is there.Last Tuesday was told it will be ready this Tuesday afternoon. I go there yesterday and the owner was not in but his worker and he said he has not seen the missing part or any of my parts. So now I wonder how many missing parts I have all together.I spoke to the owner last Tuesday and you could tell he was very angry at me . Good, I sure hope so.I am so very tired of this place . It’s been litterley one thing after another. My bike needed nothing but make up . No Engine or transmission or any part that makes it run (except a new front tire) . There is no excuse to be keeping it this long. I did look at it yesterday at it did have the rear fender back on it and the passenger side saddle bag but other than that.I will update again soon.DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE.Update:It’s now been 19 weeks .Same thing. Bike is not fixed or even getting closer.This place is a total Joke.AgainDO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE TO THIS SHOP.

I have had nothing but a bad experience with this place.

They change change a tire, if you don’t mind them ordering the wrong one, and furthermore waiting 4 weeks for them to install it.
