This wss my second go round with Registers. First time my wife went with my little ones and one of the employees did a magic trick for them. Made my wife more comfortable while waiting. Second time around I experienced things for myself and Im thoroughly pleased. Excellent service, decent price for replacement window. Left my van there overnight and it was done with first thing in the morning. Hopefully wont break anymore windows but if life happens, Ill be headed to Registers.

Zach did a good job but there was a problem unlocking the 3rd for of my pick up. He wins up pulling one of the cables completely out. Then apparently he took it or through it out. I called registers TWICE and no one responded and this happened about Feb 2nd.....

Excellent service. They were able to fit me in right away to fix a chipped front windshield. They were half the price then the quote I received from Safelite. Im glad I was able to find a local shop. Would highly recommend.

Superb establishment. I worked with Bill who fixed my rear view mirror that wouldn’t stay in place. Very happy with my experience. A big rock had punched a cluster of three holes in my windshield. When I spoke with Stephanie in the office, I asked if they could possibly fit me in that day. Even though the day was partly over, she was very helpful about working to fit me in and called me back as promised to let me know when to come. The work was completed promptly and quickly. The staff was very pleasant.

Extremely unprofessional. When I called they picked up, put me on hold for 21 minutes, started tapping the microphone, and then hung up. If theyre too lazy to even answer the phone theyre certainly too lazy to do a decent job.

I was going to go to the cheap glass franchise but I combed through reviews and instead I asked my dealer who they recommended and it was Registers. For a few dollars more than the cheapo glass place (and far less than the nationally advertised company) you get an experienced group of professionals who are meticulous with their work. Disclaimer: My experience is mine, others may experience better or worse... I was able to book an appointment for first thing in the morning for a windshield replacement. I was in and out in about an hour. The owner/operator was cool to talk to. Theyre a busy place by looking at their schedule and listening to the amount of calls that came in while I was in the waiting area. They seem to have a lot of commercial customers which says to me theyre well respected in the business world. In terms of the windshield replacement, so far so good. Got an OEM windshield for less than my insurance deductible. Looks good. Havent noticed any problems. If the windshield falls out Ill update my review. Hope I never need another Auto Glass replacement but if I do Id have no problem going back.

These guys are AWESOME. I got a great quote on a new windshield, and they also checked my driver side window as it hasnt been closing all the way. Bill took the time to describe to me how the windows mechanisms worked inside the door, and also showed me a diagram for a visual. He is really knowledgeable and more than happy to share so that I could understand why that window was misbehaving. During that time, my windshield was being replaced and it was like no time at all had passed. These guys are exceptional at what they do, and use top quality materials down to the last detail. My new windshield is sturdy, tight and solid. We also had a great fun conversation that was much like being old friends. This is the place to go, because youre not just walking into a business, youre walking into a place that treats you like family. They care about you, your car, and your experience with them. Ive had 2 glass repairs in past year with Registers. The first went very well.. super fast service and quality. My second was more challenging... 2016 Prius rear window. First one had optical issues. Bill then ordered a 2nd one from another supplier. While better, it too was a manufacturer issue and wasnt optically right. I called Bill, he called my insurance company, and was able to get Toyota glass which had no issues. Im super impressed with Bill and installer Ethan. Very old fashioned and great customer service... they treat people like they would like to be treated. Registers will get 100% of my business in the future. Thanks Bill.. you run a GREAT business!

Beyond great place and beyond great staff... quality and speed of service cannot be matched. The world needs more places like Registers Auto Glass of Raleigh. Bill was amazing. We had the driver’s side glass shattered on our vehicle and needed it replaced ASAP. I spoke with Bill and scheduled the replacement the next day. Rad was the technician that called and came out to our home for the installation. Rad was super friendly and proficient!! He was done in less than hour! I normally dont go out of my way to review things online, but this is one of the exceptional establishments which deserves the highest praise. Far beyond the exceptional timeliness of service and the excellent price, you can really tell that they take great pride in their work. The owner bill goes out of his way to be helpful and friendly, but more than anything, he has an enthusiastic passion for this service and treats it like an art. Cant say enough good things about them, I hope to never see them again; however, if I get another unfortunate auto glass issue, they will be the only shop on my list.

Look no further for auto glass. Another shop didnt respond to either of my quote requests. Bill responded in minutes and kept responding quickly until we had an appointment scheduled. I looked around for quotes on a new windshield from five different places. Bill got back to me in less than 24 hours, whereas everyone else took at least three days. On top of that, their quote was far more reasonable than everyone else. They told me it would take about an hour to replace the windshield, but it took half that time. I chose Register’s because of their Google reviews and I agree with them all. I had Safelite come out and fill a chip in my windshield, only to find it had turned into a 12 inch crack a week later. I reached out to Register’s who quoted me $125 less than what Safelite quoted me for a replacement windshield. Bill and the staff are so kind and professional. They were also able to get me in the next day and they used the best quality parts. I highly recommend this store for glass repair.

They did a great job replacing the broken power sliding rear window of my truck and were very easy to coordinate with. Professional with good attention to detail.

These guys know how to do a job right. To file a claim, theyll get you on a three-way call so the insurance company gets all their questions answered at once and everyone is on the same page. Their technician has over 30 years of experience, and he keeps his post-op instructions brief and easy to follow. I was impressed by his attention to detail--he put my old oil change sticker in the same place on the windshield and somehow even placed the rear-view mirror so I didnt even have to adjust it. I took my truck in at 10:30 and I was out before 11:15 AM. If you have any doubts about the reviews at Safelite like I did, give these guys a call.

Bill and his guys are absolutely first rate. Not only was his price lower than that of the company my insurance company wanted me to use, the service and ease of everything couldnt have been better. I started the process by calling Bill Monday morning. He called me back later and got everything set up with my insurance company, got the glass ordered, and had me an appointment for 9am Tuesday. Since I was strapped for time, he even drove me across Raleigh back to my office while the work was being done. I was then back in about three hours to get my truck (actual work didnt take NEAR that long). Definitely go here if you need glass repair!

This company was able to replace my broken drivers side window within 24 hours, delivered to and installed at my home with Ford OEM glass at HALF THE COST of Safelite. The installation tech, Bill, was friendly, quick and professional. I highly recommend their company. Personally, if I ever have an issue with any of my auto glass, Ill call them.

We had a problem with water leaking into the passenger compartment of our car, with a large amount coming in after a heavy rain. After getting routed to two auto repair shops, the second recommended Registers.I called late one afternoon and was able to get an appointment the very next morning. Craig guessed what the problem was, even before looking at the car, and once he examined it, we found he was absolutely right! He cleared out all the debris that had collected in the engine compartment that was preventing rainwater drainage. He also recommended another shop that could help us with drying out and freshening the cars interior.Great service, knowledgeable and friendly staff (both Craig and Stephanie), and they didnt even charge for the diagnosis and clean-up.Very impressed with Registers...will definitely go there again for any auto glass work and recommend them highly!

Initially, I was worried about having the windshield replaced in my 2012 RAM. I was worried about the quality of work from some the local autoglass places, especially the big ones like Safelite. Thankfully, I was referred to Registers for their skill and craftsmanship. I could not be happier with the results. Craig put my mind at ease upon arrival and did an excellent job. It was very obvious how skilled he was as he did a great job with confidence. No scratches inside or out... no damage - he cared enough to make sure my truck was protected. It looks as if I never had any work done. I HIGHLY recommend Registers to anyone, especially those who demand the best in the industry.

I called Registers this morning at 8:00 AM and my windshield replacement (OEM glass) was completed by 11:30 AM (1 hour total at their shop). The 2015+ F-150s have an aluminum pinch weld and as such require special urethane adhesive when bonding the windshield. Bill and team were 100% knowledgable on the requirements and took the time to discuss the particulars. This is definitely an A++ operation. They dont cut corners like too many shops do these days.

Spoke to Bill and set up a replacement windshield for my 2009 WRX. He made the whole replacement very simple, quick, lowest price and even assisted me with the claim through my insurance. His team did a excellent job and I can be very picky when it comes to my car!Updated: Cracked my windshield when a rock hit it going down the highway. Called Bill to see if he could fill the glass before it got worse. He told me to come by, the same day, so he could take a look. 20 minutes later he had it filled and good to go. Excellent customer service!! I am a customer for life and have sent several of my friends and family to him.

My sister recently moved to North Carolina and her first week here her drivers side window was broken. She called about an hour before closing on Monday and they gave her a quote over the phone! They ordered the part Monday and had us come first thing Tuesday and had it replaced in less than 45 minutes!!! The price was very reasonable as well!

Had a goof and made a mistake. My entire back hatch window is in a million pieces. I called safelite and earliest they can have me in is three days into the shop and five days for mobile. Looked at the reviews for this veteran owned business....enough said. No hassle called this morning at 8 and parts ordered delivered and being installed at 9:58. I showed up and couldnt get out of the car without the genetlemen saying were ready for you, he took my keys and by 10:00 the car was started on. This is how business should be done!!! Simply exceeded my every expectation. Oh by the way it cost 113.00 less that safelite...
