You don’t stay in business for 20+ years if you are not doing anything other than an amazing job; and that’s exactly what Randy does at his shop. My wife loves GMC Acadias. I did research and found that the transmissions were bad on those SUVs so I had reservations about purchasing one. Being that it was her birthday I broke down and Purchased a 2008 GMC Acadia from Randy. Beautiful car fully loaded with only 49,000 miles. I asked about warranty and Jeri Lynn informed me that all sales were AS IS, which left me with more reservations. Drove the vehicle 65 miles back home with no issues. The next day my worst fears were realized.The transmission would not respond.I called Randy he told me not to worry he would handle everything and get me satisfied. He picked the car up and was in the process of purchasing a used trans (no cost to me) for the car.I asked if we could purchase a reman trans instead and he accommodated that request even though it would mean the car was on the lift until the trans arrived. When the trans arrived Randy had it installed and flashed and called me to pick it up.Car drives like brand new and Randy stood behind his product and worked with me until I was satisfied.I recommend this dealership to anyone.He has a lot of high end inventory fairly priced and will work with you if you do have a problem. BTW ask Jeri Lynn to play the red guitar on the wall for you shes a prodigy .

Just purchased my second vehicle from randy. Last year we purchased a Lexus ES350 from Randy which has been absolutely perfect. it had high mileage, and we were concerned, but his vehicles are maintained beautifully, not to mention if you encounter any issues upon purchasing he makes it right! Yesterday I took delivery on a Lexus LS460. Again, he took care of me from beginning to end, and has even made contact with me today on a holiday (July 4th) to make sure everything is good. A friend of mine has also purchased a vehicle from here with nothing but good things to say about it. Please dont hesitate to purchase a car here. WoW, just WoW. This had to be the easiest purchase I have ever made. Seriously, I have had drive thru orders take longer than this transaction. I purchased a beautiful Camry Hybrid from Randy. As I had to travel to make my purchase, I called and we set up everything over the phone that morning. I had my final number in hand with a trade within 15 minutes of my original call. When I arrived at the dealer, the Camry was freshly washed and ready for the test drive. No wait, No haggling prices No 50 annoying sales people trying to make a commission!! Great experience with Randy and team in my sons first car purchase (a 2006 Solstice). Apart from the good price, the teams interaction with my twenty-something son really impressed this dad. Jeri-Lynn in particular was personable and direct. In walking my son through the paperwork she watched for unasked questions and proactively offered clarification where she thought he might need it. Randy Cavender Motorcars is amazing! My daughter was moving to NC from the west coast. I found the perfect car online from Randy and easily, but thoroughly, did the transaction by phone. But what was amazing was their care and service to ensure we were accommodated two weeks later when we picked up the car. They stored the car for the two weeks. The car was immaculate. We were picked up from the airport. Because the transaction was remote, they did all the DMV work so we were all legal and ready to go when arriving. Amazingly friendly and competent. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I saw a 2013 Mini Cooper on on line. I had been looking at so many. It was the best looking car with the lowest mileage and a couple years newer than most others for a better price. Jeri stayed late after a super busy day to help me. They are fixing a couple little cosmetics items the had already have the parts for. No stress no worries. Best place to buy a vehicle. The cars are not auction or salvage vehicles. Good quality selection.

I had been shopping for nearly a month for a decent used car for my wife to drive. I pass by Randy Cavender Motorcars almost daily and finally decided to stop and take a look. Bob was kind enough to assist me. I explained what I was looking for as far as make, model, and price. Bob immediately walked me over to a 2005 Lexus that fit the bill perfectly. Bob got the keys and left me with the car to look it over at my leisure. Later, Bob got me a dealer tag and let me take the car for an extended test drive...alone. I was gone for over two hours. When I returned, Bob greeted me at the door and simply asked how I liked the car and if I had any questions. I told Bob about a couple of minor issues with the car and he immediately agreed to have them fixed. Two hours later I returned with my wife. We signed the paperwork and left with our new car which had been detailed and the two issues I pointed out had been repaired. We got a great car, in great condition, at a great price, and with no drama, no games, and no bait and switch. I cannot imagine I will ever buy a car anywhere else.

Theres a reason for the 4+ star rating. We needed a car since our family has done some surprise expansion and we needed it asap. Think Mazda 3 to SUV. I wanted to walk alone on the lot to poke around and see what my options were. I saw one, asked Bob for the keys and he tossed them to me and let me go about inspecting the car. I liked it, Bob didnt bother me while I was tinkering around. However, I knew since I didnt have a clue at what I was looking at, I called my mechanic. We showed up again 20 min before closing, on another day, and Bob stuck it out while we test drove it and inspected it from head to toe. Never pushed us in any direction, just had info and asked if we needed a glass of water in the meantime. Needless to say, I brought my wife and 14 month old in to buy the car. My toddler played with Olive the guard dog and the purchase was painless. Minus having to spend money I guess... Great experience compared to my last used car purchase. Then the cherry on top was they detailed it and dropped it off to my pregnant wife while I was at work the next morning. Class act Bob and Randy. We went by Randy Calender Motorcars to look at a used Subaru but once we got there the dealer said he was not selling it anymore due to the repairs it ended up needing (only discovered by these cold temperatures). Although we did not end up buying from Randy Cavender Motorcars the help we received from them was nothing but generous. We talked with him about a Subaru we had seen earlier in the day and he was a huge help in pointing us in the right direction. I would recommend this dealer!

It gives my wife and I joy to write a Five-Star review for the way Randy went so far beyond what was expected as well as what he was legally required to do. We were drawn to his large selection of Cars, Vans, Suvs and many special cars. His online inventory presents close-up pictures that takes you through the inside and outside in great detail. We choose a Town & Country Van –for the right mileage, color and price. Randy assured us it was in great working order. We tried it out and made the deal. Here is where Randy could have simply closed the deal. We signed the paperwork stating that we trade “As Is.” When we got home we realized that the low-beam head lamp was not working. We called Randy and he said that he would make it right not even mentioning that he was not obligated to. He sent someone to drive the one-hour and a-half to pick it up and carrying it back to put a head-lamp in it and then delivered it back to us. He even supplied us a vehicle to drive while the whole process was being taken care of. We thought that was it but two months later we started having trouble with the same head-lamp. We called him and he said to bring it back to him and he would “make-it-right.” Not one word again about that we traded “as-is.” He had a lot of trouble getting the part sent over-night. Again, he sent us home in another vehicle to use until he got our van fixed. He got it all back together the next day and we were amazed again that he was so willing to go beyond what was expected. Thank –You Randy for your sensitive heart toward other’s needs! We honestly have no reservations in declaring Randy Cavender’s Motorcars has our five-star ratting!

Im not one to be hyperbolic, but this was by far the best car buying experience of my life.Trust is the most important thing when identifying where to buy your car. Trusting the person selling it to you is even more important than the make, model, mileage, or CarFax report. He helped her take it to a mechanic for inspection and made the process of getting the car up to sales condition a real breeze (he really really went out of his way on this...it was amazing). He did everything above and beyond what I would have expected, and he even provided the car below ask (and allowed me to pay electronically via wire transfer).The experience left me a bit teary-eyed...and Im not kidding, which is hard to admit when youre a 64 230 lb guy who grew up in the South. The way he treated my sister with empathy and helped her get through this most difficult time by making sure she has the transportation she needs to work and raise her two boys was pure amazing.Anytime she or my brother need another car, were not going anywhere else. Heck...I might even buy a car from him and drive it cross-country back to Portland!

The best experience buying a used car. Bob, Jerri-Lynn and Randy all run a top notch shop and are very helpful. When we had a problem, we brought the car back and they fixed it...no questions asked! And when it comes to financing, there is no one better than Jerri-Lynn! I contacted Randy on a Saturday night through CarGurus about a Jeep Grand Cherokee that was in his inventory. He called me back on Sunday to let me know that the vehicle was still available. No other dealer has ever done that. On Tuesday morning as I was on my way to his dealership from New Bern, I received an email from CarGurus that the Jeep I was interested in had sold the day before. Randy and his team are top notch. We found a great car at a great price. Randy allowed us to take the car and have our mechanic perform a PPI. The car checked out and we purchased the car the next day. The paperwork was ready for us when we picked the car up and we were out the door in less than 30 minutes.
