King Crash did a great job repairing and painting my 2006 Lexus. (See before and after photo)The service was very professional, Arthur really takes pride in his work and did a great job on my repair. I would highly recommend checking them out if you need a repair or paint job.

They took out the dents in the bumper, straightened it out and matched the paint beautifully. They also remedied the bubbling of the point on the hood and installed my lighted Bull Bar with a custom fix. My truck looks incredible - and BAD! :)Thank you Art and Team!

I was in Ramsey for a work gig and I was looking for local shops to fix my car. I found King Crash Auto Collision to be the closest to my location so I went to check them out. I needed a quote and the price they gave west the best compared to others around town. The gentleman who took care of my car was ARTHUR, he was really helpful, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Overall I had a great experience with them, they are the new management. I definitely recommend them if your looking for a local shop!!

Came here a couple of months ago and the owner was horrible but my husband brought it in for a broken mirror as it was close to home and it was so much better with new management!! Definitely recommend

First off poor poor customer service, bunch of lazy unprofessional workers, one guy tells me your car has this the other one tells me something different. Prices change left and right. Only the foreman or manager whatever you want to call it was good and hard working everyone else was horrible, had an attitude, and not helpful at all, my worst experience. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone. Save yourself the headache.

Bate and switch! DO NOT GOI Brought my girl friends rogue in for an estimate they quoted $500.Brought it in the next week to get the job done, again I confirmed $500 to fix.Hours later after dropping it off (they call me saying Its going to cost more than $500)The new owners are very shady.

This shop does the worst work I ever seen .the owner Dave is full of it and I can promise you if you get your car fixed there then you just paid them to destroy your car.the paint work is terrible you dont even want to know about the repairs underneath that are not visible with out taking the car apart .

Regarding the earlier one-star ratings, I am not picking an auto body shop based on anyones personality. This place does a great job and they are MUCH CHEAPER than other places. Just get a few estimates if you dont believe me. I have recommended King Crash to plenty of people and everyone is more than happy.

If there was a zero rating hed get it here.Maybe Dave smiles up at the customers and for good reason, 🤑💰💲💴🤑 because that is all you are to him💰💰💰💰,but stay away from this place if you want employment. DAVE IS VERBALLY ABUSIVE and thats being nice about his description!! People that stay employed there are just as bad. They must be on some mission or have had an abusive upbringing to put up with an employer who behaves this way. There are two female dispatchers who work there and are referred too by the other workers as AIR HEADS or STUPID! Nice. You girls better look elsewhere for work!Just walk up on those people unannounced when their working and training other workers and youll know what those of us on here are talking about. You get a Crash course in towing, screams at people like their supposed to know what they are doing when being Trained because they have NEVER operated as TOW truck. Davey boy cries common sense yet he lacks it himself. People being trained dont want someones vehicle falling off a tow. Dave doesnt seem to care, just get the thing on the truck and go.Eventually, Dave will have his day in court.

Worst body shop Ive ever seen, nasty little owner has no manners and talks down to you, got my car back and they actually retouched the hood with a brush hoping I wouldnt notice, they apparently burnt through the paint while buffing, now the rear cameras in the bumper dont work, Im not going back or Ill have an issue with this guy. Dont go here, Tommy next store in a different business is an excellent mechanic however.

I have been going to Dave and his secretary (who’s name I forgot but was equally as nice) . for years . I Just picked up my wife’s Infiniti and Dave did an awesome job . I can’t even tell it was hit . They are fantastic. I’m difficult to please and this place is great !

WOW that was easy! I recently had an accident and my insurance company wanted to refer me to another shop I used in the past but a few friends recommended King Crash to me so I figured I should give them a try. Definitely not sorry. Dave got the other persons insurance company to pay for everything so I had no deductable ($6800.). The car was done quick and looked like new.

Amazing work

Didnt get passed the initial phone call. Offered to send photos due to not being able to get there today and was shut down like they dont need the business. If thats they the way they treat you on the phone imagine how they actually treat you if you should bring your car in. This is the 21st century. A business should be able to use the available technology to improve the customer experience.

I have used them several times over the years and have never been disappointed. I do recommend them.

Being new to the northeast, when my car got damaged, I looked up and read as many reviews as possible about different body shops near where I lived. After reading the reviews on here, Google, about King Crash, I decided to go with them. It was the best decision!! They are fantastic!! Not only is the office staff polite, down to earth and helpful, but the gentleman running the shop, Dave, is great too! Because I have an hour commute to work, getting to them during their business hours was difficult but they worked with me and saw to it that someone was there to help me even though I couldnt get there until close to 6, when they close. They were this accomodating even before I had decided to do business with them! I contacted them prior to getting the estimate done on my car by the insurance company to get an estimate from them directly. Dave gave me an honest opinion and advice as to how to proceed. He didnt try to sell me on his company or insist I use them. Anyway, I obviously decided to use them. I dropped my car off and they called to have the rental car company pick me up - I didnt have to do anything. My car was ready earlier than expected and they did a GREAT job. Youd never know that my car was damaged. It looks great. I am so happy with the job they did. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people that work there. While I hope to not damage my car again, should it happen, I will bring it back to King Crash Auto. They are just a great, trustworthy, reliable, down-to-earth, honest, company that will work with you all the way.

This guy is a crook take your vehicle elsewhere, he has short cuts for everything and the quality of his work... Well lets say a blind man a do a better job all hes worried about is his own pocket not the quality of the work going out!!!

Worked for this gentlemen for about six months. He threatened to fire one of his senior workers if he didnt pour bleach into a co-workers motor block. One of his trucks had transmission failure and this is how he deals with it. Good Luck.

Had my front bumper repainted. No pride in their work, one of the worst bumper sprays I have seen in a long time. Typical insurance shop, slap on some paint and move on.Do not recommend.

Horrible service. One of their ex-customers, a respected person in Ramsey, recommended this place. But my experience was not good at all.First, Melisa (receptionist) said towing would be free if under 20 miles. They charged me $209 for 19 miles. They held my car 7 days and they didnt even look at the car for an estimate. On the 7th day when I wanted my car back they went nuts. They wouldnt release my car without paying storage fee for every day they didnt do the estimate and some other imaginary charges. My friends went over to talk to Dave but he told the to F*** out of here. Then I sent a guy to tow my car out of there, after paying of course, Dave (owner/manager) and his friends called him all kinds of names, insulting him in most filthiest ways and physically assaulted him by throwing a cup of hot coffee and some debris at him.Dave asked my friends why they talk to foreigners they should clean toilets not drive Mercedes.I advise not going to this place.I feel sorry that Dave seems to have a contract with the Town of Ramsey to tow cars from around the town. This means that the town is forcing residents to go through the scrutiny of Dave, King Crash Auto and NAR Towing. This is wrong.

My worse nightmare this place. My car was towed to king crash they refuse to let me take the car.., I should have called the police on them. And should have just paid for tow.
