Chris is not only knowledgeable, patient, and his taste is exquisite !Chris designed everything, placed the order and the young installer, Zack and his team are meticulous. I moved into the area shortly before NJ closed down, and I was glad to see this business up the street as I wanted screen/storm doors for my home. Chris answered my email requesting information quickly and we set set up an appointment. The price was reasonable, the work was done when promised, and Chris followed up a week or so later to make sure all was satisfactory after the install. I would definitely recommend them.

This was the first time using North Jersey Door Center but it will not be the last! The entire experience went smoothly and I found all of the people to be both capable and very helpful. Richard, the salesperson, was extremely helpful to me in picking out the backdoor and the accessories. Narine, the installer, was beyond top notch!! He took his time to make sure everything was perfect. It was obvious that he takes a great deal of pride in his work. I heartily recommend this company and will be using them again in the near future.

Every aspect of North Jersey Door has exceeded my expectations...from the very first phone call to the completion of fixing our Double Mahogany Entry Doors, we received superlative service. When Jeff came over and I mentioned another door that was giving me a problem he went out of his way and even fixed that door on the spot! Purchased several doors and windows here 15 years ago and have been back a couple times for service. Most recently a lock failed and challenged them a little but they got the fob done at the price they quoted. They also did an excellent job cleaning up and checked and lubricated our other exterior door locks while they were there.

What an absolutely amazing experience, which is a weird thing to say about purchasing a door. We worked with Jeff whos so friendly and energetic he just gets you all pumped up about a DOOR! He came to our house to measure, give advice, and didnt even try to up-sell us when my husband asked if we should replace our deck door as well. The door was supposed to come in 3-5 weeks, was in within 2 and they installed it the next day!!!! If we didnt have a beautiful front door to show for it I wouldve never even known they were there - they were that clean. HIGHLY recommend.
