First I want to thank everyone in imperial.It was a pleasure dealing with Joseph Brull he was so patient and explained everything.And when there was a delay on my sink and everything got delayed they still installed it on time.The installers came and made a beautiful job it was quick and clean and made sure that EVERYTHING is good before they left.They will always go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy

I wish I could give negative stars if that was an option. This is a very money hungry company. First of all, they wanted a full payment before the job was even done; I have never come across a company that does that. The counter tops that came to my house were not even the same stone I picked out in the warehouse and they were cut incorrectly. The workers that were sent to complete the job by the company were also unskilled and unprofessional. The management was immediately contacted when the gaps between the counters were discovered and they were not willing to address the issue and insisted on finishing the job first. The company claims to satisfy their customers but once they had the payment they didn’t even bother to respond the the email sent to them regarding this entire issue. Also not to mention, silicon was spilled all over my kitchen tiles causing them to become extremely slippery and a hazard for everyone who walked on the floor. Don’t fall for these false reviews like I did. Unless you want to waste your time and money don’t bother with Imperial Marble and Granite inc located in Ramsey.

I did a lot of shopping around before I chose this place. They were not the least expe.sive, but their customer service and quality of installation are top notch. I look at my kitchen everyday and I love it!

I am commenting about the post that was from 6 years ago regarding the bad comments about Imperial Marble & Granite which has all been resolved and I did not write those comments but will take full responsibility for them. They did in the end come through. Those comments where written in the heat of the moment which I apologize for and they are good people and do great work and would absolutely recommend them. And once posted can not be removed unfortunately!

I had an excellent experience from beginning to end. Gayle, the designer I worked with, helped me to choose the perfect granite for my kitchen, as well as paint color and tile! I am in love with my new kitchen, mostly because of my beautiful granite!

Our contractor referred us to Imperial Marble, and we had them install a tub surround, a double vanity countertop, and our kitchen countertops, all in quartz. Everyone I worked with was professional, friendly, helpful, and prompt. I worked with Mayer in picking out the materials, and his turn-around time was extremely quick. He emailed me the estimate that same day within just a few hours. Any questions that I had, he was always quick to respond and easy to work with. Chaim came to template, and he was very professional. Before each template, he always called to let me know he was on his way. Finally, Javier and his crew came to install, and they were friendly, hard-working, and did a great job. Everything they installed looks amazing. We couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them.

Imperial & Marble is nothing less than amazing since the moment I walked through that door. I have remodeled my kitchen, vanity, and outdoor bbq with them. All at different times, but each and every time their whole team have astounded me! Just last week I had my bbq finished and everything is just so beautiful. They have a lovely staff in the office including two girls who are very informative when they show you out to the stone yard. There was never a time I sat down when it came to pricing and I felt discouraged by it. Hershey, Mayer, or Sam were always there to work with me. It was just a lovely experience overall honestly. I am a mother of 3 and they helped me choose which type of material would best fit our life style. The ladies helped me color scheme perfectly. If I could post pictures I would! Haha. Like I mentioned they always worked with me for the pricing since I was a returning customer. Hershey is a lovely gentleman who can never say no as he says. They were prompt on their time frame. The guy came out to measure one week and the counter tops were installed a week after for all three of my projects. Overall, my experience was just so satisfying and Imperial Marble & Granite is definitely the place to go for your stone business.

Hershey at Imperial is amazing. He helped me choose materials for my bathroom and kitchen. The stone in my bathroom is pretty rare, and he worked with me to make sure we got the perfect slab and the perfect template. I also bought black absolute from them for my countertops,backsplash, and kick space. The installers had to work in a very tight space and they did an amazing job. They left the place clean and neat as well. I would highly recommend them. Excellent selection, excellent customer service, fabulous value. And if they dont have what you are looking for in their yard, they will find it for you and work with you to make sure you get the look you want. Would go there again in a heartbeat.
