If I could give negative stars, I WOULD. This is the worst business and the people working have no common sense on how to treat customers. I called them because I saw their truck at my neighbors house and they said they did me a favor by coming the same day and fitting me in the scheduled...Note that I had never asked them to rush on this and there was no favor since I paid $86 for them to walk 10 feet into my yard. Upon coming here, they fixed few things and i paid $150. From the moment they left, nothing worked....Now they are playing the blame game and saying its the timer and i would need to pay another 86 for them to come back out. Well, why didnt you figure it out the first time. These people have very low knowledge in what they are doing....MAIN THING IS WHEN YOU CALL DO NOT EXPECT TO GET GOOD SERVICE, RATHER EXPECT YELLING FROM TECHS AND SUPERVISOR. I dont blame them when they come work on a million dollar house, they will try to get any penny out they can to support there going down the drain business. Major advice: Be a people person in this business and do not try to out smart customers. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY.
