If youre looking for 3d printer parts, these guys are the real deal. There is a reason that all of the major 3d printing folks online recommend replacing your hotend with a micro swiss all metal one. I picked that up in addition to the lever kit and a .2mm nozzle. Installation was about as easy as it gets with 3d printers (though, do make sure you follow the instructions), and the difference is absolutely noticeable in not having to deal with constant issues.On top of which, their customer service is top notch. The one time that I needed to contact them I received a reply within hours, and they fixed my issue immediately. That they are local is just the cherry on top of it all. I will certainly be buying more of their products whenever I decide to further upgrade the printer. I cant recommend them enough.

I am a huge fan of Micro-Swiss! Not only do they have amazing products which greatly increase the reliability and productivity of my 3D printers but they have AMAZING customer service! I recently ordered product and when the package got stolen off my doorstep Alex quickly sent a replacement, no questions asked. I have also had other great experiences w/ the customer support team quickly and effectively answering my random questions regarding installation/troubleshooting. PLUS everything is made right here in the USA. You definitely should do business w/ this company if you have the opportunity!

Excellent upgrade parts for my entry-level 3D printer (Ender 3.) Never knew this was a local company! Parts get to me overnight without expedited shipping, I live in the same state.

Dont trust any reviews about the products on their website, they delete bad reviews.In the past month or so Ive read all reviews for several products and been monitoring them while awaiting for price reduction or to be restocked and noticed that all bad reviews were disappearing a few days after they were posted.

Bought the direct extruder with hotend.Package arrived after 3 days in Germany (Express delivery),One part was missing, but Alex did a great support job and sent it via express to me.Emailing with him, is more like a whatsapp chat.Product is great. Manual is good, exept the little washer can easliy be overseen.And watch out for the splint on the long bowdentube. It tends to jump off, if the tension is too great.Prints a great.

This nozzles are so amazing and their all metal hot end is the best in the market!

Great customer support great company. I ordered the all metal hotend for my ender 3 but they forgot to put the nozzle in the box. I sent off an email and not 15 min later I had a tracking number and them saying they were sorry and had sent it out. I will but again from them.
