The staff was very polite and offered cold water bottles to me an my friend. They were able to get everything I needed without any trouble. They even helped me load the parts I bought. Definitely going to be back for more parts. Their sales rep told me then get new cars every week definitely will go check them for anything just need.

READ TO THE END BECAUSE I HAVE UPDATED THIS REVIEW. It started really bad but these guys made it right. Hence my current rating.STAY AWAY from this place! We went to buy a transmission for our Mini and paid $1627.50 upfront. They were supposed to deliver it the next Monday. They delivered the wrong part and THEN the lies started... They could not get to the part (?), the part was not ready, then it was ready but not picked up, then they did not want us to pick it up at the store because it was already picked up by the delivery guy, then it truly wasnt, then my husband took a day off to solve that and the trany was nowhere to be found, then they got it back and gave it to anther delivery guy, then they gave it to an employee who did not deliver it, then once we were at the store waiting for it, the boss was telling us the employee could not be reached and would start at 12:30...UPDATE: I ended up talking to one of the bosses, after a couple of faxes and a week wait, he finally made it right. For that I put 2 more stars.UPDATE: We came back and got a very good service. Being able to take the criticism and improve your service is something I definitely value, One more star!

We had been to all the recycling places for our Mercedes and being treated like we didnt matter, we started to leave Recycle Rd. We just happened to see the MB logo on the side of their building so we backed up and stopped. They were so helpful, its like they bent over backward to help us. If I ever need something again, they are the first people I will ask.

This place has been terrible! I purchased an engine almost 3 YEARS AGO from them. I was promised one with only 115,000 miles. I recieved one with almost 200,000 after I paid for a car fax. After waiting MONTHS and arguing back and forth with Mike, he finally told me they sold the engine I PAID FOR UP FRONT TO SOMEONE ELSE. Then they sent me one with the VIN plates SHAVED OFF. I immediately told them I refused to take the engine as I could not verify the actual milage on the car. After more MONTHS of back and fourth, they finally told me they had a car come in with 160,000 miles. I drove from fairfield to hear the engine run and check the miles. Mike told me I would be able to speak with the owner on a different date to get reimbursed a percentage as the miles were higher than what I was originally promised. When I purchased the engine. I was told that price included a full manual swap for my E36. Just to get even a fraction of the parts was absolute HELL. I was promised and OBD1 intake manifold (That I actually never got.) When It never came with the pedal box like Mike said I would, I called. Mike fought with me back and forth giving me excuses before finally telling me HE THREW IT OUT. When I asked why, his reply was I dont like you. He hung up on me. When I called back 5 seconds later. I got Travis, he confirmed that Mike did in fact throw it out and that he couldnt tell me why I was being discriminated against. For YEARS I have fought to get paid the money I was promised and for YEARS they have told me the owner will call you, he will call just wait. I HAVE WAITED 3 YEARS AND HAVE GOTTEN NOTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. I have multiple videos of these conversations with Mike and Travis. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. That engine was missing multiple parts, they cut the wiring harness just to spite me knowing full well I paid for it, and was promised it. I have been in contact with the BBB to go over the discrimination I received from them. I caution you, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Ive been shopping at BAP for a couple of years now and I have had nothing but positive experiences. These guys are BMW experts and always have every part I need. Their used parts are always of high quality and the customer service is superior to any other parts store Ive been to.I bought a used transmission for my 2005 e46 with a 6 month warranty last year and after my mechanic installed it there was clearly a loud whirring/grinding noise when taking off in 1st gear. I drove it around like that for a little while due to lack of funds to pay the mechanic to swap it out. But as soon as I was able to afford to pay the labor for my mechanic, Mike at BAP held up to the warranty and even switched it for a transmission with quite a bit less miles on it.All I can say is BAP has never failed me and there are very knowledgeable and helpful employees here. This is the only place I ever go for parts.

Stay away from bap auto parts they Call you brother on the phone but I dont know whats the meaning of brother in their word!!!!! I paid over $700 in front for the part which I never received I waited for the part for two months !!!!!!!!! They told me a lot of different stories.... at the end they told the part they got for me its in bad shape thats why they didnt Ship it!!!!! I ask for refund and they refused and offeredd me a store credit after waiting over two months for the part !!!!!! they dont care about their customers they will be out of the business. Im going to file a law sue and I hope these kids stop calling people brother. Please check their reviews and dont put yourself in trouble like me by purchasing used parts from these layers.

This experience is the first and last time I will do business with them. This is the first time I have ever written a review. I bought an Mini Copper engine from BAP. FIRST OF ALL, I was quoted $2,000 for it and a week later they did not back that quote up and I stupidly paid $2,350.00 for it because I needed it in a hurry. Second of all, it was delivered 4 days late then they said it was. THIRD, when I finally got this engine it had signs that it recently been apart. There were red make-a-gasket overflow marks that was coming out of the pan gasket and other engine seals. I called them with my concern and they said it was ok. FOURTH, Again, I stupidly put the engine in the Mini ( which the whole front end of the car came off) Once the engine was installed, (THE ENGINE KNOCKED VERY LOUD) I call them very disappointedly, SENT THEM A VIDEO, and they said they would have another engine there ASAP. FIFTH, the engine did not come when they said because I have to interchange the old one SIXTH, being upset, I drove to BAP place of business to get another engine. They would not give it to me because they needed the bad one they sent me. They wanted more money to get the new one. I offered, but I smartly decided not to give anymore. I asked to talk to their boss, but they said the boss would only talk via email. (WOW) I was very upset and told them what I thought for there exchange process in no kind words.Finally, I got the replacement engine and it was not perfect. I had to put a new timing chain in it for the timing guides were worn to nothing...After spending $2,350.00 for a low mile engine. Two installations, Timing chain, gaskets ect... and, must of all, a good customer who does not trust me any more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!IT WAS A HORRIBLE AND VERY COSTLY EXPERIENCE FOR ME.....................

They are a little dysfunctional but that is not unexpected in this industry. They did have my part at a reasonable rate. We are talking about recyclers.

Dont come to get parts here. They dont care about you only ur money. I came to get a tranny. They said it would take a week to get it to me then after the week passed I never received it. Few days later the got it and I picked it up. It was the wrong tranny. They said they would get the right one to me and deliver it the next day. The next day came they didnt deliver it . I called cuz they said it would get here at 3pm. I called they put me on hold for 30 mins . I called back and they never answered. Im still to get my tranny and I now have to drive 1hr 30 mins just get there to there store and ask for my money back. Worst place to get stuff.

Stay away from this place!!! Worst experience Ive ever had with a business...First they quoted me a price over the phone, once I arrived to pick-up they told me it would be an additional $250, since I was already there, I went ahead and got it, after getting home I realized they sold me the wrong part, went back to exchange it then they didnt have the correct part ready, so had to go back two days later, got that part home and found out it was broken, went back a 4th time now to exchange it and of course the new part wasnt ready, 3 days later the part still wasnt ready so we asked for a refund. The guys in the office are extremely rude, laughing and mocking customer, we paid cash but they would only give us a check, then put special comments on the check to make it difficult to cash. Avoid this business, went two doors down to the next recycle center, bought the part for $100 less, staff was very polite and had the part loaded up in my truck in 10 mins.

Worst experience I have ever had. They shipped the wrong transmission, then picked it up, never issued a refund. Never buy anything from them, I am now disputing the charge through my bank and will be reporting to the state agencies.

It was very unprofessional they gave me the wrong part three different times and I have to travel from Stockton Sacramento on for different occasions cause me to miss work and everything thats not one person apologize I will never shop there again why was there for other people was in like complaining that they received the wrong parts and total for 200 on the part cost me 900 bucks for rental fees not cool
