Super great experience. This was the 3rd place I went to today... The first wasnt qualified until Dec 3rd, the second I went to was closed during their posted hours of operation, so then I came here. I wish I had just started here. Quick smog, in and out, super nice employee at the front. Got everything done I needed in under 15 min. Ill only go here from now on.

Amazing customer service. I went to get my car smogged and was out of there in 20 minutes. I knew my rotors were having some issues and the guy with the long hair told me that I could get them turned for way cheaper than replacing them. They couldnt turn them there and I appreciated that he was honest and didnt just charge me to replace them. Will definitely go here again.

I called around, asking for an appointment and Express Brake & STAR Smog was the first to say, Come on down, well get it done.10-minutes later, I was greeted as I pulled up, went into the office, shared my paperwork, and they got busy right away. A little while later, my car was pronounced sweet and I was done.Absolutely straight-forward and professional, from start to finish.

Very quick service. The gentleman working was extremely friendly and constantly updating me on the wait. To top it off, he noticed I had purple heart plates on my car and only charged me $20 for my service to the country. I was shocked! I have never felt so appreciated! These days I have noticed no one cares about veterans much anymore and I never expect anything for that status. It made a huge difference to me, having blown out knees and partially deaf at 28 years old. I am grateful shops like this exist and will continue to give them my business!

Horrible customer service, tech was rude. Took business elsewhere specifically because of him.

Terrible service. Went there the Saturday before labor day and the guy said hes closing up early to go to a labor day party. It was around 11:45 AM! Who the hell refuses a customer when smog only take about 15-20 minutes just to close early and go to a party at noon??!

They display the official brake and lamp inspection logos on their site but they do not perform these inspections.
