This place is trash do not go here. I bought and iPhone 11 here and I had to get it replaced because it fell in water and I payed almost $700 for everything they didn’t fix my ringer and volume buttons and they still didn’t fix my ringer. Then I went to get my screen replaced at best buy because it was cracked and I thought it had caused my front cameras and back cameras to stop working as well as my flash and I went to the geek squad and they ran diagnostics on it and said that the stuff they used to fix my phone wasn’t even genuine. They used fake products to fix my phone. If I could give a zero stars I would.

These guys are great. I don’t like any kind of cases so I crack my iphone screen pretty regularly. after finding there’s guys I won’t go any where else. The prices are better and so is there service. seethe team is very professional. There store is clean and some ones always there to help you. Great job guys keep it up 👍

They are a bad place. I broke my screen and they said it would be about a week. I said okay and paid 88 bucks. I did not get my phone until 2 weeks after I was supposed to have it back. That is 3 weeks to get a screen fixed! Then I go to make a call, and I cant hear with my volume all the way up. I put it on speaker and it works. So when they fixed my screen they break my screen. They have a VERY bad phone service. I will NOT go here again.

Got my screen fixed a few weeks ago (less then a month) the screen came off the phone and then the screen froze and I can’t get into the phone. I called they said they check it since their screens have “lifetime” guarantee and didn’t want to fix it even if it was only two weeks ago. The screen has poor quality.

I really want to give them 5 ⭐. Great folks. sometimes the phones have issues when you buy them but they will happily repair the phone or switch the phone with very little hesitation. But they have this new policy that they make you fill out a credit score paper to see if you qualify for cell phone payment program when previously you could just give him $100 down and you have 60 days to pay the phone off or theyll keep your money.

Very good people there. I shattered the screen on my phone and I had it back the very next day. I didnt like the fact that it cost me the same as a new phone to get the screen fixed, but at least I had it the next day with no issues and I didnt have to wait for a new phone to come in the mail along with the haggle of setting up a new phone. So I give 4 stars for being great at what they do, but Im knocking one star off due to the high cost of the fix.

This place is awesome, good rates and pretty quick. They don’t only fix phones they can fix your MacBook also! Richard is great very friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes would be nice to get a status update though at least every 2-3 days because I noticed I had to call in to find out what was going on. Overall recommended.

Always fast and friendly great price

Went there today for a screen protector. Service was fast. A little too fast. When I looked at my phone in the sun, the screen under the protector wasnt cleaned. As if the protector was just thrown on. When I got in my car I could see the side of the protector was already lifted. I sat in the parking lot contemplating if I should go back in. Later as I pulled my phone out of my pocket the protector came off and folded, causing it to break. I dont know anything about their other services but highly recommend not to buy and have a screen protector put on there. I basically donated $7 to them.

Pretty good place satisfied I would say if I summed their service up in one word. Took my phone there to get the battery replaced my old battery was draining pretty fast all the time.. They replaced the battery but in the process cracked my screen so one day of work turned into two because they had to order me a new screen but they eventually replaced my battery & my screen, now my battery last like it did when I originally bought my phone. Solid 3 ⭐ for them✌🏽

I highly recommend this place. All the employees seem to be young adults, but actually had great communication and respectful attentive service! Hard to find these days but this place really stands apart from the rest. They were very helpful with diagnosis and repair, and I bought a great use phone at a very competitive price. I’ve been a loyal customer with them for a long time but this time I won’t be coming back. They use very cheap LCD screen replacement for iphone X and it keeps breaking easily. My phone fell from sofa to ground level and broke my lcd and not the screen protector. How weird is that? I ask them if they have warranty because it just happened 1 week since I have them fixed. They told me to pay another 80$ for it. Geez

I bought a MacBook air from Daniel and another person ( i didn’t catch the name ). They were very responsive, friendly and professional. The price on the MacBook i bought was a great value and all the other items they were selling were very reasonably priced. I will definitely come back and refer to them to anybody. Even though I had a unsatisfactory resolution to my case, it was because of the age of my phone and nature of my problem.Not any lack of effort or follow up on their part.They even gave me a full refund after all was said and done.Would highly recommend them just because in the worst case scenario, you wont get fleeced.

Went there, told them what I wanted done with my phone. Went back later on that day. They told me they ended up doing something else. So, of course, my phone didnt work right. Explained to them again what I wanted. I ended up having to wait there for at least 20 min with my family stuck sitting in the car. Then they told me they fixed it and did what I wanted. They originally told me an hour. Now they can do it in 20 min? Figures why my phone is STILL NOT working right. Waste of money.

Took my note 20 ultra in for broken screen. They had to order the new screen which took about a week but they did an excellent job on fixing it..

Bought a phone from these guys last Saturday and am very satisfied with the purchase. Not sure about the repair aspect of their business yet however they seem very knowledgeable and Im sure if I needed a repair I would trust them with the opportunity. I purchased a phone from their eBay store. I didn’t need it immediately and really just started using it recently. The phone was reported stolen, and I am now in possession of stolen property.I purchased the phone Brand New on eBay and the owner of the store is telling me it was “for parts.”Don’t know anyone who would spend $300 for an non-working LG phone. Authorities have been called. Very upset that I lost $300 and now have to turn the phone in to the police.To the owners: don’t be surprised if the police come knocking.

Best all around. Ive been to a few shops for various repairs and accessories. Here the service, speed, responsiveness, price, are all outstanding. I messaged them on Google maps and they responded immediately, quoted me within minutes, phone service was excellent, drop off repair and pick up were seamless. They also had the Bluetooth accessory I was looking for.

They have great phones for good prices and they do quality work.

Screen replacement (LG Stylo 5) took @ twice as long (3 1/2 hours) as the original T.A.T. (2 hours), but it was done well & they responded quickly when I asked for an update on when I could pick up my phone.

I called about an LCD replacement on my Note 4. Surprisingly, they had one in stock! I was so glad. I made an appointment for the next day, even though I was told I didnt need one. Took the phone in the next day, and they fixed it in 40 minutes. Price was just what they said it would be. He brought the phone out from the back and went through some tests to make sure everything worked. Very impressed. Will return if I ever need another device fixed.

So amazing. So quick, so friendly. Going to apple is such a pain, especially for my husband whose phone was from the UK. It shattered and we needed an honest refurbished replacement. Forn$165 we got another iphone 6s 64 gigs (husbands choice for a quick replacement of what he already had and loved), a case, a screen protector fully installed, and charger for the phone. Everyone was super friendly. So nice to have an option in our backyard for apple. Thank you so much for taking care of my family

So my son cracked the screen of his Samsung s5, and when it wouldnt act right he would hard reset it to the point it had a malfunction and would loop til the battery died. WELL we got tired of that and with my son not having a phone has caused some issues. So we did some googling and found this store. The staff was very attentive, they asked what they could do for us. We gave them the phone and they price checked how much replacing the screen would be. My wife and I browsed and were debating amongst ourselves if we should buy a phone for our middle son who recently started walking home from school. We found a Samsung J2 for $40 as we were looking at the Samsungs. The very nice woman from the desk came to us with the rough estimate of $90 to replace the screen. My wife had recently (2 days ago) upgraded her phone and decided that she would give the oldest her old phone (J3 Prime) and get the J2 we had seen. The sold us a charging cable for it and we bought a few extra cords for our other phones and a few other needed accessories.Pros = reasonable prices on their phones. Memory cards we found were 64 GB for $14.99 which is super nice. This looks like a phone store unlike the CPR phone repair store near Lowes. If you love Iphones, this is your store. Theres cases for iphones everywhere. They have speakers and smart watches too!Cons - They dont have a big selection on samsung phones and phone cases for samsung phones. They have about 90% Apple products, Theyve a huge selection on iphones etc.We did purchase one of their phones and went over to Metro and there was no issues with the phone. Phone was not blacklisted or had any issues. My stepson LOVES his new phone and pretty excited to have a phone now. They also gave a 7-14 day return policy if there was any issues we could return it.Overall we loved the shop and will be back if there is any future needs when it comes to our phones.
