If you are closing your bathrooms, put a sign outside gas station letting people know. The reason some people chose to get gas at your station is the added conviene of using a restroom.

Their ATM/ Credit card system is not able to accommodate customers with less than $10.00 in their account. I asked the cashier if any fees apply she said no. I also asked if it requires a minimal to hold funds to pump gas. I tried to run my card for $8.00 it declined, so I tried to run it for $5.00. Both times my card was declined. Not sure if this only applies to Chevron gas stations but I have had this issue with another chevron before. ALSO PUMP #10!! YOU NEED TO FIX THIS PUMP. Each time I visit your gas station I figure you must have fixed the issue. Every time I have used this pump, it allows you to pump everything but the last .50 cents. So because they couldnt accept my atm card which had $9.00 in the available I used the $4.40 in change in my wallet and of course pump 10 would not allow me to pump the full amount. I was only able to pump $3.80. On a day I needed every penny of gas to go in!! So frustrating management has not handled this by now. I will not be going back to this chevron again. With people living pay check to pay check you would think your systems could better accommodate customers with very little.I would have given 0 stars if this was an option.

I come in here every so often. The staff are always rude and unfriendly but I usually just brush it off but today around noon was the last straw......I went in and I was waiting next in line after a lady who smelled like weed. After she left, I walk up to the counter and the cashier gives me this really nasty look and turns back at the other cashier behind her and said to her in this really snarky tone..... Someones smellin good. Was either that lady or HIM and points at me when Im literally standing right there in front of her. That was the last straw and I am not going to tolerate people with nasty attitudes like this. I am one that can take a joke but this was definitely a passive aggressive remark that I thought was out of line.
