I had been looking for a jeweler for a long time, one I could trust. I read the reviews and they were outstanding. I took a chance and went in for a visit. What a wonderful experience! My jewelry was in desperate need of repair. The jeweler explained everything he was going to do and made recommendations. I took in a diamond bracelet that had broke several times before. He showed me what the problem was and explained that he could repair it but it would definitely break again. So I decided to wait on the repair of the bracelet however I did have my rings and my anklet repaired. When I picked up my rings I almost didn’t recognize them they were so beautiful he did an outstanding job. If you are looking for a jeweler that you can work with and who will listen to you and explain to you what can work and what can’t this is the place!

I drive by this jeweler everyday. It’s tucked away but a must to visit. I purchased my wife’s rings from a big box retailer, however due to Covid delays it’s over two months to get a ring sized and serviced. I stopped in today and met Levon. He is absolutely a master of his trade. He is upfront and honest (which is hard to find these days). Nevertheless he did an amazing job polishing my wife’s wedding ring looks better than it did when it was new. I am highly impressed with his craftsmanship and level of work I will be back for an upgrade very soon!

He takes his time to understand what you want and then he explains the difference of the stones. He suggests which stone shape and color would be better and what ring style will fit with that specific stone. After looking around for a while I decided to order diamond studs with screw backs from GLA jewelry. Levon, the owner of the store and the maker of the orders, was beyond helpful. I ordered a gold bracelet for my toddler from GLA. Can’t be any happier with my purchase. I asked Levon to write her name on the bracelet and he did an outstanding job. Very clean and clear work. This is so far my favorite jeweler in Sacramento. I went to this shop with the intent of selling an old jewelry and in that process, Levon, the owner which by the way is very professional, approachable, honest and what my husband would say a stand up guy, I have asked him to check what carat my ring was and thats when he told me that the diamond was CZ and I got furious, the last time my ring was out of sight was when I took it to a different jeweler to get it resized. After I left this shop I went straight to that jeweler and confronted them so they switched the CZ to a real diamond. I would have never found out my diamond was switched if not for GLA Jewelry. So as big thank you and appreciation, we are giving him our business from now on when it comes to jewelry. Customer satisfaction is his MO. Reasonable and affordable prices.
