Unwelcoming and unhelpful. Seemed annoyed to have customers. Been to many gun stores around Sac and this is easily the worst, and that’s saying something.

Typically a great inventory, but we all know this changes constantly given demands. If you see it, you like it, buy it! Friendly staff, but dont be surprised if a little banter is part of the experience. A joke or two is part of the experience . Bought several guns here over the years, always a good experience and will continue to shop here.

Great experience here, I was looking for a couple rifles and they were only had two and I was looking for three. They later called me with the third and stayed open a little past their closing time to sell me the rifle.

I called the store to find out if they do carry a revolver that Ive been looking for since they were mentioned by a friend that this store supposively always happen to have them available..Come to find out the person that answer the phone have a very unpleasant customer service. have no manner talking like he is being bothered because he is being ask for availability of an an inventory. Absolutely cant recommend this place to shop.THIS STORE EMOLOYED PEOPLE THAT DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER.

Firstly, the selection of firearms in this store can vary from beautiful milsurps to practical firearms for hunting and defense. They also have a a wide variety of ar15 parts that are a bit overpriced, but they have a quality selection. You would be paying online prices plus shipping and a 15-20% markup.The handgun selection is very high-quality and consistent, with a good selection of revolvers and autos in many calibers. Ammo here is also a tossup, but there are common calibers and not-so-common hunting calibers too.

Dont waste your time, gave this place three chances to give a little customer service. They acted like i was bothering them giving them my business. Gave no information and had no idea when anything was coming in. Extremely Rude.

Didnt have anything I was looking for, but Ill give them the fact that they offered to order it for me. 4 stars because when I was in there, it was busy so it was cramped and awkward to navigate.
