Look no further. This is the gem of Rancho Cucamonga. I have Jaguar and couple Hondas. Mike and Matt have highest work ethics I have ever seen in my life. When you are dealing with oil leak, cost could be from $100 to $5000. You can trust these people with blindfold. They keep their words and standby with their work.Big kudos, Matt and Mike for being so ethical in today’s world.

A pretty solid shop. Got an oil change, and pads & calipers changed. The prices were basically average, so a bit pricey, but it wasnt out of the norm. The manager Henry is pretty straightforward and doesnt waste time. The shops e-mail/online system isnt optimized, so for best results, call. Gonna use them again in the future, for sure.

Employees do NOT wear masks. The kid at the desk who helped me when I dropped off my car was very unprofessional and tried to tell me I was going to need an a new clutch, so I told them I only wanted a diagnosis and then they needed to call me. I didn’t get a call until the following morning and they serviced the car without calling me first. They didn’t even fix the car, only did a clutch bleed which didn’t solve the issue I was having, and they charged me $80. Definitely wouldn’t suggest this place.

Place is amazing. Really saved me when my tire went flat and everywhere else was closed on a Sunday. 25 bucks to get back on the road, amazing.

I had the shop check the brakes on my daughters car. I thought they may need to be serviced due to the mileage. They told me the brakes where fine... They could have told me I needed brakes front and back, and I would have believed them. I very much appreciate their integrity. Thanks

Got a flat tire from a screw then google it for a repair tire place and found this one, called and they were super helpful and friendly, got there and they were able to help me by fixing the tire in short notice time and they were super quick.. well recommend

I brought my truck this 8am June 18 2020 and bought 4 wildpeak tires, wheel alignment and brakepads replacement. . The supervisor Henry and the mechanic who fixed my truck did an awesome job. When Im driving home the steering wheel and the brakes worked smoothly. Ive also been bringing my other vehicle on this shop for years and they never fail me. Hope this message gets to the people and the owners because the employees of this shop is awesome.

Amazing experience! On our way to Vegas our undercarriage shield started to fall off and drag on the free way, called them up and they got us in right away and fixed it no charge we were in and out in less then 20 minutes! Highly recommend them!

The tire on top Is the old one and the one on the bottom has been replaced Oct 2nd 2019 within 2 hrs of replacing all 4 new tires. I did my research and was able to get Kellys brand for 89 each. Thank you. Great job done all professional people.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I came in at 2pm on a Sunday with a screw in my tire and CHRIS was awesome. He said We can fix that, no problem, just give us half an hour. 30 minutes later, tire was good to go. No sales pitches, no hassle at all, which is EXACTLY how you want service to be when youre stressing out and need to get to work later. This is now my tire place.

My husband, Tom, has been bringing his truck here since 2013. Today we had to bring it in for a tuneup. Over 200,000 miles on this baby!! (2003 Toyota Tundra) I have a tendency to gripe about the price but I would in fact not trust anyone else with our vehicle. We have never had any workmanship problems and have never had to bring it back to have something redone. The owners are always very courteous and informative. We are very happy with their service!! I have a Goodyear credit card so I send my grandbabies and friends there to service their vehicles.I have a Goodyear less than a mile from my house, but they have terrible customer service (arrogant) so I dont use them.

I dont like giving 5 stars but I cant think of a reason to give four. They matched the price of the competition for a comparable tire though the competition had even cheaper alternatives. I got a quote and told them I was coming over. I arrived in 15 minutes and they had already sent the guy out to get my tires. After he returned and put them on my car was maybe all of 15 minutes, maybe 20.Was well worth the few dollars extra for the time savings, the better tire, and the truly no hassle experience.

Ive been going to Mountain View tires in Corona years and since I moved up to Rancho now I decided to give this location a try. Overall I was very satisfied with the work and everyone I dealt with except for the young gentleman at the front. Both times Ive come into this location he has had a attitude and today he came at me very rude and once I sat down even the woman waiting in there said wow, Ive never seen anyone in here talk to someone like that and Ive been coming here for years. As I said before everyone else I spoke to was friendly and polite. I just think this young gentleman maybe should take a lesson in costumer service if he wants to work as a front desk job because new customers dont want to be treated like that. Overalll 5 stars for the shop. 1 Star for the rude employee.

My daughter had a tire blow out and she stopped in here to get it repaired or replaced. The guys here were awesome! They replaced the tire and talked to me on the phone (in oklahoma) about hazard coverage. They replaced the tire in about an hour and told her great places to eat and visit in long beach. She said they were all super nice to her and made her feel comfortable and safe. Thank you guys for taking care of my daughter!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! I got new goodyear tires put on my car and an alignment done 8,000 miles later the tires are completely bald and showing metal on the outside of the tire. I brought my car in and they will not honor the 70,000 mile warranty the tires have. they said its the cars fault.Terrible customer service dishonest staff. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
