I love this place! I work in the same lot so I stop by almost everyday. The staff is always very nice. The older lady is my favorite she always makes me laugh. And the donuts are always good!!

Not sure what these other reviews are talking about, but Im always greeted warmly when I come in. Was also told that I can call ahead for larger orders so they can make sure they make some more. Then again, I never got pass the cronuts. 😋

I ordered a dozen original glaze and was charged $17. When I expressed that the price was a bit high for what I was getting, the lady proceeded to pull down her mask and tell me how the price of dough has went up (thats a reasonable explanation). When I recieved the box it was warm..indicates that they were fresh. When I bit into the donut it was greasy and the glaze was pretty much non-existent. Last time I every go to that shop. DONT DO IT.

I remember building the store and getting it open in 1987, back then I called it Grand slam donuts and ice cream. Those were some great years and had great customers, from the 32oz coffee for the commuters to the baseball cards that the kids would come in to buy from the bus stop. Never had a problem with the gangs down the hill, when noon came, the less fortunate and the church’s would come by to pick up the day’s leftovers. I sold it in 89 due to a job transfer, it nice to see it has survived for so many years, I hope it remains with all the COVID stuff going on. Next time I’m in California I’ll have to stop by.

The donuts tasted good. That is the first time Ive ever eaten there. But the sign inside the store said $14 for a dozen, but the lady charged us $17 for a dozen of just average donuts, I was really surprised. Other shops charge $10 or $12 for a dozen. The donuts were no better or worse than anywhere else. I will not be going back there anytime soon. On a positive note, the shop did look well lit and clean.

I love this little hole in the wall donut shop! Theres a lady that seems to have been there from the dawn of time and shes very sweet. Every time Ive been there its her manning the register. Bring cash because their card machine is not working! They do have an atm if you need it.

There is a lady who says shes the owner in the evenings. Id say mid 60s and she might be the most rude person Ive ever met. Not to mention, theres a young lady there usually on I think it was Sunday mornings early who was just as rude and said she would the owner. Its unfortunate because theres a man working there whos about my age who is about one of the coolest people Ive ever met. So Im guessing the older lady is probably his mother and the other one is probably his sister or wife. Unfortunately I will never ever go here again because of those two women. If you get a donut there in the morning theyre really good. But anytime in the afternoon or evening theyre terrible. That was when the lady got an attitude. Because the donut I got was obviously very old. Im not naive I know if you want good fresh donuts you go to a donut store at six 7 in the morning. However I generally can handle a donut thats not completely fresh. Usually like them just fine. But the one I had was terrible. And she assured me all the donuts in the case were brand new. Which I find to be complete BS because what kind of donut shop is going to have a fully stocked counter at 6 p.m. on a Sunday evening and everything fresh? No way oh, that would be a total waste. If anybody there reads this, the guy whos my age probably in his mid-30s to early 40s, sorry bro, you are way cool. I wish I could give you the business. But those two women are just too rude

I paid $10 for 6 stale, day old (maybe 2 day old) donuts. Had to microwave the donuts to soften them enough to eat. Kids didnt even eat them... Dont waste your money.

After picking out my donuts and going to the register to pay, now somehow they dont take cards anymore, just cash, which I did not see a sign noting that. What? But of course there is conveniently placed ATM that charges you $2.50 plus your bank charges you $2.50. So I paid $25.00 for a dozen donuts & 18 donut holes (she did give me 3 free donuts) and the donuts were all stale. My kids & I used to love this place. The donuts used to always taste great. Now they are always asking for Krispy Kreme. Which is less money than this place & they take cards. And they dont charge you a fee to use the card. And they deliver if you prefer. The lady was nice, but so are the people at Krispy Kreme. So... Thanks for the memories Grand slam.

Recently moved near this shop and we love donuts! But this shop was the worst. Over priced. Donuts were not fresh (there was an ant on one of them!) I normally don’t like writing bad reviews and I let it go maybe give it another try but the lady helping me was so rude! Definitely not coming back. I rather drive further to any other spot.

Weather your looking for Apple Fritters, Cinnamon Rolls, Old Fasions, or something different like a bacon covered, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Fruit Loops, or Lucky Charms covered donuts, they have them. The best donuts and ice cream around. Look this place up really good.

First time coming here and it wasnt a good experience.. I was walking in the door with my son who is 2 and the lady yelled at me hurry up i dont want flies coming in. She was so rude I literally turned right around and left. Not very professional. Will not be back. I will go spend money at a place who is friendly and nice to their customers.

Love having a local business that I can wholeheartedly endorse. The service and the donuts are excellent. Went by at 2:00AM and the gentleman working there just started giving me samples of freshly made donut holes...they were amazing. Next time you have a late night sweet tooth, give them a try! I cant believe I did this but I was in the mood for something in particular. Its late at night and my wife start searching on her phone. We finally found something that was open this late at night. When we got there I was really surprised. This donut shop had a great selection even at this late hour. At first I thought I would just get my favorite but we ended up taking a whole dozen. We were laughing the whole time. Not forgetting this place.

I have to say this is my favorite donut place in all of the Inland Empire.Their coffee is always above average. Their donuts are fresh and the people who work there are always very friendly and personable. My one recommendation, if your are trying donuts there........please try the Cronut, its pure bliss.

Chocolate bacon donuts are AMAZING! 24 hour donut shop that has Thai milk tea & ice cream too! Family run business that has really kind and helpful staff and their donuts are never stale! Ive been there at different times and everything we (my family & I) have ordered has been delicious and FRESH! Take it from a fatty, this place deserves your business!

All I know is that is was 11pm at night and I needed to find a donut spot that was open 24 hours which this one was and also since I didn’t have my wallet I needed a donut shop that took apply pay which this shop did so for that I thank you guys for being awesome.

DISHONEST, POOR SERVICE. I went here this past Wednesday afternoon for the first time. I didnt have cash on me, so I was happy to see the sign on the door that they accept card. I went inside and looked for any other signs that said whether or not they took card. When I asked, the woman said that they took card, but only if I bought a dozen donuts for $13. Well, I wasnt going to buy a whole dozen, so I searched my car for change and got 1 donut. The price on the glass says $1.25 each. The lady asked for $1.50. I thought, Ok...Maybe it was a special donut, and didnt make much of it. It was a pretty good raised donut with white icing and sprinkles... HOWEVER, I went back there today (Friday) in the afternoon, the same woman was there... I got two donuts of the same type- raised with icing and sprinkles- and I came prepared with a $10 bill. I gave her the $10, she muttered something like $3.50, a little hard to hear exactly what she said, but I trusted she would charge the right amount... and she gave me $6.50 back. I didnt find out until later that she charged me $1.75 FOR EACH this time. WHATTTT??? The nerve! I hope that maybe the others who help run this business are more honest, but BEWARE. Dont let these guys cheat you on their already overpriced donuts. Take your business elsewhere if they charge you more than what they post. 4 stars for purely the yumminess of the beautiful looking donuts that I had and the fact that theyre open 24 hours a day, but 3 negative stars for the lack of integrity, honesty, and friendliness from this particular woman. This business needs to get their stuff straight or theyll keep losing customers.

Very bad customer service. My son and daughter went in to get their donuts before school and she refused to give him the one he was pointing at. Now I remember why we dont go there even though its closer. Thats ok we will continue going to the one a little further and provides excellent customer service and gives my kids the donuts they are asking for plus their donuts and sandwiches are delicious!!!!

I recently moved into the Terrace apartments and still needed to wait for my internet modem to arrive. In the meantime, I decided to go to Grand Slam donuts to get some coffee and watch the world cup.Initially everything was fine. I set up my laptop and plugged it in to the only outlet. Coffee was cheap and decent. Donuts looked good and I was definitely going to get one. Yet, as soon as the owner walked in. I began to be berated that I should have never plugged in my laptop because the the vending machine could shut down. I apologized, unplugged my laptop, and continued watching the game.For the next 10 minutes I was consistently looked at from around the corner and the owner kept coming back to chastise me that I should have asked to plug into the only outlet even though there were no signs and she wasnt there when I arrived. I originally did ask one of the attendants if I could sit and watch but I guess I was at fault for not asking if I could plug my laptop in.This was really unfortunate because I was excited to come there for the next couple days before I got my own wifi. Now I do not think I will be returning.

AWFUL Customer Service! I used this location to purchase donuts for my wedding. We paid for 15 dozen donuts a month before the wedding. My mother and I both called and confirmed the order the week before the wedding, and my mom went in the day before the wedding to purchase more donuts for our rehearsal and confirmed our order for the third time. When my mom went to the shop on the day of the wedding to pick up the donuts, they told us they didnt charge us enough and werent going to give us the donuts we ordered unless we paid them an additional $60 (even after they had confirmed our order multiple times). The only reason I gave them two stars was because after the lady was extremely rude to my mom she finally decided to give us what we had ordered and paid for.

This has to be the WORST donut Shop I’ve ever been to!!! For some Extremely overpriced donuts I expected them to at least be good.. However what I got was stale donuts cooked in what taste like old grease YUCK 🤢.

I was just there, right before 11 am (Thursday November 21st) .....the plain cake donut with chocolate frosting ..$1.25 which I thought was kinda high. The woman wouldnt even smile, at all, even when I told her to..... have a good day! Then, got home to Upland ......it was AWFUL..... greasy, falling apart, just AWFUL!!! Honestly, the worse donut I have ever had!!!!! But, I dont think the owner cares, never responded to negative reviews previously..... I want my money back (this place was good years ago, but now just expensive, unfriendly, and not good quality).....go elsewhere!!!!!!😠

My first time there and my last. I usually go to the donut shop on 8th and Vineyard but I thought I’d try this one because my client gets there strawberry and cream which I liked. I ordered coffee, apple fritter and a maple bacon donut. The apple fritter was so hard and so was the maple bacon donut. They were probably yesterday’s donuts. I pay $4.00 at the donut shop on Vineyard and 8th and paid $7.00 here for old donuts. Never again!

The donuts are fluffy BUT, it had an overwhelming take of overheated oil... Oil that has been used many many time. It completely took over the taste of the donut.

I worked here and they would yell at me for changing my gloves the first few days so I had to wash and when the mom wasnt arround I changed them offten. They make donuts without gloves. The girls are just rude. Baker and wife are very nice and know what to do. Very over priced go down to upland a dozen donut holes for 1$. They charge you for everything exstra like creamer.
