Store was well stocked and signed. They had the items I was looking for and multiple employees helped me on my visit.

Its 5:15pm And The manager closed the store because its was her lunch also two employees were in there that could have helped me out...

Customer service was terrible and (1) employee inparticular had a unfriendly attitude. Im a personal trainer and have been a customer for years. This was unacceptable and will end my money being spent for sure at the Rancho Cucamonga location.

I was here in a work capacity. But during my hour in the store I was very surprised by how extremely attentive and friendly the staff were. I also noticed that almost every customer was already signed up by their email very effective. The store itself was extremely clean and the staff were more than eager to help people find anything. They also seemed extremely knowledgeable about all of their products. They even know why they are carrying things and who the competitors that offer them are. The staff also seem to keep up-to-date on product knowledge and competitor pricing they also know their discount programs extremely well.

This place offers a well stocked variety of vitamins, health products, and more. The staff are well informed and helpful. They have their own branded products as a generic type but they are good quality and very competitively priced offerings. Sometimes they have discounts on those as well, but they dont push those on you. The location is convenient - very near Victoria Gardens and close to freeway entrances.

This Vitamin shoppe location is great. I have been shopping here for years. Ive tried a few others, but I always come back to this one. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable. They actually have a passion for health. It is not just about a paycheck for them, which matters most to me. If you shop at this location ask for Jesse. He is extremely bright and knowledgeable! He gives the most beneficial recommendations.

This store has a vast selection of vitamins. And the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is organized and if can find something the friendly staff will help. They usually greet you when you walk in.

Went in for the first time and some older female associate with the glasses didnt know anything about the supplements or brought up any of the ongoing deals and said to just do things naturally, followed by some rude childish comments. She was very unprofessional and made me felt unwelcome and left me disappointed.

Probably won’t be coming back to this location as I asked for vegan vitamins and was offered vegetarian ones, then I had to come back and do a return as one of the vitamins that I was offered had gelatin after I specifically asked for vegan vitamins. The employee who was there did not seem knowledgeable at all.

Its a great place for dietary products. The employees should be honest about the actual products instead of claiming to have used a particular product and attest to its merit like the premium priced lotions that do nothing for dry to cracked skin even though its written on the labels.

After coming to this location for over 10 years, the store manager Jesse rudely approached me today, demanding me to take their products out of my pockets and leave. Not only have I never stolen or attempted to steal from this location, I have purchased all my personal hygiene products here and brought friends to this location. I can only assume that my hair, attire and/or skin tone played a part in the harassment and disrespect of a customer. 1 star for customer service. 5 star for variety. ***Dark Skin Ppl***Dont wear loose clothing if you shop here.

Another store called for a product to save for pick up,when arrived it was the wrong product, we had to order from main warehouse for home delivery, about 10 day waiting time.Inconvenient on their part as product not normally stocked as advertise on sale.
