What an incredible experience, when I first contacted Secard they connected me with Gloria, she was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products I was asking about. We made an appointment for me to see the spa, when I arrived and asked for Gloria, I notice the caution and concern for there employees and customers health and well being. Once Gloria greeted me, she was friendly and made me feel very comfortable like I was talking to an old friend. She lead me to the showroom, she answer all my questions and included how to take care of the cleaning of the spa and water. Once we were doing the paperwork Gloria was very attentive to all the details and not pushy at all. Gloria made the experience very comfortable and easy. Once I had left I realized I had not taken a few measurements that I needed for the slab and Gloria took them instantly and send them to me. What a great experience, so great I have already have other friends contact her as they are looking for a spa.Thank you so much .
Buying a hot tub from Secard was a great experience! They were very low-key, with no pressure or hard-sell tactics and they let me take all the time I needed. My salesperson, Gloria, was wonderful. Knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and helpful, quick to answer any questions I had. When I explained that recent back surgery had impaired my balance and I was concerned about getting in and out of a tub safely, she introduced me to a vertical safety rail that I could hang onto when getting in or out. It has turned out to be an absolute life-saver. Im very happy with my new tub and so glad I went to Secard to get it.
My husband and I bought a Jacuzzi as first time buyers we didnt know anything about it how to work with the chemicals and so..but. We found this lady Laura R. Was a very patient and helpful 3 years now we went back to buy an above ground pool warranty 10 years at Pico rivera secard we thought we were getting help as new pool buyers but at the first problem we got with installation our surprise Gus who was the one helping us told us there is not returns 😢 it didnt cross our mind but instead of help we got more nervous that we were gonna fail...so my husband look for Laura even she didnt sold it to us was willing to take her time and explained us how to built it and now we enjoyed our new pool with our family thousands thank you for your big help girl we will never forget...

Such a great experience! Gloria was super helpful and Knowledgeable regarding the spas. She explained everything and made the process of buying the spa and getting it delivered so easy. Even after we already purchased the spa, she was/is always available for any questions and concerns that we had. The staff in general were friendly and had great customer service. I would recommend getting your spa here if you’re in the market for one and ask for Gloria, you won’t regret it.
Secard gave us our backyard oasis!The picture just doesnt do it justice. This pool is 20x50, and the centerpiece of our entertaining space. We had a couple of minor bumps in the project...Covid19 certainly slowed the project down. After changing project managers we were very happy with RJ, Brian and Aaron as our team. They really made sure that we got exactly what we wanted and we couldnt be happier with the end result!
Went really well didn’t have what I needed. But nobody has them right now. But the person working the front was way more then helpful with accommodating my problem. She didn’t have to but she did. Will definitely be coming back for more in the future. Gloria thank you
My husband I went to Secards looking for a new hot tub. Gloria showed us around and told us that the prices will go up in a couple of weeks. One week later I called another Secards and was told that the price on the same spa had gone up the previous day. Called Gloria back and asked if they would honor the price she initially quoted. She said that they would if we came in on Monday (it was late Friday when I called). She sat us down and was very friendly. She told us the spa would be delivered in two weeks and it was. Gloria also walked us through what we would need and how to add the chemicals when we start it for the first time. Gloria made our hot tub buying experience fantastic!
Popped into the store today to look into upgrading our spa to a larger size. We were surprised to find the person that we originally bought our spa from, Laura recognized us from their now closed store in Montclair. She helped us to decide what spa to get a while back, still works perfectly to this day and has given us 14 years of enjoyment, with many years left to go for whoever is lucky enough to buy it (see attached pictures). She did another amazing job and was super informative. We decided that we are set on buying a swim spa as soon as we decide which model to get. Big thanks to Laura making this so much easier for us!

What can I say? Finally got my spa delivered and set up! We just started using it and getting use to it. Whole family loves it! The experience on selecting it and plenty of models to choose from has been positive. Gloria Linares did a great job on assisting me throughout the process. One negative thing Ill mention is the amount of time it took to get it delivered. It took about 6 months due to Covid 19. The production halted but no blame or fault by Secard Pools in Rancho Cucamonga. Gloria tried her best and communicated about the situation. Delivery coordination with Gloria and Chris was great too. Well now its time to figure out and learn the water chemicals to maintain a good PH balances and all other things to keep this spa in great condition.
First off let me say that Aaron is one of the best people I have met who works in customer service. He was always there when I had questions about the pool and he took care of our needs in a timely manner. Everyone I came in contact during the pool installation was very professional and courteous. During the process Aaron kept me informed of what was going to happen next and if there were any changes that needed to be made he let me know ahead of time. Overall the pool install was a success took a little longer than expected but that was due to the rain we had this year. The kids love the pool and it keeps the busy during this period we are in now.

On the day of our 20th anniversary in May, we couldnt go anywhere on vacation or even the gym. My back was really hurting. It has 3 issues, 1 is risky to operate on, so I manage my fluidity with yoga & hydro-therapy.We had been searching for a good jacuzzi, so we decided to invest into our staycation. We stopped in to Secard Pools & Spas in Rancho Cucamonga. Chad & Rachel showed us possibilities and thoughts to consider, like fitting comfortably into it, (my petite wife married a 64 giraffe)! We found the perfect one for us, a Cal Spas Escape 867L. We saw a good deal in it, and Aaron helped us to wrap it up. We also saw one of the last gazebos that would fit it perfectly to consider. Later decided to get it too & Gloria helped us to seize that opportunity.Delivery was intended to be a couple of weeks, but being at the beginning of the reaction of a lot of us investing into our staycation, and the supply chain swamped, it was delayed a bit, but well worth the wait!I had a little learning curve on managing the chemistry, wish there was a quick start-up card that showed me how much bromine to start with. Eventually figured out the balance of an initial bromine boost & shock.Chris & his team came in with the gazebo & set it all up. This put the icing on the cake. Weve been able to enjoy the shade in the middle of a sunny day, and not much dirt or leaves get into the water. I cant wait to hear the rain hit the tin roof during a great California winter storm!Ive been a jacuzzi connoisseur for most of my life and had it the top priority in hotels & gyms alike, experienced quite a few awesome ones, but never one like this. I have to admit, this one blew them all away!!! My favorite seat is the lounge seat, but I rotate around to all of them because of the unique affects of each. My favorite jet is the big one down below, I call it Thunder Jet! I get pump #1 diverted over mostly to it & carefully locate my lower back & even neck (yes, Im still limber) in front of it and let it just blow away all that tension & stress!Secard in Rancho Cucamonga has been great support - having the necessary chemicals on hand, helping me understand the chemistry, testing my water & explaining how to get & keep it balanced.Thanks Secard Team, youve made us a very happy customer in our little touch of heaven!!!
This review is for Secard Menifee. I was told that was the location we needed to contact since were in San Diego and it was the closest (almost 2 hours). After over 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of Vince at Menifee (the only employee and manager there apparently) by phone and email (like I was told to do by the main location) with no luck no answer or return call or email, we decided to take a chance and drive out there 2 hours. When we got there I told Vince my name and that I had been trying to call him for weeks to arrange for an estimate and all he said was Im too busy to answer calls or return calls, not a sorry or ounce of remorse or anything of the sort he was actually upset we were even there and told us he rather not even have our business, so we left. Roughly 4-5 hours of our time wasted. Worst customer service.
I bought a new spa and Gloria at seaguard in rancho was Great, she found me a great deal that was even better that i thought was possible I can’t recommend her enough.
We ordered a swim spa in the beginning of June and it still has not arrived!! We were told that delivery would be in 6-8 weeks from the day we ordered it, so we worked quickly with contractors to prepare the space (with concrete & utilities). now it’s been over four months and we are still waiting!! Every time I call for an update I am treated poorly and told there is no option but to keep waiting (with no way to know how much longer we will have to wait)! I’m so disappointed that we spent a lot of money on a new swim spa for the family, only to miss out on summer & now fall!!
Purchased a swim spa. Secard has terrible customer service. Once you make the purchase, Secard has no follow through or proper set up to make sure your purchase is properly in use. They just want to take your money and forget about your purchase.

They don’t want to release me from my contract because they state they’ve lost money by having our special order swim spa worked on.Chris from the manufacturing company our SWIM SPA IS NOT IN PRODUCTION AND I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE THE ISSUE UP WITH SEACARD.When we signed the contact Ricardo stated we would have our product at the latest 12 weeks due to covid..... we are 4 months in and still waiting. Don’t let these people fool you. Seacard is not willing to release us from this contract.Lies!!!!!

These guys are great. They have a huge selection of hot tubs and small pools, and they dont try to hustle you. Aaron asked a lot of questions, and made sure we were purchasing the right tub for our space and our needs. When we didnt understand some things about how the tub operates and how the chemicals worked, Aaron was very patient on the phone, and even sent someone out once to make sure everything was working correctly. If youre in the Inland Empire, you cant go wrong with Secard.
My pool had sun rot so I had them put a new vinyl with 10 year warranty Now they are trying to give me the run around its been 6 years the pool has got sun rot again and they are taking in new order but not Honoring the contract And Warranty of paid customers. I have all my paperwork so I have nothing to do but take them on .
Bought a Swim Spa in August of 2019. It is now almost July 2020 (you read that right. Its been an entire year) and we still do not have what we paid for. They delivered our Swim Spa with multiple cracks and leaks in November 2019. They assured us this rarely happens and that we are just unlucky. Totally believable. Fast forward several more months without the product we paid for, and they deliver it again. This time it comes back with MORE problems. They somehow ordered the wrong parts and installed the wrong parts. They said they would be back in a week to install the correct parts, and guess what? They didnt. Fast forward another month of battling their employees for what we paid for. The customer service at Secard is awful. Bottom of the barrel people work their phones. Absolute nightmare trying to get them to do anything. If you’re unlucky enough to have to deal with Cal-Spas as well as Secard you might as well just give up. Karen will not return your phone calls or emails, so if she’s the one you’re dealing with you might as well just immediately ask for her superior. If they were selling cars theyd be sued with the Lemon Law. If I could give them 0 stars I would. 1 star is far more than they deserve. Anyone and everyone who has asked about our SwimSpa has gotten the same response from me “Its OK but absolutely not worth the effort of dealing with Secard and CalSpas. Go anywhere else. Dig a hole and fill it with water if you must but do not give these borderline criminals your money”.
Great people and their prices are very affordable. We bought a CalSpa here and it was less than the fair prices. They had it delivered in 3 days. I highly recommend Aaron he is the sales manager, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Not pushy at all just super helpful.
They said it was sun root due to bad maintenance how can a Tear above the waterline be from the maintenance its not even touching the water you guys are a poor excuse for a company you guys where dodging me since before you even seen the problem please give it up. I Have pictures and proof my pool stays clean.
My pool liner had no border. They charged me an extra 375$ to add sand which they never warned me might happen. They installed a new track for the liner on top of the old one so it sticks out from under the ledge and looks horrible. The salesman never told me that was how they installed the new track when he convinced me to buy it. They acted like they were doing me a huge favor by not charging me 250$ dollars for removing a tiny root. We talked about removing the root when the sales guy was here and he never mentioned that they charge for that. As of now I have left a message and havent heard back yet.Edit: In lieu of replacing the liner, they did not charge me for the sand and promised me a 100$ gift card to Secard which they then never sent. I only agreed as to not have to deal with emptying the pool and all of that again. Also, the contract states it is to be completed in 40 days. It took them 70 days to complete.

Dont bother. Never got a hello or even looked at. And there was only ONE other customer there. They werent being helped either.

I have called about the gift card twice and told I would be called back. No return calls. The contract states it is to be completed in 40 days. It took them about 70 days to complete. I considered contesting the charges but as of now am still undecided if it is worth the hassle.
Ive purchased above ground and the Islander pool from Secard for the past 15 years and I keep going back. Why? Because at least they listen to my concerns; get back to me if I have to leave a message via email; and they try to solve my problem. The service teams that come out are always on time; respectful; an accommodating even if I fuss!
DO NOT BY A POOL FROM THESE PEOPLE, we have had our poorly made pool for 4 years now, we have noticed damage on top of the pool.The fibers that are within the liner are now protruding outside of the liner, these people claim that the so called 30 year warranty is not covered because of sun damage, Hello people its a pool its in the sun. Take your business else where they dont care about customer relations or there warranty.
Ordered a new liner for our 14 x 28 islander 4 weeks ago, they came out and took all new measurements, they started to install liner and it was two feet to long. They took it back and said the would call me back with the information on another liner, I left messages but no return call. I called back three times finally got a hold of someone. They said they would have to call back East for new delivery date, was told they would call me back within 2hrs. 72 hrs later still waiting for phone call. Will let you know when they call back and how long we wait for a new liner !!!!!!!

I ordered a pool 20× 40 which I paid $ 20.000.dollers and a decking which cost me $16.000 dollars. Secard promised me it will take 45 to 60 days, yet its been 85 days their not even close to finishing. Also these guys dont answer calls. Top it off on the day they are scheduled if tbey show up at 10.am and pack up fo leave at 2.oopm. secard starts one project, dont finish then start on another project. The plumbing, decking, electrical is not completed and the project manager Brian said they are scheduled to come out on Monday to start the rocks and spill ways. Wth why are they starting on new projects when the others are not completed. Please check out the reviews on Yelp before signing the contract
