In the past, Ive just called other appliance repair, but after waiting a ridiculous time w/out a washing machine waiting for parts I decided to go local. Gary at GE Monogram Expert lives up to his Google reviews. The dryer broke Monday at 10 am, I called Gary at 2 pm. Well, its 11 am on Tuesday and the dryer is FIXED!!! My phone call was promptly returned, he came in the window of time specified AND had all the parts necessary to make the repair. I will definitely be calling back and recommending Gary.

Kevin at GE Monogram Expert has repaired my washer, refrigerator ice maker now my dryer. I call and they are there in less than 24 hours or earlier; I cannot comment on any of the other techs as I have had Kevin on all calls. Luck? I dont know, but I will request him in the future if needed. I told him today I did not want to see him again jokingly. I have had my issues with the above appliances. All new units; he has been very knowledgeable on all appliances. No complaints on service or cost.
