Awesome place I have seen .staff very frindly bathroom very clean and nice .also they have Mexican grill inside the store you should try it, fresh and testy .They have mehcanic shop too . Very reasonable price and good job.

This is one of the most crooked service stations Ive ever visited. Every new owner seems to be worse than the previous one, no wonder that their station is empty with no cars to fix. I made a mistake by giving them today another chance to do my smog check (after my horrible experiences in the past with this station). As a result, I came back early and questioned them about the whereabouts of my car when I couldnt find it, so the worker had to admit that they took it to another station down the hill, and he claimed that their machine allegedly crashed or maybe it is non-existent. One of their workers drove my car without my consent, which is illegal, and took it to another station to have the smog check done. In addition, they overcharged me by $25 dollars compared to other stations. Moreover, they used my gas and never reimbursed me for it. They took no responsibility for their actions and they lied about it. The previous owner of this station drove my car for 700 miles without telling me, when I left the car overnight for service. Never again!!! PV resident beware and do not use this station!!!

Repair shop will rob you. Charge me $1000 for parts only plus labor of $300. Worst shop Ive ever been into. Told me to come back to pick up my car at 4pm. Been calling the business phone number no body answered and no courtesy call if the car is ready for pick up. But he told me to come at 4pm. But I came in its not ready sad but the management sucks and will rob the customers.

Purchased four new tires for my 2016 Suburban on June 1, 2018 from Firestone Complete Auto Care 500 N Pacific Coast Hwy, RDB.A fews ago my back right tire got a screw in one of the curves, my husband and I brought my suburban to see if we could get the tired plugged. First question from Donna did you get the warranty, my husband says NO. She then shook her head, we then went out to the truck as my husband repeatedly stated that he wanted it plug. She looked at the tire and said Cant do, my husband how do you know, she states, Because I know. So my husband ask so we need a new tire (now mind you this is a leased vehicle and we have only three more months left). So we did NOT want to pay for another new tire that was two months old. My husband then ask can you at least try. She said I know we cant do because it wont work. So my husband said your final answer is a new tire. She said yes...He then brought to a local gas station (Shell 28103 Hawthorne Blvd, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275) that has done work on our vehicles many times (and always accommodating and does great work!) My husband asked if he could plug it... he said I will try and let you know. Within 15 mins he called my husband and said all fixed and for $20! Yes $20.Morale to the story... will NOT go back to FIRESTONE, even though we have the past. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.... and the SERVICE ADVISOR: DONNA is always right. Or in her words you dont like you hear!
