Monica is amazing! She took care of me so quickly. She is knowledgeable, easy going and funny. The storage is clean, they offer free use of dollies and carts and even accept deliveries. It’s month to month without any hassle. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

This is my first time getting a storage unit with instorage Rpv and I have to say that the customer service was A1 and the nice Lady made it a easy going process walked me through everything. I hope that my future with instorage rpv is just as smooth as it was today.

Even during this pandemic, Monica made the whole process to sign up and get 2 storage units easy. We had to add a second one at the last minute and she was able to get it close to our other unit to make unloading everything super easy. Clean, well lit facility, they have hand trucks and carts to help you move everything. Really friendly and helpful so far!

We love this storage! The price is not that high because if you compare other places this facility is well maintain, alarms, hours and the service is the most professional service you can find in this industry. Monica really helped me figuring out the size we need. Great service!

The staff are very thorough, polite, and helpful. The place is very clean, really, it even smells nice. If you have an opportunity to rent a unit, your fortunate. It is a well run business.

I arrived two minutes before closing and was very pleased to experience that the attendant was very professional and kindly gave me a tour of the available storage units, and quickly set up my account so that I could get started with my move and store my contents the very next morning. The rates are very reasonable and with the 50% off first two months introductory offer, it made it quite easy to afford.

To whom it may concern:I am writing this review to expose 3 major issues with my rental experience through your Rancho Palos Verdes location. I am very disappointed by the low quality of customer care and understanding. Number #1 your representative Monica Tarazaga was very warm and in inviting but when it cam to being clear on what the terms and pricing was she promised the 50% of the first month off only to not have it reflected on the final statement. She only told me how much I had to pay and never verbally went over the details stating that I would receive it via my email.My second issue is I had explained to representative as well that my need for the unit had a delay and upon her hearing that she assured me that though there was no prorate for the pricing that we should be ok as far the rental. 2 days later I realized that my circumstances had changed and that the storage unit was never opened. The INSTORAGE key is still on the lock. To be told that I was going to be called back and then be given the run around for a few days my role as customer feels like I am a burden to the company.My third and last concern is for this mysterious contract that was supposed to be sent to me via email. I have forwarded the email that I received which unfortunately has only my name and address it has no f=reference to my payment or even the terms and conditions. The lack of communication between employee and customer is terrible if you have a issue even down to the email. As a corporate company who would like to maintain their high rating in customer service I was under the impression that the matter would be easily resolved, and yet I have been placed in so much turmoil and secrecy and vague disregard that I now fear maybe someone has been paying off complaints of disgruntle customers to not report issues on yelp.For a future customers and for myself when I will need a unit in the near future I think the best solution is to look somewhere else. I need answers from a higher managerial status of Monica because to be told to refer to a contract that I never received via email can’t possibly be the only solution.
