Went back in store to exchange my computer chair after buying the 3 year protection plan. Staples, as a company switched protection plan companies and their system wasnt allowing an exchange.The shift supervisor, Brad, made an even exchange for us instead of sending us away, and it made the whole experience a lot less stressful. I just bought a printer and a chair and there was these two workers, One’s name was Matthew and I don’t know the other’s name but he had a red shirt they were extremely helpful they brought the chair and printer to my car and put it in the trunk for me. I definitely recommend this service and thank you guys so much, I was very surprised with the service I got today considering we usually have to bring it to our car ourself I can not thank you enough!

This community and the business around here deserve better . Just seems like the folks here never have a clue about their own products, I have been to many Staples . This location has a weak staff. I expect it to be gone by 2023 if they dont change . As a business owner in RSM, I would recommend going somewhere else.

So I bought a security camera thinking I could also, use it as a webcam no problem right, then wanted to take it back to get a refund and the process of the refund was well but they had sold me the wrong one in the box and they couldnt refund it man it made me upset cause the guy tried to make me look like some return thief person when I have never done this. the only reason for this review. I had the receipt and everything

Quite frankly, Im surprised this place is even still in business! Terrible customer service...prices high! You have to hunt for someone to help you and then they immediately duck away so not to have to answer your questions! Easier, cheaper and less traumatic to shop online!

Felt compelled to share the excellent customer service I was provided earlier today. Ive been other Staples and other large electronic retailers. Get in get out has been my mantra. Stay away sales people I know what I want and I dont need your help. But today, I did know what I wanted but I needed their help. The sales people were patient and accommodating with me, spent time and directed me to some products to check out. Customer service is still a priority in some places. I found it here.

Came in for a basic filing cabinet. I was on the border to getting a chair too, and then Josh told me about the warranties and sale, so now I have a new very comfy chair as well to replace my 7 year old one.
