Awesome service! All the workers in there are always so nice and helpful. If I’m ever struggling to find anything they are quick to assist me. This is my favorite store to go to because I always get great service and feel welcome. They always inform me of any sales going on if I’m grabbing products that pertain to them and give me tips on products that I am trying to decide between.

Can anyone help me????? Where did michelle move too???? What store does she work at now!????!!! Came to the Randolph store and was devastated that she wasnt here!!!!!! Needed help, and couldnt get a confident answer from the only worker in there today!!!!! HELP!!!!!Back today 6.20.20 and the cashing out system is still a problem. Plan on spending all day here if your doing a large purchase! It 2020, please get a better cashing out system!

Employees are rude, I did not realize that this store was only for cosmetologist but the store clerk made it very clear! I walked in the store with my Aunt and one of the employees asked if we needed help, before we can answer she asked if we are licenced cosmetologist and we informed her that we were not. The women proceeded to tell us that we could not be in the store and that only licenced cosmetologist could come in the store. I asked if we can look and she just shock her head and walked away. I understand if the products in the store are for professional use but it was the womens tone and behavior that bothered me. I felt as if I was a criminal of some sort!
