Purchased a used 2013 ford taurus about a week ago, during the test drive I did not notice any issues. After a day of driving I noticed a lot of “loose” sounding noises from the front when hitting small bumps at low speeds. (yes I purchased the vehicle with no warranty and i know it’s 8 years old) I inquired about this with the dealership to see if this was something that could be looked at/ replaced or even split the bill with me before I took it to a shop and had to pay out of pocket. I did not hear a word back, even if the answer was no they couldn’t do anything about it—a reply would have been nice. So I will be now responsible for any repairs needed. Besides this, it was a very easy purchasing experience and the salesman was nice. Not sure I would return for future purchases though.

Make it appointment to see a certain truck even put a vehicle information for trade-in had an appointment scheduled and they still sold the truck from underneath me very dissatisfied and upset and they didn’t even want to take the time to find me a different truck. Salesman that I had set up didn’t even know what truck I was looking at but said he would put it in the back for me till I got there very un pleasing

Sarchione always does a super good job servicing my vehicle (and my husbands).They fixed the problem with my Traverse in a timely fashion. Also, had oil changed and tires rotated.

Purchased 2 cars from them, everything was smooth, BUT DONT BUY THE EXTRA WARRANTY FROM THEM, sold the truck I bought from them, and can’t get a response once I asked for a refund on the warranty. Definitely makes me hesitant on buying a new vehicle from them.

Purchased a ram 3500 with a 4 year warranty here from salesman Chris Kenneally. (Hopefully I spelled that right) There were a few minor issues with the truck which we came to an agreement on. Chris made sure the issues were addressed in a reasonable time and honored his word. Five stars for Chris!I am happy with the truck itself, however when I brought it in for service The loaner I was given was a dirty (nasty sticky armrests and stank odor, had to wipe it down just to make it sitting in it bearable), smoked in Chevy Cruze with bad brakes and loose steering. Luckily I am fortunate enough to have multiple vehicles so it was just a ride home. Great way to treat your customer who just spent 50k+ on 1 vehicle. I recently purchased a van from another dealership and when I brought it in for service they gave me a 2020 Silverado to drive. Hopefully things are different next time around.

As a female car shopping can be very frustrating. I bought a car on 2/23/21 from Wesley he was very professional. My husband was with me to check the car to make sure there was no issues with it. Bought a used truck from this dealer that has been nothing but trouble. Our company will never do business with them again. After picking up the truck we broke down an hour away from them and they did nothing to help us. It was a weekend and no one was open and the dealerships manager said the only one who could help would be my salesman who wouldnt return my call or text until we had found a solution. This truck came with a plow that has had to be completely rewired. Now we find out the engine is bad. This dealer has the worst GM mechanics Ive ever seen or they simply dont care. Either way we love chevy and will continue to run them it just wont be through this dealership.

Had the car in for service. Was told the problem was corrected but if I had any issues to call. Noticed more issues, called and Blaise said to bring it in ASAP. I brought it back and they took it back and corrected the issue with no additional charges. Unfortunately had to take the car in twice but happy that they were willing to not charge me for the second trip in. That goes a long way, in my book.
