Terrible place to work. Back in 2015 it was great but now it is terrible.. empty promises left and right and the new HR manager wont leave her office if it doesnt pertain to her.. we get told that if we work 70 hr weeks and sell over 5mil in product in a month that we would work 5 days a week... that lasted 1 week.. they got a 3rd shift and barely even hired ppl to get a full crew and expect other employees to lead the shift when they arent getting paid to do so. Employees have been on overtime since last year due to ppl quitting from being overworked. Ive never seen so many ambulances at a workplace in a span of 6 months... if you come in as a temp they will work you way past your due date/hours worked and everytime u ask about getting hired they just put u in a circle of I told HR to do this then you go to HR and they will give u a different answer. its like they dont care you are a human being that needs health insurance...the HR office isnt even 100 yards from the floor managers office but yet the communication at charles is at a bare minimum. If u want decent pay with no life and no weekends then charles is for you

God forbid you have a emergency, cant get a hold of husband! Place is a joke when it comes to after hours call center oh ya they none ! Cell phone gets shut off, he has my car so if I was in a problem at home Im just screwed, wait let me tell my children that as well! GET A AFTER HOUR CALL CENTER FOR EMPLOYEE EMERGENCY! MIGHT HELP NEW OWNERS!
