On our way from NE Montana to SW South Dakota, our exhaust on our 2013 Ford Explorer popped a leak and was crazy noisy. We knew trying to get it fixed in Gods Country N Dakota would be unlikely, decided to hang in there until Rapid City where we would be camping for a week. Chad at Exhaust Pros in Rapid got outstanding reviews, and I could see that he is an exhaust specialist, not like all the chain stores.We pulled in driving our motorhome and the car in tow. Chad came out and told me it was an easy fix, the problem I had is quite common on my model of car, he pulled another car off one of the lifts, pulled mine in, cut the old piece out and welded in the new one. I dont think we were there an hour total.What great service from an honest fella!Thanks Chad!

Watch out for this guy! Chad.He charged me 700 for a new converter. I looked under my hood and expected to see a shiny new converter, instead I saw an old rusty one. He sold me a part that was pulled from an abandoned car in his lot. He said he pulled the O2 sensor from it but really he pulled the whole thing and sold it to me at a new price. New parts should look new, not rusty from day 1. My car runs good but I feel tricked. Look under your hood before you leave his shop.

I had to recover one of our campervans that broke down in Rapid city. Since I flew from Miami to pick it up I was in contact with Chad for a week before my pick up time. All the process went very smooth and the service was very fast. I was able to get my campervan on the road after just 2hrs! I drove back to Miami and my campervan is in good shape as before. Chad was fantastic! I had a class C RV that was having some issues running. Being from WA state and wanting to get home safely without being stuck somewhere without phone service, Exhaust Pros got me in to evaluate what I believed to be an exhaust issue. Turned out not to be an exhaust issue. They tightened a few manifold bolts and fixed some pipe all at a very, very reasonable charge. Went in there and he looked at my car immediately and quoted me. Got an appointment set up only 2 hours later and went back and was in and out in 30 minutes and not a bad price at all! I came here to get a o2 sensor bung welding into my current exhaust, which turned out great and fairly cheap. Turned out I needed another bung welded in and they did it FREE OF CHARGE! These guys are awesome highly recommended!

I had them build a cat back system after I installed a set of long tube heads and a Y pipe. I went got a free estimate and them made an appointment for the next day. I dropped my truck off and about 2 hours later I was called and told my truck was done and ready for pick up! First I went to Midas. They told me that the sky is falling, Humpty Dumtty is scared and we will take care of your issue (flex pipe leaking by the manifold) for just a little over $1000. You need everything including a catalytic converter. Later I went to TMA and they too told me that though the catalytic converter is fine, it is all essentially a one piece unit and the quote was $650. Spoke to my boss-he says call exhaust pros, THEY CUSTOM BEND PIPE. So I call and schedule immediately to have them look at it. Owner says he has done many of my make/model, and they usually come in around $100. Imagine my surprise when the job was done in about an hour and the bill was $91. Did not need a new catalytic converter, car runs way better with the exhaust leak fixed. Less than 10% of the Midas quote. This is a guy that is beyond competent, helpful, and totally honest. I thought muffler shops are all alike. THERE IS A DIFFERENCE. BUENO! Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

I had exsaust pros instal new exhaust on my 4Runner and they did a great job! Good clean welding, great costumer service both on the phone and in person and they did it for a great price that undercut their own estimate and that of the other shops I called, which really speaks well to their character and honesty. The guy also took the time to explain the work he did and educate me as to the how and why’s of it, as well as the different exhaust systems currently available for my truck and went over the pros and cons of each even though he was closing for the day. I will deffinitely be using Exsaust Pro’s from now on.
