This would have been a five star review a year ago. I have gone to Lids for two years and have purchased over 300 hats for my band. After Lids opened back up after being closed because of the pandemic, I went back to get more hats and had to remind them that all my repeat orders are supposed to be half off. After they fixed that problem, and I paid for my hats, I realized that I was being charged an embroidery fee for every hat, when in the past, I had only had to pay one embroidery fee for the entire order. The quality was still excellent, but because of the embroidery fee on every hat, I will be looking elsewhere for my band hats in the future.
