Idk if its the employees, or the management or lack thereof but there is limited supply of anything or help. And we did use the curbside pickup at least once a month for a year straight and it was wonderful keyword WAS. The order was canceled due to them closing it an hour earlier. So we had to get a refund....which took 8 DAYS LATER. 8 DAYS....IM NOT JOKING. THIS PLACE IS NO LONGER ON MY LIST OF SHOPPING CENTERS. It needs serious help.

I cant believe how amazing everyone is in Customer Service. Im not use to great service anymore but Julie really showed me people out there still care and can do an amazing job 👏Julie was so polite so knowledgeable and extremely friendly she went above and beyond. This woman deserves a rise she should be running the whole store then I believe everything in there would be perfect.Thank you Julie for being amazing I will forever come back as long as youre there ❤

If I could give zero stars I would. The store experienced a power outage for over 6 hours and they left all of the refrigerated items on the shelves. This includes milk, cheese, frozen goods, “fresh vegetables “, etc that were left out without the proper temperatures over night. Various employees verified this and informed me not to purchase food due to the STORE MANAGER implying that restocking/replacing the items would be too great of a financial loss which is why they chose not to do the sanitary thing. While I do understand business, the public should be aware of such uncleanly practices before spending their hard earned money at this location. DO NOT purchase any foods from this location if it needs refrigeration. If you do, I highly suggest you check the product thoroughly before consuming. I personally had food from this location after the power outage and experience severe diarrhea and nausea. This is unacceptable and the manager should be terminated effective immediately. Good luck and stay safe.

Went to get some clips to hold up LEDs and a tapestry. Couldnt find them but I wasnt disappointed because I got boneless wings from the deli area. They were so good. Best chicken Ive eaten in a while.

Im really to the point Im over shopping at Walmart. I prefer to go to Meijers. I think its very frustrating that Walmart have all these self checkouts but yet they dont have them marked as CARD ONLY. The sales associate had to come over & void my transaction all because the kiosk wouldnt take cash, its set up to take cash but yet it doesnt take cash. I mentioned to her theres nowhere stating no cash, sales associate said I was helping another customer so I didnt get to say anything to you about card only, then also the sales associates pointed at the screening saying right here it says no cash, card only(something like that). Well sorry to say some of us are dyslexic so how are we supposed to see & read that on the screen for 1 & for 2 dont you think you would have it marked card only before people enter the self checkout area, so people wouldnt waste their time in scanning their whole entire order just to come find out its card only & have to waste the sales associates time at voiding your transaction. Talk about embarrassment, like hey look this persons poor & they cant afford to pay with a card. Well if Walmart had it clearly marked before the customer entered the self-checkout area, so the customer wont wasting their time scanning there items & becoming an embarrassment & having to do the walk of shame.I do not run into this issue at Meijers, theyre self checkout kiosks take cash & or card.

My order was not what I had order Im disappointed in Walmart I order a 13 in tire and you sent me an 8 in tire pitiful

They usually do ok, a few problems with some unmotivated staff here and there but the food is usually all good except this time. While going pouring creamer that I just bought yesterday into my ice coffee I notice there are chunks starting to sink to the bottom so I check the expiration date and it was still good so I still drank some of the coffee after now starting to feel sick I decided to pour some out into the sink and was horrified. Disgusting.

The store was good. But just like every store in the country it is still promoting laziness and obesity with online curbside pickup which also promotes to the publics immune systems to be compromised because they are not being exposed to germs and viruses to be able to fight them off naturally. This has to stop because no amount of vaccinations are helping obviously because the vaccinated are getting sick also!

I highly recommend Pickup, I waited less than 10 minutes and didnt even have to get out my car. The employee put everything in my back seat nicely, nothing was damaged or crushed. Super easy and quick experience. 👍

This Walmarts food shelves are always unorganized, messy and many different departments are often un-stocked. As someone who can only shop in the evening, I still deserve to see and utilize well stocked product. Three times in a row the dairy coolers were almost empty, and various other places are just a mess. Its really disappointing.

Went to pick up a laptop quickly while on a business trip and David was extremely knowledgeable about the Chromebooks. Very kind and helpful as well. Good luck!

This is the friendliest full super walmart in three states! The auto center staff have helped me with batteries. The pharmacy staff have helped me transfer prescriptions from other pharmacies. The management and customer service desk staff have always veen knowledgeable and handled all issues curiously.

I really like the pharmacy department and their checkout, they get a five star, yet hate the self serve checkout in the main store!!! What a bunch of crock on that self serve nonsense!!!

This is literally THE WORST store for grocery delivery. They delivered completely the wrong order, forced me to keep it, (even though I didnt have room for these items Id probably never use), and then kept promising to get mine delivered within the hour, with nothing ever showing up. The 5th time we called, teenagers answered, cracking up. They acted like we were horrible people for even ordering delivery, and suggested we just start coming to the store to shop. Then, they said our food was sitting out all day, and asked if we even still wanted it. I had frozen and dairy products, so I said no. They said they cancelled my order and issued a refund. That was 5 days ago. Still no refund. We called corporate, and they said it was never cancelled and a refund never issued. This is the third time Ive had the same issue, and dont even get me started on their crazy substitutions that sometimes get forced on you.

I was there the 1st of may and I was very displeased with their lack of checkout lines with employees. I go there paying for a service and if Im expected to scan and pack my own items then I should receive a discount. I do not shop to save the store money, other stores that have you check yourself out are cheaper and as a consumer I know going into it that I will have to do my own. Also it is a waste of time to wait for someone to come approve my misc. Items such as spray paint or vitamin.

Had eye exam done at by a different practice. Goto Walmart with my prescription on an email. Cant accept that but I can go to a copy center print the exact same thing and thats acceptable.Okay leave come back next day at 9am, when the website says they open. Theyre open but they cant do anything until 1000 when the doctor comes in. Why do they open at 9 yet they cant helo customers until 10? Fix thr website

Went there to get a canopy covered patio swing which they had a couple but unfortunately they were way up high on a top shelf in the garden area. The lady working in the garden area said she didnt know who to call told us to go up front see if we could get help went to the customer service desk and was told they didnt have any box men was the term used available to get it down not very good business.That was after we already went to another Walmart and a home Depot and a Lowes and they had none in stock 🙄

Terrible customer service! Called about decorative rock was put on hold for 24 minutes after the customer service supervisor went to check and never came back to the phone. Called back and after another attempt I finally asked to speak to a manager. The assistant manager with no phone personality finally helped me 46 minutes later. (7/9/21)

I like Walmart but now most of them are putting in self serve check outs I dont like that. When the customers have to work and pack themselves at the check out we should get another discount at that time. Pay people more and give them jobs how about that.

The parking lot looks like a warzone. This is a great place to bend a tire rim on a pothole the size of a lunar crater.I have been going to this store for nearly 8 years (against my better judgement) and I have never seen a single person working in the electronics department, which is strange for a store on the edge of a college town. Are they understaffed? Probably. Is that acceptable? Absolutely not. If you need a new laptop or a piece of tech hardware, be prepared to travel to the far reaches of the store to find somebody to unlock a case for you.Will something you need be in stock? Flip a coin. Will you get stuck with a needlessly slow or chatty cashier? Flip a coin. Will the produce you see on the shelf be rotten? Flip a coin.Its Walmart. Youre expected to experience a certain amount of discomfort and frustration.

I really dont like giving bad reviews, but this duncan donuts was terrible, all I ordered was a med ice decafe and a small hot caramel macchiato, it took them 3 tries to make the caramel macchiato and it still wasnt right and my iced decafe was nearly all ice, I would definitely take the kid that was working the drive-thru and put him back to cleaning the bathrooms.

Customer Service needs to stay open until the store closes. Rt 59 Ravenna. Most front manager are snippy. Not friendly. Lines are still long on the registers that you check out by yourself. I find them hard to deal with. Im old I like the original way better.Bathrooms were poopie. Dirty usually. I rate this store a 3.

I just placed and picked-up our first order of Walmart groceries. What a great experience!! Accurate website and my personal shopper did a great job. There was only one substitution and one item out-of-stock in my large order. It was a no-touch quick and easy pickup. I arrived and within a couple of minutes my order was safely loaded in my car and I was on my way home. GREAT, GREAT SERVICE!!!! And great prices too!

Because Im disabled I order my groceries to be picked up for me every two weeks and the last time I ordered 24 items and they were out of 13 of those 24 items with no substitutes. Now today I ordered only 13 items and I just noticed they dont have 5 of those items!

Was doing some electrical work in store. Employers where very helpful and pleasant to work with.

Called in to customer service (dial zero on the main store phone line and press 0). Nobody picks up the phone...IN CUSTOMER SERVICE...phone has been ringing now for 20 minutes straight!!! (7/6/21)

Employees are not very helpful and do not dare interrupt their conversation amongst other employees, they look at you like who the hell is this person trying to ask a question. You get paid to work, so try doing it. Have courage and be kind!!!!

I like Walmart but some of the prices are just a little too steep seriously I mean when I walk over by the cheesecakes which is cut into 12 pieces, it also costs $13 and some odd cents. It was clean and rhe employees were nice. Was there around 10:00 pm. Found what i was looking for and in and out very fast.

They did not have any cashiers working the regular registers so everyone was doing self-checkout. The store was really quiet at the time, but it did make people have to stand and wait in line longer than need be.

They seem to have a problem stocking their grocery section, other than that I guess they are OK.

Supercenter should have more than two cashiers working at any given time. Maybe the line out into the sales floor may be a clue to ope a register. The lines at the Self-checkout were also disturbingly long.

I shopped and went to Walmart eyeglasses to have my glasses adjusted--grreat service!

If I could give a zero,I would..went in for 2 tires that I knew what I wanted and checked online and said in stock..I arrived to the automotive side and all locked up tight,drove to the front,garden section and next set of doors locked up..had to park by grogery doors,grabbed a cart and walked all the way to the other corner of the store for the 2 tires,went to self check out and ca@hier had an attitude and told me that j needed to put in bunch of information for dot# and address,didnt want to help..went to the customer service and waited in line again,no help..after 3 cashiers finally got someone to help and started to ring out and totally differant price than what was on there web..he said oh will..took 2 of us to show him the correct price and to rering everything up correctly..lets say took over 45 minutes to run and and to walk out with 2 simply tires..

Its clean and Ive never had a problem there the only thing or problem I have is not having product there when I want to buy it like strawberries & cream oatmeal

I have not been in there for quite a while due to covid and heard that they are going down hill with low stock and few cashiers.. I went in at around 6:30 am. And there were no cashiers just self serve. I do not care what time the store hours are you still should have cashiers when ever you are open.. Older ones that come out early to avoid crowds can not or do not want to have to pack their own bags or they should at least have that option. I am almost 60 and not only would I like that option but I am tired of the way you make the customers do the jobs of your employees and your prices not reflect the thousands of dollars you save by getting rid of or cutting registers and peoples hours that need money in the times we live in. Aldi at least is honest in tell people they will be packing their own bags and their price reflects that. We will be going to Aldi and Marcs from now on and will be looking into a different pharmacy as well.
