Horrible horrible business ! In the first place, no one answers the phone and when they do no one knows what’s going on. Had a scheduled appointment and when my husband got there, they said they didn’t have a part and would call around to find one and call us. Of course there was no phone call. After multiple, multiple tries someone finally answered phone! He had to look everything up and said they would let us know. Became rude and I canceled our appointment. Stay away from there!

There’s a young gal works there in the morning that refuses to do propane . If you work at a. U-Haul place you must know how to do propane and you must be able to lift 100 pound propane tank to help a elderly person load it in the bed of the truck and not just stay in there and go oh my broken nail

Dont expect to get your propane filled here. This place must have gone down hill over the past year, because their service seems to be terrible for everyone lately. Ive gone here twice to get propane tanks filled and have been turned away by a lady who works there both times because she told me they were to busy installing a hitch to fill my tanks. I had two tanks to fill. It would have taken all of 15 mins to fill and pay for them. There were no other customers at the location when I went both times. I just find it shocking that I go here to give them my money and buy a service from them (that they offer), and they say no. I wonder if had a rental I needed to pickup if they would have stopped what they were doing to give it to me. If youre not going to follow through on a service you offer, then dont offer it. Needless to say I wont be taking my business here anymore.

This U-haul location has been so bad from the start. Do not go here for hitch install. First they cancelled my appointment the day of (after I took off work) because they realized “they couldn’t do a hitch that day,” and didn’t so much as apologize. When I did get in, they did not complete the job! They left me with a 4-flat connector without putting in the actual plug I need to tow. They also told me at the end of my appointment that they don’t connect brake controllers and I’ll need an appointment at another Uhaul to get that done. No one there even knew how to help me when I tried to get the plug I need. They need to hire new help who all have a basic understanding of hitches.

I was referred to Ravenna U-Haul by a local repair shop for a trailer hitch and installation. The employees are completely unqualified to go beyond basic truck rental.

Booked the uhaul for Mantua. Sends a text saying to pick up in Ravenna. Truck wasn’t where they said it was. Not clear on how to locate the truck or key. Wait on hold for an hour and a half. Don’t use mobile checkin.

These guys are awesome !! I had pulled in not knowing they they just closed up shop when Kyle waved me and and made sure I was taken care of even tho it was past quitting time, great customer service right there!!

Worked here for a year as well, current manager and employees are always polite. If you have reservation do the online pre registration, itll make your life and the employees easier and get you out the door 5 minutes faster.

Decent but double check the vehicle you have reserved is actually there.
