I’ve been bringing my Ford Explorer there for several years. Any services received have been professional, timely, and affordable. I recently decided to sell my Explorer and had my headlight and window wash pump replaced. Dropped it off and had it back within a day. Looks great, works great! Well first of all I believe it was the owner,? He told me he was going to get a estimate, and I havent heard from him since and that was a week ago at least, so I dont know what to say about that? I guess Ill just take my business elsewhere.

He even gives you referrals for where else to go, if he cant help. I only gave him 5 stars because 6 stars arent available. We have been bringing our vehicles here for a while. Well NEVER again. Unfinished work, promises never kept, lousy work done that goes unfinished. Quoted prices that always go UP...today was the last straw went to drop unfinished product plus to fix an insurance issue that was never done right. Was treated with the utmost disrespect. He was paid for a job and the job has never been done right or finished. We dont have the time to run back and forth for false promises. Too bad he used to be a good guy maybe its time to retire.. all I can say at this point is that WE will NEVER give him anymore work or even consider sending friends there.
