Fed ex driver caused property damage at my residence. I wasnt even getting a package. I have video and still photos of incident.As I tried to get drivers attention he looked right at me and drove away.I guess it will take an attorney to get their attention.

Call their phone number get somebody that cant even speak any bit of English ask for a manager refused a manager asked for somebody else that can assist me refuse to assist me with somebody else asked for her ID number refused to give me her ID number or name Package not left at front door a mile down the road all ripped open driver should be fired!!!!!! Wish I didnt have to use this company UPS is always better.

I thought Id give this location the benefit of the doubt when they lost my first package, sure accidents happen and it was eventually found. But now its happened again, the second package lost in a row. Heed the warning of others reviewers here who have had the same experience. I hate to be mean but the people at this fedex are useless. I dont understand how they can be so incompetent. Do yourself a favor and tell people not to ship to you through fedex if youre in this locations delivery area. It will inevitably get lost on the way to your house.

Dropped of important bank papers on friday afternoon at 3pm-ish. as I was walking back to my car I saw the FedEx truck pull up thinking wow I just made it. Only to find out Monday morning packages didnt get picked up. It suppose to be a convenience to have a local pick up. What good is it if someone is dropping the ball?! No excuses this falls on FedEx. No excuses, everyone seems to be claiming the pandemic, well then hire more people if you have more business, HELLO!!

Smh they dont even deserve a 1 star review. Every single time they are used for shipping an item it gets lost, damaged, or mus delivered. I have video surveillance at my property and Ive been sitting outside for the last 3 hours. Noone ever even came onto my street. Then I get an email saying they attempted to deliver my package but were unable to release it. Called customer service 3 times and noone was able to help me. They dont have a phone number. They dont know who or where the driver is. And cannot o anything about it to make right by this mistake on their end. I dont understand why anyone still uses FedEx or how they are even still in business.

I called in to let them know my mailman knocked on my door letting me know fed ex guy took my husbands package to the wrong house he stated he saw the package when he was delivering mail. I called into fed ex to let them know and fix the problem, but all the customer service said was she noted it and quickly said routine thank you for calling blah blah blah and hung up. Not letting me know if they would fix it or what not! I know these people are timed on calls but that pisses me off they cant act like they care! This package was important and expensive (auto parts) to just push it aside like that and if it got lost then what NOTHING because of them.

Package was set to be delivered 9/28/20 by end of day.@10:33 it was at South Manheim Twp. & text alerts claimed it was soon to be delivered.@9p its location was still South Manheim Twp.Now... I am expected to waste another day waiting & I have no option than to schedule an at home delivery.Next time & always Ill deal with UPS.

Horrible Service For International Shipping! I Nearly Paid $600 Bucks When I Was Told By Several FedEx Agents I Would Get A Reimbursement Due To FedEx Not Updating Custom Policies For Mexico. My package Never Got To Its Destination and I Had To Pay To Get It Returned. Than I Did What The Agents Told Me In Regards To Reimbursement and They Said Its Not Their Fault That Policies Can Change On A Daily Basis. False Advertisements Is What It Is Because I Took The Proper Measures In Reviewing Whats Allowed and Not and Still Got Stuck With $600 Sending and Returning Fees. FedEx Lost A Customer. Never Again!

Where to start....there is so much negative to say about the FedEx Company.I will try my best to share our experience with you:As a business that orders various companies products; we usually are very easy going with delivery being within the stated date(s) of arrival for our merchandise ordered from various vendors that state delivery dates...same day, 1 day, 3 day, etc.That said, HORRIBLE is truly an understatement. FedEx tends to deliver when the store is closed. We have spoken with there customer service so many times that they actually have had noted our account not to deliver before 1:00pm. As a result there is a permanent note especially for FedEx above our hours, on our door, for them to *deliver after 1:00pm or return later if we are not open yet per our agreement.*You would think that this would be enough….NO, it is not. They continue to deliver before hours and then leave door tags right above the note.When I called customer service they say they deliver whenever they are in the area. They can not call them and have them redeliver. (Have I told you that they have redelivered before). They have also told me even though we come to an amicable agreement and they can indeed read the hours and special note; they are under no obligation to follow them. WOW !!!As a result our store is calling and sending notice to all out vendor companies that we will no longer order any product from them if they are using FedEx for delivery of our merchandise.

Went today at 9am and not open..no one in office..no one in loading dock..nothing..800 number useless...stayed for 30 mins and still no one...

My son ordered my Mothers day gift got a update that it was on truck wed. the 15th for delivery today is the 20th and still no package. I hate when I see things are coming Fed Ex because never get them on time, one day I had to argue with a driver that a package that supposedly they had tried to deliver the day before was on his truck and he finally found it on the floor behind some big boxes, my sons package was an envelope, I would rather packages come snail mail than FedEx!!!

Package was suppose to be delivered by 8pm .... waited all day for package to be delivered because it had to be signed for and by 4pm decided to double check tracking information only to find out the delivery was never attempted because of weather. So I called fedEx and they said I could go to the location and pick up the package but I had to be there by 6pm (supposed closing time) even though there website information and the information on the door of the facility says they are open till 7. I drove a 1/2 hour to the facility and arrived there at 5pm only to find the place fully locked up and empty. When I called FedEx back there answer to me was they could deliver it tomorrow and when I told them there would be no one home tomorrow to sign for it they said they could just leave it on the porch. $2000 dollars in cell phones and a requirement for signature on the package and they say they can Just leave it on the porch. You guy are a F**kn joke. Not only do you not deliver the package because of weather even though I had no problems driving 30min. to your facility but you cant even stay open till the time that you said you would be open till.

Id give NO stars if I could. Ordered overnight shipping, over 100 bux and they didnt even knock on my door! Left a note saying theyd be back Monday. What was the point of overnight shipping!!!! Your company is a joke

I wish there was a lower rating. Upon paying 56 dollars for 2 day delivery. They showed up later than estimated and the guy knocked and immediately left before i could answer the door so i ran out and tried to catch him before left but no he was not paying attention because i was yelling at him before he even got in his truck. So i called customer service and they said it would be delivered later the same day so i waited another 5 hours for them before i called again. Thats when i found out that the hub closed 4 hours ago... so i wasted my entire day and now i have to wait 3 days for my package. So in total 5 days for 2 day delivery, what a joke.

Worsttttt place to ship. People there are not knowledgeable at all..I went there to ship out 6 firearms to see if I save money before stoping back at ups.. was heading there anyway..Told the lady I was shipping out 6 firearms to a dealer to trade. She asked me so many questions.. then I said have u shipped firearm before, she replied yes. But she also said usually its just a small box. Well I said here are 6 in a case. The other sale lady said these should be ship in a box. I told her, your looking at a box with zip ties and tapes.. then she said no lock at all. I told her if I ship wit a lock, where am I suppose to put the key.. anyway they refused to ship it because she got nevours when I told her 6 firearms and she obviously have no clue what she its doing.. so she call customer service. They told her I need to be a ffl dealer or go to one to have them ship it out for me.. what a waste of time.. so I said if u dnt want my business then Ill go back to ups, which I end up doing anyway.. they shipped it out no problem just ask for the other dealer ffl numbers and they were fast and hassle free.. now I know where to go for all firearms shipping.. fed ex u lost my business for giving me the run around .. u need to change your policy. U dnt need to be a ffl dealer to ship gun to another ffl dealer or company..

Somehow screwed my dad into paying $16 for a small, 1 lb box. Also, he said the worker had no idea what she was doing and the process took almost 30 minutes for the one package. Absolutely rediculous, never using FedEx again.

NEVER will this FedEx receive a good review from me!The first package was lost. Oh Im sorry no, was delivered to the police station then sent back to sender, THEN it got in my hands ONE MONTH later.Now, Ive waited a month for my ORIGINAL PACKAGE AND THE REPLACEMENT ONE! YOU ALL SUCK!
