WORSE experience ever! 😡😡😡 Since Day 1 I have been trying to just add one more bottle to my delivery, called so many times and they never did it after assuring me repeatedly that they would. I just looked at my past invoices and they have been charging me every month for the extra bottle I’ve been begging for but never received! Lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau ASAP to save others from being scammed. If you are thinking about using this service - RUN! I should have read these Google reviews.

Terrible service! Delivery Rep doesnt deliver your water on the delivery schedule and lies about customer not being home. Never had to be home in the past and they delivered my water why is the delivery rep lying, also I use to get a call the night before my scheduled delivery to remind me to leave my empty bottles for the delivery. Been without water for 5 days and customer service supervisor doesnt help. They just alibi you so they can look good and keep their jobs. I wouldnt recommend this water delivery company to anyone that is considering getting water from this company not even an animal shelter. They are the pits.

This might be the most disappointing thing that I have ever paid for. Water delivery never comes on the specified day. Most times they will randomly come a week later if you are lucky and leave the water outside unexpectedly. Billing is never correct and they never give you credit for returned bottles. I have to call them every month about the same 3 issues. Awful

Terrible serve. They arbitrarily skip delivery days and keep charging your credit card for renting a water cooler that you CANT USE because youre out of water.
