I brought my vehicle to George Wall Ford on two recall notices. The service department was easy to work with and incredibly professional. Justin Schwartz (the Service Advisor) and Danielle Kenny (the Service Receptionist) were very accommodating. They scheduled the recall appointment and provided me with a loaner vehicle. The repairs ended up taking longer than they original thought once the technicians dug into the work, but kept me informed every day as to their progress. When something unexpected came up during the repair, they even reached out to Ford to inquire if they would cover the cost of the additional item (which they did). It was a great experience. Justin and Danielle made everything hassle free. I would definitely return to have my vehicle serviced there.

A water leak in a car can be a baffling and extremely difficult problem to resolve. My 2018 Lincoln MkX was serviced at George Wall for a stagnant odor. Although it took two visits and 3 months to resolve the issue I could not be happier so I will explain briefly.The first time the car was serviced it was checked at the dealer and then sent to a car detail shop. No leak was detected and the car was fully detailed and ion treated. Unfortunately the odor persisted and the car was once again serviced.This second time with collaboration with Augie, the service manager, it was sent to a body shop. From what I understand the car was literally disassembled to locate the leak. The effort was successful and the leak was discovered and repaired. Additionally all the affected interior pieces of the car were replaced. This includes the carpets and mats and anything else that may have been affected.The extensive time it took to return the car to me was due to the lack of availability of the carpets. My car was still disassembled and putting it back together only to take it apart again seemed unnecessary to me. I was, of course, given a loaner Lincoln for both services. I need the storage capacity of the SUV and on one of the many contacts between Augie and myself I mentioned it would be nice to have my SUV back because of that but not to hurry anything along. Within 10 minutes Augie exchanged the Lincoln sedan loaner with another Nautilus.I have to say that Augie was one of the nicest people to deal with I have ever met in a service department since I started driving more than 50 years ago. I was kept informed of the progress and efforts to obtain the replacement parts. There was never an issue with the loaner cars or anything else over the entire time mine was in for service.If I could give George Wall Service 6 stars I would. Thank you Augie.

The most important part of the dealership experience IMO involves the service department. George Wall Lincoln delivers. On my recent visit, they continued to provide the level of service you typically see with a Lexus dealer. Very happy and I did not purchase the vehicle there either. That Lincoln dealer, which will remain nameless, has lost my business forever. Professional, courteous and most of all willing to do what needs to be done to enhance the customer experience. Each step of the process, from our initial visit with Mike Lalley to our final visit driving my wife’s new Explorer off the lot, went smoothly and flawlessly. Mike was exceptionally personable and we did not feel the slightest bit of pressure in our decision making. He was transparent with pricing and fees so there was no surprise when it came time to sign the paperwork. Once the deal was complete he went over every inch and feature of the vehicle with my wife so she was able to fully enjoy her new car. Mike and Bret are class acts and really make you feel like family when you’re here. The entire staff was extremely welcoming. I will be recommending George Wall to anyone in need of a new vehicle.

We have purchased two cars from George Wall. Both were certified preowned. They do a 200 point inspection in order to certify the preowned car. Their certified preowned warranty is 6 years, 100,000 miles. When we have purchased we were always in and out rather quickly. Staff is always patient and kind. Today we brought our daughter when we picked up the car and they gave her coloring pages and crayons to stay busy. Any time we have needed service in the past we get an appointment quickly, everything is covered under warranty and they offer a shuttle or loaner car. We are happy with the service we recieve from their wonderful staff. Thank you George Wall Team!

Most impressive moon roof from front to back of the car you can open the roof and enjoy fresh air and see the entire sky it’s quite impressive. The digital dash board is amazing, color changing dashboard, Lincoln lights up on the ground as you approach the car by the step rails like a projector. It’s really luxurious with a sporty feel and lots of pep. I love the silver pick up monster truck they had up front they have a really nice selection of cars here. Friendly staff. I purchased a new Mustang Mach-e online and designated George Wall Ford as my dealer of choice for delivery. I did NOT regret the decision. Whens the last time you paid less than a dealership originally told you?! They took care of all the paperwork in advance and had me approved and in and out of the dealership super fast. The finance manager was very straightforward ... I never felt like things were going to change at the last minute. These guys are proof that you can find a reputable and honest business within an industry that is notorious for high pressure shenanigans. Eric the Sales Manager was a pleasure to work with. Made appt on Sun 8/8 for monday morning 8/9 at 9:00 am via the chat representative on their website. I confirmed test drive of the F350 King Ranch of which the website had in writing that truck with window sticker KTP-002425 was at the dealership and available for purchase. I drove my F350 King Ranch 2 hours to George Wall Ford, Red Bank, NJ. I arrived at exactly 9:00am and was greeted at the front door. A sales representative asked my name, I told them who I was and that I have a reservation for a test drive. They told me they had no record of this. They proceeded to walk me around the facility in the rain looking for the truck I was to drive. Then we went back into the sales area and the representative asked if I wanted to trade in my truck. I asked them to take a look at it and make me an offer. He also said he has a F350 King Ranch but not in the color I wanted. I proceeded to take it for a test drive. I advised him that I wanted the truck that I was supposed to be test driving. He said that the truck and one other I mentioned were in route to their dealership but did not know when they would arrive. So the sales manager came back with a offer to buy my garage kept, F350 King Ranch in maculate condition for $7,500. I immediately told him NO as similar trucks with 59,000 miles are being sold for 20-25,000 dollars. He then came back from the supervisor and told me that the truck I was supposed to test drive that was not there could be purchased for $5,000 over MSRP. I said that is not acceptable as most dealerships are selling trucks for $1,000 over MSRP. He told me that he gets requests every day for paying $7,500 over MSRP and would not sell me the truck. BOTTOM LINE: I WAS BAIT AND SWITCHED; THEY SCHEDULED ME AN APPOINTMENT, AND I WAS PROMISED A TEST DRIVE OF A TRUCK THEY DID NOT HAVE. THEY TRIED TO STEAL MY EXISTING VEHICLE FROM ME FOR 25% OF ITS EXISTING VALUE. THEN THEY TRIED TO GOUGE ME BY ADDING $4,000 TO A FAIR COST OF A NEW VEHICLE. THEY BLATENTLY LIED TO ME; THEY HAD A TRUCK ON THE LOT, UNSOLD, BUT YET THEY CAN GET $5-7.5K OVER MSRP...??THIS COST ME AN ENTIRE DAY, 4 HOURS OF DRIVING, 3 HOURS GETTING LIED TO AT THE DEALERSHIP, AND APPROX $100.00 IN GAS AND TOLLS.George Wall Ford Lies and Cheats in your face to take your money. This was my experience. I recommend anyone considering a visit there to go somewhere else, where honesty and ethics prevail.

My wife and I went to test drive a new Lincoln. I can’t say it’s something I looked forward to, having had a number of past experiences with high pressure sales at various dealerships. But our salesperson, Eric Rosenow, was very pleasant, well informed about the vehicles, and he made our day a lot less stressful.We loved the Lincoln we test drove and we agreed on a number that seemed very reasonable without having to drag out negotiations. Horrible! Called to get 3 recalls fixed, said they had to order airbags and would be in touch. Called 3 weeks straight, no one answerS the phone, left messages each time, no one called back. Sent emails still nothing. Literally they just called after 5 weeks saying airbags were in! I had already taken my car to Irwin in Freehold, they answer the phone, got the airbags within a week and scheduled appointment for fixes. They Follow up with text messages as well as phone calls.George Wall Lincoln should learn a thing or two from Irwin Freehold!

Classic bait and switch where they show on line two F-350 XL diesels in stock. Told on the phone they had one left and made the appointment for 5 PM today. I get there 30 minutes early and they can’t find the truck, then it was in transit then it turned into sold but wait there is another in transit just don’t know when it might arrive. Finally they want me to test drive the next model up, the XLT and lock in on the sight unseen supposedly in transit truck. YEA, NO THANKS but thank you for a complete waste of my time.

Paul has been one of the most difficult sales people I have ever encountered. I purchased a commercial van a little over a month ago, to be delivered to my home. I didn’t even know if the deal was moving forward after I agreed to the price verbally because Paul communicated so poorly. Finally after multiple attempts at contacting him to see if we were moving forward he says yes it’s happening and that they’re on their way with the van. Absolutely crazy.. At this point I didn’t have insurance lined up nor had I received any paperwork confirming the price, discussed financing or anything. I had to rush to get all of that squared away on my end and missed an afternoon of work since none of this had been scheduled. Finally I think I’m free of this guy, but then I receive my plates and they’re not commercial. I don’t know who buys a work van and doesn’t get it lettered, especially after I very clearly stated what the vans purpose would be. See the attached photo of the text correspondence showing how frustrating the second leg of this nightmare has been for the past week. The only reason I’m even giving two stars is because Kate the sales consultant has actually been very kind and has been trying her best to help me in the role that she is in. I never leave reviews, and I like to believe that everyone has a bad day and should get a pass here and there. But this is just outrageous and some of the poorest costumer service I have ever received. I’m hoping this review will at the very least get someone to reach out and help wrap up this loose end.If anyone want’s more screenshots of text messages, email attempts and phone call attempts I have made I have no problem sharing.

Gigantic waste of time. If you want to deal with “old school” sales tactics from the sales managers go ahead. Enjoy wasting hours of your time, having your credit hit 6-7x and end up paying more than you should. I was able to get a 3% rate on a certified used car with Dch Kay and it only took a couple hours before I had an approval. Thanks Paul for making me wait extra I ended up with a better deal

Kate and Paul at George Wall Ford are the best in the business. My wife and I are on our third Explorer. We absolutely love it and the dealership. Kate takes care of all the particulars and leaves no question unanswered. Her care and concern is evident in how she treats her customers. Paul Palermo is top notch. Professional and knowledgeable, he is truly the “go to guy!” When I leave the dealership with the new car, and I say see you in three years, I truly mean I will be back!! Five stars is a low rating compared to what’s deserved.
