As a worker in Redbank I’ve become spoiled with Starbucks not being far away from my job. Everyone that works there is so kind and patient. Thank you so much for everything you guys do !

Its a Starbucks, but the staff is friendly and if you go often you can build a nice rapport. The drinks and snacks taste good but its a Starbucks and they do a good job at being starbucks.

Top service, great crews at all hours of the day. I like the late nights and vibe on the weekends. Nice space to relax a few, counter, high tops, tables. Always clean, nice bathrooms. Central location in town with street views, cause, ya know, its fun to people watch.

Over priced snobbish coffee spot go to 7/11 and save 5 bucks... Staff is extremely friendly

Once again I am disappointed in this place. unprofessional and disrespectful staff was on the evening 10/01/2020. made me wait for 2 hot coffees for 30 minutes, although I saw that at least 4 people were working and none of them was in a hurry and did not even apologize that I had to wait a long time. and I was the only buyer. 0 stars for such a terrible service.all these new rules do not make any sense, once they made a rude remark to me because I sat down while I was pregnant while waiting for my coffee. and now they made me wait for no reason while my husband stood in the street with our newborn baby.

This particular Starbucks is usually very busy after school as the students descend. Greg, the bartender on today, was knocking out beverages 2-3 at a time without breaking a sweat. At one time he actually hopped over to help take orders. This one lady gave him an attitude and it rolled off him and he handled her additional request swiftly and pleasantly. Starbucks is a go to for specialty drinks.

Awesome staff great atmosphere

A good place for a cup of Starbucks coffee. Never too busy and handles crowds well. Friendly staff and a really nice atmosphere. Nothing to complain about!

I have medical condition so my mask was slightly down on my nose, i was told there is no service unless mask is fully on, that’s ok. I understand. Later on my wife took our 3 years old daughter to use restroom to the same starbucks. Person behind counter asked her if she’s picking up, she answered that’s she would like to use restroom, person behing counter told her she have to get out. Really?!!, instead of saying, sorry our restroom is closed you say get out?! Shame on you starbucks. Just lost my business for sure.

Great service but the skinny mocha venti with whipped cream breve and chocolate curls came out to be $7.49. Ouch! I went to coffee cafes and theyre cheaper. All in all, great service and expense cost for what youre getting.

The staff is fast and efficient. We have never had an incorrect order. On this night a young man was working that was especially friendly and helpful with solving a drink issue (that Starbucks did not cause). I just wish the corporation would lower their prices; they are ridiculous!!

I like this Starbucks a lot. It’s cute and cozy. The only problem is whenever I sit here to do some work on my computer, my clothes smell like food. They really need to do something about it.

Its a good place to get a drink and a little bite to eat. It is in the center of redbank so it can be a bit busy but the staff is friendly and fast for a place that hand makes your drinks.

The Starbucks in Red Bank is a great store for people to walk to. Parking can be difficult near the store at select times in the day, and it can be very busy in here especially when nearby schools get out. Also, getting a seat can be a struggle, but it is what it is. It has a true community sense.

Pretty good coffee, friendly staff this was my first time at Starbucks, so I asked for some water the water is the best water I have ever drank in my entire life cycle. One of the workers noticed my awesome reviewbrah merch and it was cool to get noticed by another human being. Thank you random sexy barista Man for noticing my swag, Ill be back.

No bathroom tissue in either bathrooms. I went around 5pm and the front garbage were overflowed. This store is lacking efficient management.

A high volume, very small Starbucks smack in the middle of downtown Redbank. The staff is very good. Given its small size it can be very hard to grab a table here during peak hours.

Love this Starbucks everyones so nice. Dont go for rush hour though. They keep the online orders behind the counter so you cant just grab and go. Still have to wait in line!

I stopped in maybe around 7:30ish (today is 9/17/19).. Just got off work and needed a pick me up and a little drive to clear the head. I didnt catch the staffs names, it was a guy and a girl, but each of them were just really chill and gave me a much needed laugh. Great staff and the nitro hit the spot.

I love Starbucks in general, this one has great employees. They are always friendly and mostly very efficient in getting the drive thru to move quickly.

Who doesnt love a Starbucks? Well maybe not coffee purists but Starbucks is always reliable and they have a public restroom. The line is always long here and people tend to lounge and plug in all of their electronics. Iced coffee is more expensive than regular coffee!
