Been trying to reach this guy for over a month now. I have left 4 messages stopped by the shop 3 times, left my name and number on each visit.I dont know to are doing that well not to take new business but I became tired of the UNPROFESSIONAL antics of a child. Went to another business and had my wrap and ceramic coat done there ... you lost BIG COIN on that.

DO NOT use this company. I would not even give it one star if this app would let me. I made a consultation appointment yeaterday to meet with Sakor at 10am today as I was looking to ceramic tint a large transit van. I drove 45 minutes to the shop-it was not open. When I called him he asked me to come back in an hour because he was not there and he was busy working on other cars in his shop up north. I told him that I could not wait as I had other appointments that day and also had to go back to work. When I asked him why he just didnt call and reschedule with me he argued and stated “if you want a good deal and a lower price than everyone else has quoted you than you can come back later.” I guess this exemplifies the statement “you get what you pay for.” I was beyond upset with his answer and he just could not understand why- no apology just told me I was being impatient which didnt even make sense. My time is valuable to me as I dont seem to have much of it and for someone to egregiously steal that from me is pretty discouraging. Its probably good that this happened as now I can only imagine how they would handle guaranteeing their work. Im fine with not giving my hard earned money to these people.
